Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 1997 dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2006, sebagai bagian dari Leong Hup Holdings Berhad, Malaysia dan Emivest Berhad, Malaysia (keduanya terdaftar di Bursa Malaysia). Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam bidang produksi dan perdagangan pakan ternak, terutama pakan untuk ayam broiler (pedaging), ayam layer (petelur). Selain itu perusahaan ini juga memiliki anak usaha yang memproduksi dan memasarkan parent stock DOC (Day Old Chicks), DOC komersial dan ayam Broiler.

Lowongan Kerja PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk

1. Admin Produksi Staff

Job Description :

• Record data regarding the quantity of Day-Old Chicks (DOC), feed, medication, and other supplies delivered to partners.
• Receive, review, and validate production progress reports from partners.
• Report incoming data to the supervisor or management for evaluation purposes.
• Prepare periodic production reports (weekly, monthly) regarding partnership performance.
• Maintain and manage records of cooperation agreements, production reports, and other related documents in a complete and systematic manner.

Qualifications :

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Possess good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
• Placement: Subang Base / Pandopo Base

2. Supervisor Purchasing

Job Description :

• Oversee and ensure the procurement process for both local and imported raw materials aligns with the company’s operational needs.
• Monitor raw material inventory levels regularly to ensure availability and prevent overstocking or stock shortages.
• Track outstanding purchase orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to plan purchasing requirements based on stock levels and production needs.
• Analyze market movements, price trends, and supply conditions to support more effective purchasing processes.
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding price, quality, lead times, and other purchasing terms.
• Periodically evaluate suppliers to ensure service quality and procurement process efficiency.
• Prepare purchasing reports, stock analyses, and procurement evaluations for management review.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Handle procurement issues such as delivery delays, price changes, or quality discrepancies.

Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
• At least 3 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement; experience in the manufacturing or agribusiness industry is preferred.
• Understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.
• Good understanding of local and imported raw material markets.
• Experienced in supplier negotiation and vendor management.
• Capable of effectively analyzing prices, market trends, and purchasing requirements.
• Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel for business purposes when necessary.
• Able to speak English and Chinese.
• Placement to be based at the Lampung factory.

3. Technical Service Staff

Job Description :

• Identify and analyze management issues related to broiler farming
• Organize, supervise, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for broiler rearing
• Provide guidance on the management of feed, medication, ventilation, and litter quality
• Provide technical and non-technical support to farmers/farm staff to ensure sustainable broiler farming practices
• Compile production performance reports and technical analyses to improve farmer efficiency

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Animal Science/Husbandry
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Willing to work in the field and meet performance targets
• Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C)
• Placement to be based in Tulang Bawang, Lampung
