Maka dari itu PT SMOE Indonesia kembali membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja terbaru untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Calon kandidat yang memenuhi kualifikasi, memiliki semangat dan dedikasi yang tinggi serta keinginan untuk berkembang meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengalamannya. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.

Lowongan Kerja PT SMOE Indonesia

1. Construction Manager

Job Descriptions :

• The Construction manager to manage Module (EPCC) fabrication project as per contractual specification and quality standard with agreed timeline and safely.
• To enforce on HSE Focus IOGP/HIRA, Safety audit, Safety Campaigns and Drills. Weekly HSE walkthrough to focus on critical work area and carryout engagement of workforce on site.
• Understand Shipbuilding role and regulation, classification society ABS/MODU Regulatory rules
• Good experience in EPCC module project. Manage from design phase till construction to commissioning phase.
• Coordinate construction scope and execution plans with engineering, procurement, installation, operations, interface management and other key FPSO groups
• Continuous review on construction progress against Project Schedule and report to Project Management Team
• Ensure all issued drawing and documentation are latest revision and filed in order.
• To oversee module fabrication and assembly. To follow through the integration scope of work for module fabrication from overseas
• Identify the need for, and participate in, constructability reviews
• Daily/weekly/monthly meeting with Client, Classification and etc
• To summarize and issue minutes of Meeting, Presentation slide and reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Good in verbal and written communication in English. Possess good organizational, communication skills, presentation, and Reporting skills. The leadership and Supervisory skill to manage project team and shipyard.
• Able to use Project related software (auto-cad viewer, Microsoft projects etc)

General Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experienced in Marine and Offshore, or New build for EPC contract
• Ability to define project scopes, plan, schedule, allocate resources, and manage risks
• Must be able to work independently or Teamwork
• Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.

2. Project Quality Manager

General Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferred or relevant Technical discipline
• Experienced in Marine and Offshore, or New build for EPC, Fabrication
• At least 10 years’ experienced in the same position at Fabrication, Constructions and background in oil and gas industry preferred
• Posses of Lead Auditor QMS ISO 9001 certificate
• Strong analytical skills, innovation & good strategy to solve the issues.
• The Candidate must be familiar with Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Project Quality Procedures, Codes & Standards, and be capable of ensuring compliance with Project Procedures.
• Good technical understanding of welding, NDT, Coating and Fabrication.
• Ability to define project scopes, plan, schedule, allocate resources, and manage risks
• Must be able to work independently or Teamwork
• Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.

3. QA Engineer

General Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering preferred or relevant Technical discipline
• Experienced in Marine and Offshore, or New build for EPC, Fabrication
• At least 3 years’ experienced as QA Engineer at Fabrication, Constructions and background in oil and gas industry preferred.
• Certified in QMS ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• Strong knowledge of specific codes and standards such as: ASME, API, AWS
• Able to generate of Project Quality Procedure
• Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies, risk management, etc
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills in field operations.
• Ability to define project scopes, plan, schedule, allocate resources, and manage risks
• Must be able to work independently or Teamwork
• Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.
• Prioritize quality, reliability, and workplace safety at all project stages.

4. Mechanical Completion Engineer

Job Description :

• Develop and manage Mechanical Completion (MC) systems, including systemization, subsystem definition, and handover packages
• Prepare and maintain Mechanical Completion dossiers, punch lists (A & B), and handover documentation Verify installation and completion of mechanical equipment, piping, valves, tanks, and static/rotating equipment
• Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure smooth handover Review and verify ITRs, check sheets, test records, and as-built documentation
• Lead and participate in walkdowns and inspections with stakeholders
• Track and close punch items in line with project milestones
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and HSE requirements
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities as required

General Requirements :

• Associate Degree in Engineering preferred or relevant Technical discipline
• At least 3 years experienced as Mechanical Completion Engineer position at Fabrication, Constructions and background in oil and gas industry preferred.
• Familiar with MC tools and databases (e.g. ICAPS, WinPCS, ProCoSys or similar)
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia, Proficiency MS Office application.
• Ability to define project scopes, plan, schedule, allocate resources, and manage risks
• Must be able to work independently or Teamwork
• Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.

5. Heavy Lift Operator

General Requirements :

• Minimum High School / Technical School education (engineering background preferred).
• Experienced in Marine and Offshore, or new build for EPC, Fabrication & Construction.
• At least 4 years’ experience as Heavy Crawler Crane (8002200 T) at Fabrication, Constructions and background in oil and gas industry preferred.
• Must possess a valid Crane Operator License (SIO) and valid Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) certification in accordance with crane capacity.
• Must have valid Occupational Health & Safety (HSE/K3) certification and be medically fit for heavy equipment operation.
• Having knowledge of lifting safety standards and procedures.
