Perusahaan ini memiliki fasilitas produksi utama di Bekasi dan Karawang, Jawa Barat, yang memproduksi ban untuk kendaraan penumpang, kendaraan komersial, serta untuk kebutuhan ekspor internasional.

1. Account Executive – Sales Engineering
Job Summary :
- Support sales achievement and fleet business development by managing distributor performance, conducting product presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with fleet customers and distributors.
Job Description :
- Conduct sales activities and manage distributor performance to achieve sales targets in assigned areas
- Analyze market conditions and provide suitable sales approaches and business strategies
- Conduct product, program, and fleet approach presentations to distributors and fleet customers
- Deliver after-sales support including complaint handling, training, and technical problem solving for fleet customers
- Monitor distributor stock levels, mobile service effectiveness, and BFA performance
- Support fleet customers by analyzing tire issues, monitoring claim delivery progress, and improving operational efficiency through tire maintenance knowledge
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive or tire industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to analyze market conditions and customer needs.
- Good problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong sales drive, target-oriented, proactive, and creative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English (oral & written).
2. CSRD – Business Development Specialist
Job Summary :
- Support business development and sales strategy activities by identifying opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Job Description :
- Support sales target planning and data collection for Sell-in and Sell-out budget proposals
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities from Car Dealers, Chain Stores, and National Fleet channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and business partners to support business development activities
- Support negotiation processes, deal execution, and preparation of sales and market feedback reports
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports and monitor competitor movement, pricing, and customer feedback
- Provide product consultation, technical support, and execute sales support programs to achieve sales targets while collaborating with internal teams
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree from any related major
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, or related field
- High integrity, respectful attitude, persistent, and passionate in achieving targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English is preferred and will be an added advantage
3. Consumer Marketing 1 Staff
Job Summary :
- Execute promotional and marketing activities and support sales program in order to maintain brand awareness, brand position, and brand image of Bridgestone Tire Indonesia and to support increase in sales achievement.
Job Description :
- Plan and execute branding, promotional, and sales campaign activities to increase brand awareness and support sales target achievement
- Develop marketing concepts and support the implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives
- Coordinate marketing events such as product launches, exhibitions, test drives, and press conferences
- Build and maintain relationships with external communities, including automotive and car clubs
- Create engaging digital content and monitor social media as well as digital marketing trends
- Conduct market and competitor research, while handling marketing administration and purchase requests
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or Advertising
- Good knowledge of promotion, branding, and marketing campaign activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and 3D Design tools
- Fluent in English, both oral and written, with strong communication skills
- Creative, innovative, proactive, analytical, and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Willing to travel for business trips and possess a valid driver’s license
- Have good understanding of business processes in the manufacturing industry
4. Consumer Marketing 2 Staff
Job Summary :
- Support pricing strategy and monitor market, competitor pricing, discount, and campaign activities for consumer products.
Job Description :
- Monitor and update competitor pricing, discount, and campaign data through market survey and shop visits
- Support pricing analysis, market survey reports, and pricing database updates
- Assist in preparing pricing proposals and coordinating price updates with related departments
- Conduct market surveys to evaluate the impact of price adjustments and competitor movements
- Handle pricing and shipment document administration, procurement requests, and internal data compilation
- Support marketing strategy and customer survey activities by preparing required data and reports
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree from any related major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Pricing, Market Research, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based data processing
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, statistical, and innovative thinking skills
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Able to work collaboratively in a team and under pressure

5. Senior Talent Management Analyst
Job Summary :
- Handles recruitment, talent development, training and performance management to support succession, organization growth and a high-performance culture.
Job Description :
- Manage recruitment for senior and critical positions, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process.
- Support talent pipeline programs such as internships, graduate trainees, and HiPo development.
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate leadership, reskilling, and upskilling programs.
- Manage training implementation, digital learning activation, and training evaluation.
- Support performance management cycles and help leaders drive a performance-based culture.
- Maintain talent profiles, 9-box mapping, and succession dashboards.
- Assist in follow-up actions from talent reviews and succession planning.
- Support job grading, promotion, and organization review processes.
- Provide HR insights and propose people solutions to organizational challenges.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, especially in Talent Management or Project roles.
- Solid understanding of recruitment, learning, performance, and organizational development.
- Data-driven, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with HR systems (SAP / SuccessFactors is a plus).
