Lowongan Kerja – PT Hengjaya Mineralindo perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan bijih nikel dan berlokasi di Kabupaten Morowali, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Perusahaan memiliki konsesi tambang seluas 5.983 hektar dengan izin operasi produksi selama 20 tahun serta opsi perpanjangan hingga 10 tahun. Struktur kepemilikan perusahaan terdiri atas Nickel Industries Limited yang memegang 80 % saham dan mitra lokal sebesar 20 %. Kegiatan utama perusahaan meliputi eksplorasi, penambangan, pemuatan, dan pengapalan bijih nikel, serta pengembangan infrastruktur pendukung seperti jalan tambang dan pelabuhan.
Dalam menjalankan operasionalnya, PT Hengjaya Mineralindo menerapkan sistem manajemen lingkungan sesuai standar ISO 14001:2015 dan menjalankan program rehabilitasi area pascatambang serta konservasi keanekaragaman hayati. Lowongan Kerja PT Hengjaya Mineralindo
1. Account Payable Foreman
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate daily Accounts Payable operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Review and approve invoices, payment requests, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor vendor accounts and ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Procurement departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare regular reports on Accounts Payable performance and outstanding balances.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems (especially Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and supervisory skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
2. Exploration Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement short- and long-term exploration plans.
- Supervise field teams in geochemical, geophysical, and drilling activities.
- Ensure compliance with exploration objectives and company standards.
- Coordinate daily field operations, including logistics, equipment, and personnel.
- Supervise drilling, trenching, and sampling operations.
- Monitor safety, quality, and productivity on site.
- nsure accurate collection, recording, and interpretation of geological data.
- Prepare technical reports, maps, and logs for internal review and external compliance.
- Enforce HSE policies and procedures.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Liaise with landowners, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., environmental, engineering, finance).
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geoscience, Mining Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree (optional, but advantageous).
- 5–10 years of experience in mineral or Nikel.
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience in remote fieldwork and difficult terrains preferred.
- Strong knowledge of exploration techniques and geological software (e.g., ArcGIS, Leapfrog, Surpac).
- Familiarity with drilling and sampling methodologies.
- Data analysis and report writing skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel or relocate.
- Ability to work in remote and potentially harsh environments.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- First Aid, HSE training, or certifications (advantageous).
3. Exploration Superintendent
Responsibilities :
- Lead field projects and exploration campaigns.
- Prepare geological and block models, resource evaluations, and high-standard reports.
- Represent the company in field operations and ensure alignment with local practices and environmental standards.
- Drive cost control and operational efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and operational reporting by reviewing all reports from exploration team. Ensure safety compliance across all exploration activities
- Liaise with mine planning, metallurgical, and environmental departments
- Develop and update geological models
Requirement :
- 10+ years experience in geology, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor degree in Geology or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications related to Geology or resource management are a plus.
- Understanding of JORC, NI 43-101, or other reporting standards

4. DSTF (Dry Stack Tailing Facility) Foreman
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and manage tailings storage facilities (TSFs), including dams, impoundments, and ponds.
- Perform regular geotechnical and hydraulic stability assessments to ensure the integrity of tailings storage facilities.
- Develop and implement tailings management plans, including emergency response plans for potential dam failures or other environmental hazards.
- Monitor tailings discharge processes, assessing water quality and environmental impact.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs) to evaluate the effects of tailings management strategies on surrounding ecosystems and communities.
- Liaise with environmental regulatory agencies to ensure all activities meet legal and sustainability requirements.
- Prepare technical reports on tailings management activities, including performance assessments, risk evaluations, and environmental compliance audits.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams, including geotechnical engineers, environmental scientists, and construction crews, to design and construct tailings storage and management facilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications related to tailings management are a plus.
- Profiency in Mandarin will be prefered, Good in english is mandatory.
- Female Candidate is prefered.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in the mining industry, with specific experience in Field Engineer, tailings management, dam safety, or environmental management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detil and the ability to manage complex, long-term projects.
- Knowledge of tailings storage and disposal methods (e.g., wet tailings, dry stacking, paste backfill).
- Experience in geotechnical engineering and hydrology.
- Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, GeoStudio, Civil 3D) and other technical tools.
