1. Account Sales Supervisor

What you’ll be doing :

• Developing and executing national-level strategies to expand Infinix’s Clients offerings and market share
• Managing a team of distributors gadget store and clients specialists to deliver high-quality solutions to our Mandarin-speaking clients
• Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and internal teams
• Identifying new business opportunities and driving the sales process to secure new contracts
• Overseeing the delivery projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
• Providing expert advice and guidance to the broader organisation on Mocan-related matters

What we’re looking for :

• Extensive experience 2+years handling sales team
• Proven track record of successfully leading and expanding Retail-related businesses or service lines
• Strong technical expertise in Smartphone technologies, including IoT, artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English languages

2. Social Media Operations Specialist

Job Description :

• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
• Support new product launches with end-to-end campaign planning and rollout.
• Oversee creation and scheduling of compelling content that reflects brand identity, delivers software values and resonates with target audiences.
• Monitor online communities, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive sentiment.
• Schedule daily posts, stories, and reels that help users better understand the benefits of smartphone software features (such as Dynamic Island by iOS, Cirecle to Search by Android, etc).
• Work closely with regional marketing and sales teams, as well as the Global Head Office, to align messaging and ensure consistent execution across all channels.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience in social media operations, familiar with content styles and platform operations in the Telecommunication industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills to cooperate with global teams from different functions.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Chinese speaker is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, Pinterest etc).
• A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box to create engaging content, while having a high level of attention to detail.
• Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

3. Brandshop Construction Specialist

Job Description :

• Oversee end-to-end construction of brandshops, kiosks, and shop-in-shops.
• Collaborate with designers to translate brand guidelines into store layouts and fixtures.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and provide technical drawings review.
• Manage vendor & contractor selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Control project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure Infinix branding elements (signage, fixtures, displays) are implemented consistently.
• Supervise on-site construction and ensure compliance with safety & regulatory requirements.
• Provide handover documentation and support maintenance after project completion.
• Work closely with retail, marketing, and visual merchandising teams to align construction with business goals.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or etc.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail/shop construction or project management.
• Strong knowledge of retail store design, construction materials, and fit-out processes.
• Skilled in vendor management, negotiation, and budget control.
• Excellent communication & organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel frequently for site visits and project supervision.

4. Area Terminal Supervisor

Job Description :

• Lead and supervise sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop sales strategies and ensure product availability.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and distribution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers & retail partners.
• Ensure proper execution of promotions and branding activities.

Requirements :

• Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as Sales Supervisor (preferably smartphone/FMCG).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to work in the field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Must able with English for Communicate
