Lowongan Kerja PT Medco Power Indonesia
1. Control & Instrument DCS Supervisor
Job Description :
- Assisting M & R Manager in making & implementing the plan of activity Maintenance of power plant unit as well as good, especially maintenance and reliability of the engine
- Organize Instrument & Control team in case of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Ensure that company policies and systems are clearly understood and implemented effectively and efficiently by each subordinate
- Responsible for Security, Safety, Health, and Environment of the work area
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer
- Experiences Minimum and 5 (years) years experience as an Engineer at a Power plant
- Experience in electrical maintenance especially in Coal Fired Power Plant
- Have management and leadership skills · Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
- Fluently both speaking and writing in English · Have the skills and knowledge of Power Plant.
- Willingness to relocate to Bolaang, Mongondow, North Sulawesi (NO ROSTER Working Schedule)
2. Health Safety Environment & Social Security Manager (O&M Powerplant)
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure all operational activities comply with the company’s Environmental, Health & Safety Management System and are conducted safely and in an environmentally friendly manner.
- Develop and implement EHS codes and practices, accident and fire prevention technologies, and emergency response programs.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with local authorities, regulators, and key external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with line management to drive strong HSESS performance and deliver appropriate HSESS programs for each department.
- Manage the implementation of the EHS Management System, including incident investigations and hazard assessments.
- Coordinate and communicate with Environmental, Health, and Safety regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
- Evaluate mandatory training needs and coordinate closely with each department for planning and execution.
- Develop training programs covering induction, refreshers, EHS competencies, emergency response, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and implement EHS procedures, work instructions, and ensure the execution of the approved EHS Management Plan.
- Lead and monitor EHS inspections and performance monitoring, including ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Promote and ensure the implementation of safety and environmental policies and procedures across the site.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety Engineering, Public Health
- Certifications :
- AK3 Umum
- MPPA & MPPU
- GADA UTAMA (Security Management)
- Class A Fire Safety Certification
- Lead Auditor / Leader Lead Auditor
- Competencies & Skills :
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of international EHS standards and Indonesian government regulations.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Work Experience :
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing EHS functions.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in power plant

3. Internship Admin O&M
Job descriptions :
- Work closely with the O&M Assets Team: MPES, MGS and TJBPS
- Administrative processes such as settlement of corporate credit card O&M Platform personnel
- Manager travel arrangements, including hotel reservations, transportation and itinerary preparation
- Preparation for mobilization, including accommodation and transportation for new personnel and O&M Assets
- Assists in ensuring that financial matters are handled in a timely manner through internal processes
- Organise a weekly report for the Vice President and General Manager of Operations and Maintenance Services.
Requirements :

4. Internship CSR & Corporate Communication
Key Responsibilities :
- Membantu pengumpulan dan kompilasi data kegiatan CSR dari unit/subsidiaries
- Membantu penyusunan laporan CSR (internal tracker & summary)
- Mendukung dokumentasi kegiatan CSR (foto, caption, summary activity)
- Membantu koordinasi administrasi sponsorship & donation assessment
- Update database program CSR & stakeholder engagement
- Archive dokumentasi event & corporate materials
- Update weekly, monthly, quarterly tracker CorpComm & CSR

Qualification :

5. Internship Industrial Relations
Job descriptions :
- Assist with the administration of Industrial Relations activities
- Support the preparation and updating of Industrial Relations (IR) documents
- Assist in the implementation of Bipartite Cooperation Institution (LKS Bipartite) activities
- Support the recording and documentation of disciplinary cases and industrial disputes
- Assist in supporting the socialization of company regulations or collective labor agreements
- Active university students or fresh graduates from public universities, majoring in: Law (preferably Labor Law or Civil Law)
