Lowongan Kerja – Lion Air Group adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri penerbangan dan membawahi beberapa jenis usaha yaitu; maskapai penerbangan, fasilitas perawatan pesawat, sekolah penerbangan, logistik serta usaha lain yang berhubungan dengan bisnis penerbangan. Lion Air Group telah memesan 743 pesawat dari perusahaan pembuat pesawat yaitu Boeing, Airbus dan ATR. Melayani penerbangan domestik di Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand juga dengan penerbangan internasional.

Lion Air Group yang menaungi beberapa maskapai yaitu; Lion Air, Wings Air, Batik Air, Lion Bizjet, Malindo Air yang berbasis di Malaysia, dan Thai Lion Air yang berbasis di Thailand. Ekspansi bisnis yang agresif dan inovatif membuat Lion Air Group kini telah memiliki sarana dan fasilitas yang lengkap guna menunjang bisnis penerbangannya seperti adanya pusat pelatihan, pendidikan, perkantoran, dan tempat tinggal bagi ground crew maupun flight crew, serta pusat perawatan dan pemeliharaan armada pesawat yaitu Batam Aero Technic. Untuk terus memperluas jaringan usahanya, Lion Air Group pun membuka bisnis dalam pengiriman paket maupun dokumen yaitu Lion Parcel dan perhotelan yaitu Lion Hotel & Plaza yang berlokasi di Manado.

1. Front Office Admin

Requirements :

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3) Tourism is Preferred, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data management systems.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and familiar with documentation practices.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Able to use document management systems for tracking, storage, and retrieval.
• Problem-Solving: Identifies and resolves discrepancies or document control issues promptly.
• Accountability: takes responsibility for the completeness and traceability of controlled documents.
• Professional proficiency in spoken English will be highly preferred.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Placement: Lion Hotel & Plaza Manado.

2. Front Desk Agent

Requirements :

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Hospitality or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Tourism is preferred or related majors.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the hotel industry (Fresh Graduate Allowed).
• Possession of a competency certificate from a reputable training institution is preferred.
• Proficient in using VMS/Opera or other hotel management systems; Microsoft Office tools; knowledgeable in reservation methods; familiar with guest data privacy and security standards; able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, and POS systems; and capable of using email and other basic office applications.
• Professional proficiency in spoken English will be highly preferred.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Placement: Lion Hotel & Plaza Manado.

3. Concierge

Requirements :

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Previous experience in guest-facing roles such as Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, Bell Attendant, or Service Staff.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional foreign languages are a strong advantage.
• Professional appearance with a refined, service-oriented attitude aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a strong guest-centric mindset.
• Able to handle guest requests and complaints calmly and effectively, even under pressure.
• Knowledge of local attractions, dining, transportation, and city highlights is highly preferred.
• Willing to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Placement: Lion Hotel & Plaza Manado.

4. Food & Beverage Coordinator

Requirements :

• Minimum education of Senior High School, preferably Diploma (DIII) in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Possess a Train the Trainer certification.
• Willing to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Placement: Lion Hotel & Plaza Manado.

5. Chef De Partie

Requirements :

• Minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK) in Hospitality or Culinary Arts, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the same role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge and skills in cooking techniques, food presentation, and kitchen management.
• Able to lead and coordinate kitchen teams while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Able to work under pressure and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
• Willing to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Placement: Lion Hotel & Plaza Manado.

6. Pastry Staff

Requirements :

• Minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK) in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same position or in the pastry field.
• Skilled in pastry and dessert preparation techniques, creative, and able to work well in a team.
• Professional, disciplined, and quality-oriented.
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Placement: Lion Hotel & Plaza Manado.

7. Bistro Staff

Requirements :

• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA), preferably Vocational High School in Hospitality.
• At least 1 year of experience through training/internship or working in a hotel.
• Good knowledge of Food & Beverage, especially restaurant operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional attitude, disciplined, and quality-oriented.
• Willing to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Placement: Lion Hotel & Plaza Manado.

8. Main Kitchen / Cook

Requirements :

• Minimum education of Senior High School or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Butcher or Cook Helper, with relevant certification.
• Competent in food preparation and basic cooking techniques.
• Willing to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Placement: Lion Hotel & Plaza Manado.

9. Steward

Requirements :

• Minimum education of Senior High School or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a Steward.
• Possess a work experience certificate.
• Competent in dishwashing and workplace cleaning.
• Willing to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Placement: Lion Hotel & Plaza Manado.
