Lowongan Kerja – PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRM) saat ini memiliki 80% saham di PT Gorontalo Minerals (GM) Sisa 20% saham dimiliki oleh PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM). GM memiliki Hak Kontrak Karya atas konsesi pertambangan seluas 24.995 hektar yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Bone Bolango (Gorontalo, Sulawesi, Indonesia). Berikut ini adalah Lowongan Kerja PT..Gorontalo. Minerals (GM) Terbaru. GM saat ini sedang melakukan pekerjaan eksplorasi di situs Sungai Mak dan Cabang Kiri dan telah melaporkan Estimasi Sumber Daya JORC sebesar 392 juta Ton (0,49% Cu dan 0,43 g/t Au) dari Situs Sungai Mak, Cabang Kiri, Kayu Bulan, dan Motomboto. Izin konstruksi & produksi GM disetujui pada Februari 2019 untuk masa konstruksi 3 tahun dan masa produksi 30 tahun (hingga 2052).

Lowongan Kerja PT Gorontalo Minerals (BRM Group)
1. Supervisor – Document & Project Control
Reqruirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Document Control and Project Control within the mining industry or heavy industry/project-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of document control systems, project scheduling tools (like Primavera P6 / MS Project / equivalent), and project reporting tools.
- Understanding of project control processes: scope, schedule, cost, risk, change control, and project reporting.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®; PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) or PMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional) is preferred.
- Certified POP is preferred.
- Attention to detail and organizational discipline, analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional project teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project control software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, document management systems).
2. Supervisor Land Management
Reqruirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Land, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years experience in land management, land acquisition, or land administration.
- Good understanding of land regulations, land ownership documents, permits, and basic land mapping.
- Ability to coordinate with government agencies, landowners, and community stakeholders.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, documentation, and problem-solving.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and able to work independently or lead small teams.
- Proactive, disciplined, and well-organized.
- Strong teamwork and leadership capability.
- Willing to travel for field verification and coordination activities.
3. Officer Organization Development & Talent Management
Reqruirement :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in organizational development, HR strategy or analytics, & talent management.
- Solid understanding of key HR & OD concepts, including: job analysis, job evaluation & grading, competency-based HR, performance management (KPI/OKR), talent management & succession planning, and organizational design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally and interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of organizational culture and change management principles and their application in real business contexts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel with pivot, lookup, dashboards; PowerPoint) and basic HRIS systems.
- Experience in creating SOPs, designing competency matrices, and planning training schedules.
4. Officer Recruitment & Training
Reqruirement :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management (HR/SDM), or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, interviewing, or training functions.
- Good understanding of competency-based interviewing techniques and basic principles of industrial/organizational psychology used in candidate assessment.
- Experience or familiarity with psychological tests used in recruitment (e.g., aptitude, personality, logical and behavioral assessments).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel including pivot, lookup, dashboard functions; PowerPoint), with basic HRIS skills as a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of employment/labor regulations to ensure recruitment compliance.
- Ability to support training needs analysis, training planning, delivery, and evaluation.
- Professional attitude, analytical thinking, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Willingness to support HR initiatives such as employer branding, candidate experience improvements, and orientation/onboarding activities.
