Usaha re-packing kacang ini yang didirikan oleh Bapak Ho Sie Ak dan Ibu Lauw Bie Giok di Pati, Jawa Tengah merupakan cikal bakal tumbuhnya industri kacang garing besar di Indonesia. Selanjutnya sejak didirikannya perusahaan oleh Bapak Ali Arifin dan Bapak Hadi Sutiono merek produk pun berubah dikarenakan sebagian besar konsumen lebih suka menyebut Dua Kelinci dibandingkan dengan Sari Gurih.

Lowongan Kerja PT Dua Kelinci
1. International Sales Manager
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute international business plans and strategies to achieve export sales targets and market penetration objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential markets, distributors, and business partners to support global expansion.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with international distributors, importers, and key accounts to ensure sustainable performance.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, customs requirements, and product certifications.
- Oversee budgeting, pricing strategy, and promotional program allocations in international markets.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Production teams to ensure export order accuracy, on-time delivery, and efficient inventory management.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor performance in assigned regions, providing strategic recommendations for decision-making.
- Lead the negotiation of commercial agreements, trade terms, and promotional partnerships with international stakeholders.
- Ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities in line with brand guidelines and local market dynamics.
- Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, QA, Regulatory, Marketing, Finance) to support product adaptation and market entry requirements.
- Prepare accurate international sales forecasts, business reports, and growth projections for management review.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies related to currency, logistics, and geopolitical factors.
- Support recruitment, development, and training of international business team members to strengthen organizational capability.
- Drive a high-performance culture, fostering collaboration across global operations to achieve company objectives.
- Execute special projects or market development initiatives assigned to support business growth.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FMCG Sales/Export/International Business, with at least 3 years in a managerial or international leadership role.
- Strong track record of achieving sales growth in international markets, including managing distributors/importers.
- Demonstrated expertise in market entry strategies, trade marketing execution, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Experience in managing export documentation, pricing strategy, and budget planning for international markets.
- Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to translate market data into actionable business plans.
- Proven leadership skills in managing multicultural teams and building global business networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
2. Organization Development & Talent Acquisition Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
- Assist in implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates aligned with organizational needs.
- Coordinate employer branding activities and maintain recruitment databases and reports.
- Support the development and execution of organizational development (OD) initiatives such as competency frameworks, performance management systems, and employee engagement programs.
- Assist in analyzing workforce and organizational structures to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in talent review and succession planning activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure HR processes are implemented effectively and consistently.
- Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and program evaluation.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement efforts in the areas of recruitment and OD.
- Stay informed on HR best practices, trends, and tools relevant to talent acquisition and development.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and/or organizational development.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Basic understanding of OD concepts such as competency mapping, performance management, and talent development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in using HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
