Lowongan Kerja PT UD Astra Motor Indonesia (Member of Astra)

 

 

1. Sales Development

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales strategy by respective area
  • Monitor, control and provide guidance for sales activity in the dealers within the sales authorization & budget
  • Develop sales plan and forecast
  • Regularly visit customer and identity & acquire prospect customers
  • Coordinate with dealers on various business aspect i.e. marketing activities, customer database, win-loss data analysis, managing inventory customer financial management, etc
  • Drive and implement sales system and processes
  • Coordinate and support Network Development and AM team to ensure proper MRC (Market Release Criteria) implementation at dealer branches and sites
  • Responsible and managing the sales discount support properly within the budget

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor degree from all major
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Sales (Preferable from Truck industry)
  • Understand customers, build a strong relationship with customers and good negotiation skill
  • Have strong business insight, analytical thinking and market development
  • Fluent English both oral and written
  • Good attitude, honest and strong integrity

 

2. Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Providing support activities and information to dealer and customers which concern to complicated technical problem
  • Supporting and advising technical problem to dealer through technical system such as Argus, telephone, and e-mail
  • Supporting and find out solution on site with dealer in case cannot fix the problem
  • Analyzing complicated problem and find out the solution from several source information
  • Contacting and requesting support from Technical Support in case the problem cannot be fixed
  • Following up the case to ensure that the problem has been fixed
  • Preparing technical report to dealer manager
  • Collecting new interesting problem to create Field Service Bulletin distribute to all dealer and importer to acknwoledge and follow the correct solution

Requirements

  • Diploma Degree from Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
  • Having maximum 1-2 years experiences in Trucks or Automotive Industry
  • Freshgraduates ar welcome to apply
  • Strong communication, coaching, and training skills
  • Familiar in working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, & Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build excellent customer relationships at all levels
  • Able to communicate in English both written and spoken
  • Wiling to travel frequently
  • Wiling to be placed in North Jakarta

 

3. Quality, Product & Service Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring quality standards, product, and process
  • Secure compliance to manufacturing quality standards and quality control for production including:
  • GQR (Global Quality Requirements), control plan and inspection needed in accordance with UD Trucks standard
  • Green OK and product audit process
  • Campaign process or deviation handling
  • Secure and maintain a functioning quality management system in accordance with ISO 9000
  • Support production quality and quality judgement based on UD Trucks standard
  • Approve scrapping of non-conformity material and/or excess material
  • Manage quality claims and campaigns
  • Do fitting trial for new local part
  • Propose, trial, and approve packing delivery design
  • Handling and monitoring part claim to local supplier
  • Good received unit assembly by SAP
  • Hand over unit from others business unit

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in process production area in Trucks or AutomotivemIndustry
  • Bachelor Degree’s from Engineering majors
  • Have strong knowledge and technical skills about Trucks production process, quality production system, and quality standards will be advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skill, credibility, integrity, and creativity
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written, spoken, and understanding)
  • Wiling to be placed in Karawang

 

4. Export Import Section Head

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring day to day Import transactions to ensure imported goods will be delivered timely to warehouses
  • Monitoring day to day Export transactions (returnable packages only)
  • Handle and monitoring renewal of import licenses (SPI, Suket. NK, SNI, etc) Understand PIB. PEB, Notul, HS Code, Lartas, COO and all regulations. related to Exim Familiar with INSW, Inatrade, Siinas, KSO Sucofindo. OSS System, PIB module
  • Handle customs audit Liaise with forwarder, customs office, association (Gaikindo etc) and government (Mol, MoT. MoF) Up to date with new regulations to ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor degree’s from ali major
  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in Export and Import (preferable from Trucks or Automotive Industry)
  • Having experience in leading a team/project/organization.
  • Familiar working with Ms. Office Good attitude, honest and strong integrity
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Having passed Sertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan will be an advantage
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Wiling to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
