Lowongan Kerja PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk

1. Sourcing Officer

Job Qualifications :

• Male / Female
• Minimum education SMA/SMK
• Willing to learn
• At least 2 years or above experience in Purchasing/Sourcing job, or related field.
• Able to speak English or Mandarin (as a point plus)
• Upholding honesty, discipline, responsibility and high motivation
• All candidate must have a strong intepersonal and communication skill, hardworking, and ready to work under-pressure
• Good personality, humility and open minder, collaborative and learn as a team
• Willing to relocate to Batam, Riau Island

2. Purchasing Staff

Job Qualifications :

• Male/Female
• Minimum senior high school graduate;
• Proficient in English and Mandarin;
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
• Upholds honesty, discipline, responsibility, and high motivation;
• Shows eagerness to learn
• Able to maintain a high level of commitment to work, both individually and in a team.

3. Energy Officer

Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields.
• Able to speak in English and Mandarin (Is a plus).
• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, utilities, or energy management roles 2 years
• Familiarity with ISO 50001 or other management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 9001) is a plus
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret energy consumption and performance data
• Able to conduct energy planning activities: energy internal audit, energy review, baseline, EnPls, and action plans
• Initiative in driving continuous improvement and sustainability efforts.

4. Engineer

Requirement :

• Min Bachelor’s computer science, mechatronic, or electrical;
• Able to communicate in English (listening, speaking, writing).
• Able to communicate in Mandarin;
• Advanced MS Office skill especially in MS Excel;
• Understanding in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skill,
• Hardworking, and ready to work under pressure;
• Excellent in working within a team, with good communication skills.
• Good attitude is a must.
• Good personality, critical thinking, and analytic skill
• Able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willing to work overtime to finish deadlines
• A Great team player.
• Willing to relocate to Batam, Riau Islands

5. System Analyst

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Analyst, with a strong background in requirements gathering, system design, and documentation.
• Experience with enterprise-level software, such as ERP, CRM, SRM, or specific systems related to the company’s industry.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Advanced analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and proactively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled at managing relationships with various stakeholders, including executives, project managers, developers, and end-users.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines.

Job Descriptions :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing systems
• Conduct in-depth interviews, document analysis, and workshops to clearly define project objectives and functional requirements.
• Develop detailed technical and functional specifications.
• Ensure that the system design meets business needs and complies with industry standards.
• Work with developers and project managers to implement system changes, ensuring alignment with requirements
• Oversee and coordinate software integration efforts, ensuring all components work seamlessly.
• Create and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios to verify that solutions meet requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with end-users, gather feedback, and ensure that any issues are addressed before launch.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all system designs, configurations, processes, and workflows
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use the system effectively.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system enhancements
• Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations as needed to improve efficiency.

6. Developer

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and collaborative problem-solving
• Contribute to a positive and dynamic team culture by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Develop solutions that can handle high-stress situations and ensure system reliability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in software development processes.
• Work with Postgre Database to design and optimize database schemas, queries, and performance.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for code, processes, and systems.
• Identify and resolve software defects and issues promptly.
• Embrace and contribute to agile development methodologies and practices.
• Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and deadlines.

Requirements and skills :

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in C# / Python programming language.
• Proficient understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Proficient understanding of gRPC.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Capable of effectively handling stress and pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-learner, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with Postgre Database is considered a significant advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in the Manufacturing sector is a valuable asset.
