PT SSN didirikan tahun 1995, dan saat ini merupakan the leading fruit brand di Indonesia dengan lisensi merek SUNPRIDE. Kami memulai bisnis buah kami dengan Pisang Cavendish, Nanas Honi dan Guava Crystal yang ditanam dari perkebunan kami sendiri di Lampung. Selain itu, kami juga bekerjasama dengan mitra petani di seluruh penjuru Indonesia, untuk mendistribusikan berbagai produk buah lokal unggulan serta produsen buah-buahan dari berbagai negara untuk Buah Import. Zespri yang merupakan pemasar kiwi ternama dari New Zealand juga mempercayakan PT SSN sebagai distributor Kiwi di Indonesia. Jaringan distribusi kami mencakup 136 kota di 8 Cabang (Lampung, Tangerang, Bandung, Semarang, Jogjakarta, Surabaya, Bali, dan Balikpapan), dan setiap harinya melayani sekitar 30.000 outlet.

1. Quality Control

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Agribusiness, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or any related fields.
• Minimum 2 years experience as QC Staff in Agribusiness or Fresh Goods Industry. (fresh graduated welcome to apply)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Customer and Quality Focus.
• Have good understanding of ISO.
• Strong communication and leadership skill.
• Available to be placed in Jatake, Tangerang.

2. Cut Fruit Production Sr.Associate

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industrial/ Electro/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Food Technology/ or any other related).
• Minimum 1-2 years experience preferably in FMCG industry.
• Experience as Head / Coordinator / Supervisor of Food and Beverage Production.
• Understand and have certification GMP and HACCP will be prefered
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,
• Strong team management and leadership skill.
• Familiar with data operations to provide daily, weekly and monthly production report.
• Agile, excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Strong analytical thinking.

3. Dry/Dairy Product Growth

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• Min 2 ears of experience in marketing/sales/trade marketing, with consumer goods (beverage/snack) industry background.
• Good analytical thinking, detail, creative, target oriented, able to work independently and in a team as well.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Available to be placed in Tangerang.

4. Tax Specialist

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar.
• Proven experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst, Tax Reporting or similar min 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation laws.
• Computer literacy in accounting software.
• Outstanding analytical and numerical skills.
• Taken Course: Brevet A & B.
• Preferably have experience working as tax consultant at the consulting firm.

Job Description:

• Prepare Tax Payment and Reporting
• Estimate and track returns and filled in accordance with tax authorities
• Organize and update the Company’s tax database
• Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profit
• Researching tax laws, follow up to date regulation and track changes related to taxes
• Liaise with internal and external auditor

5. Finance Analyst FMCG

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar.
• Proven experience as internal/external auditor or similar (min 2 years) Preferably in Big 4 KAP
• Strong knowledge of control activities and business process
• Good numericalskills and excel proficiency is a must
• Willing to travel to visit branch and perfom audit/inspection
• Proficiency in Ms Visio is an advantage
• Structured and clear documentation.
• Available to be placed in Tangerang.

Job Description:

• Prepare report for branch visit
• Provide monthly report and flus analysis
• Review/ re-design new SOP ( if neded)
• Inspection/ Regular visit to branch Offices.
• Performances review

6. Area Sales Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• Minimum 5 years of Sales experience preferably in FMCG industry.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong management and leadership skill.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Placement : Lampung/Surabaya/Bandung

Job Description:

• Responsible for achieving sales targets.
• Analvze and survey sales territories to make proper adjustments where necessary.
• Develop and implement standards for productivity, customer-service, and quality of service.
• Conduct sales forecast to determine company financial objectives and target market for a product/service
• Build and maintain good working relationship with clients to create an atmosphere that fosters sales.
• Monitor the performance of sales employees and provide the necessary guidance to improve efficiency.
• Present periodic reports.

7. Sales GT

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in all major.
• Minimum 2 years Sales experience, preferably on FMCG industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
• Willing to regularly visit the customer.
• Available to be placed in Tangerang & Semarang

8. Sales Executive MT (FMCG)

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in all major.
• Minimum 2 years Sales experience, preferably on FMCG industry.
