Lowongan Magang PT Mineral Alam Abadi Group
1. Finance Officer
- Prepare payment, bank transfers and do the bank transactions (Invoice with all supporting document).
- Follow up AP Outstanding.
- List payment and update bank balance.
- Coordinate, plan, and control cash flow from bills.
- Manage payment activities such as negotiating with past-due accounts.
- Manage cash/bank advance outstanding.
- Prepared daily cash flow.
- Daily cash expenditures.
- At least Bachelor\’s degree (S1) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Economic or equivalent from credible universities.
- Have a good understanding of Finance management (Account payable, treasury, banking knowledge).
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field in high volume as Finance Account Payable & Treasury Officer.
- Having a strong analytical power and high dedication, attention to details, and able to solve any related problems, strong decision making.
- Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Excel & PowerPoint).
- High level attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work in team and multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Strong personality with superior time management and organizational skill.
- Willing to work at both head office and branches.

2. Accounting Officer
- Input daily GL (General Ledger) journal entries.
- Reconcile GL data and bank statements.
- Organize incoming and outgoing vouchers.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
- At least 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Honest, detail-oriented, and quick to respond.
- Able to work well both in teams and individually.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Disciplined, creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and independent in work.
- Available to join immediately.

3. HR Project Supervisor
- Supervise and guide the HR team to ensure effective performance.
- Represent HR in daily, weekly, and management meetings.
- Hold weekly HR-GA meetings and report updates to the supervisor.
- Communicate company policies and ensure all employees are informed.
- Oversee payroll, incentives, and contract-related payments according to schedule.
- Ensure sufficient manpower and accurate employee data in the HRIS (TALENTA).
- Monitor employee contracts, transfers, promotions, and other employment changes.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for training, certification, and HR administrative updates.
- Manage disciplinary actions, coaching, investigations, and employee complaints.
- Maintain the HR operational budget and ensure proper reporting to the Labor Department.
- Build and maintain good relations with external partners (Labor Dept., vendors, local community).
- Coordinate with Site Management and Head Office, and submit reports on time.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Human Resource Management.
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and their practical implementation.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably Talenta).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks efficiently.
- Willing to be assigned to project or site areas under a roster schedule.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with EDABU and SIPP systems is an advantage.
- Placement: Site Project – BCPM (Desa Laroenai, Sulawesi Tengah)
4. Community Development Foreman
- Carry out promotive, preventive, and supporting activities for the Health & Medical CnT work program, including conducting medical examinations and treatment for workers and local communities around the mining area.
- Perform daily health check-ups for workers and local communities around the mining area.
- Conduct health risk assessments (Health Risk Assessment/HRA), industrial hygiene evaluations, and exposure control in the workplace and surrounding communities.
- Manage emergency response, including supervising, coordinating, and actively participating in emergency training.
- Serve as the person in charge of First Aid Kits (P3K) and perform regular inspections.
- Manage health issues in the workplace and surrounding communities.
- Provide first aid in the event of workplace accidents involving employees or nearby residents.
- Minimum education of Bachelor\’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the mining industry or project site.
- Possess a valid Registration Certificate (STR) and Practice License (SIP).
- Hold certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and Occupational Health (Hiperkes).
- Experience in handling emergency childbirth situations.
- Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively within a team.
- Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.
- Placement: Site Project – Desa Fluk (Maluku Utara)
5. Survey Foreman
- Conducting survey measurements on the surface (topography/original) to obtain data used for both in mining operation plan and infrastructure project plan, including forestry data.
- Create 3D models of infrastructure project/mining sites using design software and digital imaging.
- Use GIS to create site maps such infrastructure project, mining infrastructure, and despit layers.
- Create maps, drawings of development layout, explorat drill, and miscellaneous layouts.
- Validation and verfication database of survey (aerial methode, and topography).
- Ensure the implementation of mining, environment and forestry regulatory obligation and guarantee the robustness of safety risk control approaches.
- Carries out the implementation of mining and environmental management system (SMKP).
- SMA/SMK graduate with minimum 3 years of experience, or Diploma (D3)/Bachelor’s degree (S1) with minimum 1 year of experience specialized in measuring instrument (Geodetic Engineering).
- Experience minimum 1 year in development of project mining, open project/green field, in mining industries.
- Certified in Mining Operation Supervisor (POP).
- Able to do verification and interpretation of survey data.
- Advance in operating surveyor tools/equipment such as Garmin GPS, Total Station, RTK, Drone, Drone RTK, etc.
- Advance in operating surveyor processing software, GIS, etc.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking for analyzing and reporting.
- Green Field experience.
- Placement: Site Project – OBI (Pulau Obi, Maluku Utara)
6. GA Project Facilities Foreman
- Coordinate the construction of basecamps, temporary offices, warehouses, communal kitchens, and utilities (electricity, water, communication).
- Supervise the implementation of work activities and job targets related to GA facility development.
- Manage transportation for employees, equipment, and materials, including vehicle mobilization (by land and sea).
- Ensure the availability of basic necessities (food, clean water, electricity, sanitation).
- Collaborate with External Teams to establish communication and maintain good relations with local communities.
- Provide GA-related needs for the project (office supplies, communication tools, household equipment, uniforms).
- Coordinate with the Procurement/GA Head Office team regarding goods and services procurement.
- Lead the team working under GA (construction crew, helpers, etc.).
- Prepare weekly reports to be submitted every Friday (facility development progress, weekly report, issues within the section, and required support from Head Office/supervisor).
- Work together with GA Head Office or GA Site Obi team for coordination and technical matters.
- Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Civil Engineering, Administration, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs, preferably in the nickel mining industry.
- Willing to be assigned and work in remote areas with limited facilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain good relationships with various stakeholders.
- Possess leadership, coordination, and supervisory skills over local teams in the project area.
- Proficient in facility and utility management (camps, accommodation, transportation, and other supporting infrastructure).
- Experienced in managing non-production logistics (office supplies, camp necessities, operational vehicles, and distribution of employee needs).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/basic IT applications to support reporting, administration, and work coordination.
- Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.
- Placement: Site Project – Desa Baru (Maluku Utara)
