Lowongan Magang PT Mineral Alam Abadi Group

1. Shipping Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Min. 2 years experience in shipping/logistics, preferably in mining/trading company, fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
• Understanding of shipping processes, transportation regulations and shipment documentation management.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple shipments.
• Placement Head Office (Jakarta Barat)

2. GA Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirement :

• Bachelor deegre in any major.
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team.
• Easily adapt to company culture.
• Understand the concepts of purchase orders and shipment.
• Understand the payment submission process.
• Understand the functions of administration and filling.
• Have the ability to speak Mandarin (active).
• Placement Head Office (Jakarta Barat)

3. HR Project Supervisor

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Supervisor.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably Talenta).
• Familiarity with EDABU and SIPP systems is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and their practical implementation.
• Proven ability to manage payroll operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Willing to work on-site with a 8:2 roster schedule.
• Placement: Site Obi, Maluku Utara

4. Land Acquisition Supervisor

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Law, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Experienced in land acquisition processes.
• Able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills with landowners.
• Proficient in ArcGIS, GNSS, Drone operations, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on-site with a 8:2 roster schedule.
• Placement: Site Obi, Maluku Utara

5. Training Center Foreman

Requirement :

• Minimum high school education or equivalent from any major.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel.
• Capable of operating A2B units (minimum 3 units).
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on-site with a 10:2 roster schedule.
• Placement Site BCPM (Sulawesi Tengah)

6. Land Acquisition Foreman

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geography, Geology, Communication, Law, or any relevant field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in land acquisition (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Knowledge of legal land ownership in Indonesia.
• Understand basic measurement concepts (GIS).
• Proficient in using ArcGIS or AutoCAD, and GPS.
• Strong negotiation skills, conflict resolution, and social mapping abilities.
• Willing to work on-site with a 10:2 roster schedule.
• Placement All Sites (mobile)

7. Driller

Requirement :

• Minimum education: SMK/SMA in Machine Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as Driller in exploration/mining/geotechnical drilling projects.
• Proficient in operating drill rigs (manual and hydraulic) and associated support equipment.
• Hands-on experience with core sampling/cutting and drilling report preparation.
• Solid understanding of drilling procedures, sample handling, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices.
• Good communication skills for coordination with technical and geology teams.
• Valid HSE/Safety certifications (e.g., K3) and/or drilling/First Aid training is a plus.
• Placement All Sites (mobile)

8. Welder

Requirement :

• Minimum education SMA/SMK (Mechanical/Welding).
• Welding certifications: SMAW, FCAW, GTAW; hot work & occupational safety (K3).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably in mining, port, or shipyard environments.
• Skilled in iron welding and safe use of work tools.
• Understands ramp door structures and technical workflow.
• Able to manage time effectively, create work reports, and fill out time sheets.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a team.
• Placement All Sites (mobile)

9. Geologist Foreman (Overseas Placement)

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mineral exploration, preferably in nickel laterite deposits.
• Strong understanding of geological mapping, drilling operations (coring & RC), and sampling procedures.
• Preferably certified in POP and Basic First Aid.
• Proficient in software Surpac, ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.
• Willing to be placed in Solomon Islands with a 20:4 roster.

10. Drill Mekanik (Overseas Placement)

Requirement :

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven ability to repair MD/SJR/Jacro drilling machines.
• Good understanding of drilling machine maintenance and minor servicing.
• Possess valid Hydraulic and Welding certifications.
• Willing to be placed in Solomon Islands with a 20:4 roster.
