Lowongan Magang PT Mineral Alam Abadi Group
1. Shipping Officer (Mandarin Speaker)
- Responsible for renting barges and vessels etc.
- Responsible for tracking the progress for implementation of the shipping, timely communication, coordination and feedback.
- Collecting and organizing relevant documents and market information.
- Assisting superior to handle other related work.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin.
- Have minimum Bachelor degree in any relevant major.
- Candidates with prior experience working in maritime transportations services are preferred.
- Have minimum 1-2 years working experience in shipping role.
- Have strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiar administrative tasks.
- Able to collaborate effectively with both external and internal teams.
- Candidates with Mandarin language skills are preferred.
- Placement : Head Office, West Jakarta.
2. Junior Project Geologist
- Develop and maintain an exploration drilling database.
- Responsible for preparing reports on site visits, due diligence activities, survey mapping, and drilling works conducted.
- Coordinate with project and technical teams, including the Solomon Site team, regarding work plans and project execution.
- Prepare and submit regular reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) on ongoing activities in coordination with the Technical Head Office (Jakarta), Exploration Team, and Solomon Project Team.
- Demonstrate initiative to continuously improve individual and team performance, and actively contribute to achieving project targets.
- Prepare and regularly update drilling plan maps in accordance with project developments.
- Design effective and efficient work plans with a strong focus on achieving established targets.
- Produce high-quality technical reports that meet the required technical standards and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the mining geology field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and GIS based software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, Global Mapper, or similar applications.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Placement: Head Office, West Jakarta
3. Production Supervisor
- Execute and enforce Daily Work Instructions.
- Implement safety talks and shift handover briefings.
- Ensure team members work in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with the Production Superintendent to provide guidance to the team related to job techniques, discipline, and work quality.
- Maintain team cohesion and support a productive, safe working environment.
- Ensure operational performance meets the set standards and targets.
- Communicate production plans and tasks provided by Mine Planning Engineering (MPE).
- Minimum Education SMA/SMK
- Minimum Experience 3 years in mining operations, including at least 1 year in nickel mining.
- Strong understanding of mining operations and technical aspects.
- Good knowledge of mining processes, production flow, and cost/profit efficiency.
- Ability to perform unit matching, cycle time analysis, and unit efficiency calculations.
- Good administrative and reporting skills in mining operations.
- Strong communication skills; honest, assertive, responsible, and disciplined.
- Able to supervise teams and provide clear direction.
- Willing to work on-site with a 8:2 roster schedule.
- Placement : Site Project – OBI (Pulau Obi, Maluku Utara)
4. Equipment Foreman
- Responsible to the PJO for the health, safety, and welfare of team members.
- Coordinate with MPE regarding short-term and long-term plans.
- Implement plans provided by MPE.
- Ensure all units operate efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with the entire production team when there are issues that must be resolved together.
- Minimum education SMA/SMK.
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Coordination with operators/drivers regarding key units.
- Ability to read maps and strong technical skills.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
- Understand fleet matching calculation and unit efficiency.
- Willing to work on-site with a 10:2 roster schedule.
- Placement : Site Project – OBI (Pulau Obi, Maluku Utara)
5. Production Foreman
- Reporting to the PJO on all matters related to health, safety, and the well-being of your team members.
- Coordinating with the MPE for both short-term and long-term production plans.
- Implementing work plans and schedules provided by the MPE effectively.
- Ensuring all operational units function efficiently and productively.
- Working closely with other Production teams to resolve operational issues collaboratively.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the mining industry.
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong communication, leadership, and integrity; honest, firm, and accountable.
- Understanding of mining administration rules and procedures.
- Skilled in map reading and technical aspects of mining operations.
- Familiar with nickel mining processes and Cut & Fill Project methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
- Understanding of fleet matching calculations and operational efficiency in mining units.
- Willing to work on-site with a 10:2 roster schedule.
- Placement: Site Project – OBI (Pulau Obi, Maluku Utara)
6. Production Data Control Foreman
- Coordinate with administrative teams regarding operator/driver attendance and overtime records.
- Coordinate with Equipment Foremen related to unit assignments and operator allocation.
- Prepare and submit attendance recaps, warning letters, unit assignment reports, and working hour summaries to HR.
- Update and maintain accurate records of unit assignments and utilization data.
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Honest, firm, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Good understanding of administrative procedures within mining operations.
- Willing to work on-site with a 10:2 roster schedule.
- Placement: Site Project – Desa Baru (Maluku Utara)
7. Forestry Foreman
- Have an understanding of forestry-related laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Able to coordinate with forestry institutions/agencies related to PPKNK
- Experienced in coordinating reporting, mentoring, and activities related to PPKH obligations
- Able to understand and carry out Timber Stand Inventory activities before logging
- Able to operate the Forest Product Administration Information System (SIPUHH) for companies that already have permits
- Able to operate mapping applications (GIS), land navigation (GPS), and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Forestry (S1)
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of work experience as GANISPH PKB/CANHUT in PBPH/PKKNK
- Able to operate mapping applications (ArcGIS/QGIS/Global Mapper) and mapping tools (Drone/GPS)
- Understand regulations stated in the Forest Product Administration Information System (SIPUHH)
- Understand forestry regulations related to obligations attached to the Forest Area Utilization Permit

8. Welder
- Repair iron structures related to vessels and ramp doors.
- Fabricate and modify unfit ramp doors to restore functionality.
- Perform maintenance on ramp doors after repairs are completed.
- Understand workflow, repair methods, material needs, and time estimation.
- Report job progress and submit a detailed time sheet.
- Comply with safety (K3) and hot work procedures.
- Minimum high school/vocational (mechanical/welding).
- Welding certification (SMAW, FCAW, GTAW).
- 2+ years experience (mining/port preferred).
- Proficient in iron welding and safe equipment use.
- Knowledge of ramp door structures.
- Hot work and K3 certified.
- Strong understanding of workflow and time management.
- Ability to report progress and maintain a time sheet.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and a team player.

9. FAT Foreman
- Handle payment processing, bank transactions, and cash flow monitoring.
- Follow up outstanding payables and manage vendor payments.
- Record financial transactions and prepare periodic financial reports.
- Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and manage tax calculations, payments, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and tax regulations.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Taxation, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions, preferably in environments with high transaction volumes.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting processes, and tax compliance.
- Good understanding of international taxation principles and regulations.
- Familiar with accounts payable, treasury, financial reporting, and tax calculation and reporting.
- Possess strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to be placed in Solomon Islands with a 20:4 roster.
