Lowongan Kerja – PT Minda ASEAN Automotive (PTMA) didirikan pada tahun 2004, dan mulai memproduksi suku cadang kelistrikan mobil pada tahun 2005. Unit manufaktur disiapkan untuk memasuki pasar ASEAN, dan secara lokal mendukung Pelanggan Global kami seperti Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki & Kawasaki.
Dengan kekuatan lebih dari 300 karyawan PTMA Manufaktur dan Perdagangan suku cadang Otomotif seperti Saklar Listrik, Soket Listrik, Rakitan Pemegang Tuas, Klakson, & Solusi Pencahayaan. PTMA melayani pelanggan Domestik di Indonesia serta Ekspor ke 5 negara. Pelanggan domestik termasuk Yamaha, Toyota, Honda, Suzuki (2-Wheeler & 4-Wheeler), Kawasaki, dan Nissan. Negara Eksportir meliputi Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Filipina & Brazil.

Lowongan Kerja PT Minda Asean Outomotive
1. Buyer Supervisor
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise a purchasing team.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to establish strong supplier relationships.
- Proficient in using purchasing software and SAP systems is a must
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess supplier performance and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Job Description :
- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost, reliability, and responsiveness. Managing relationships with existing suppliers to ensure timely delivery and consistent quality of goods and services
- Negotiating and pricing in order to secure the best possible terms for the company.
- Receive Indent and ICN and conduct meeting
- To make production, capacity plan and delivery plan
- To make import planning, shortage calculation and avoid line stop
- Coordinate with all concerned departement for smooth production and delivery to all customers
- Conduct capacity meeting and follow up with all concerned departement
- Any other task assigned from time to time
2. Costing Assistant Manager
Qualification :
- Minimum education (Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related field)
- Has working experience in Automotive Company is a must
- Minimum 5 years experiences in related field
- English is a must
- Qualified and certified of cost accountant is prefelably
Job Description :
- Collecting Tooling requirement and cost data. optimizing opportunity for family mould or cavity requirement based on business volume
- Coordinate for testing report input from testing department, line/set up cost with P.E. department, Design BOM from design department
- Zero based costing for all category of parts based norms
- Defining target sales price W.R.T. contribution/profit norms
- Budget vs actual part wise analysis to management
- RMC variance analysis on month on month basis – SAP corrections/cost down & monitoring and raw material impact check with materials
- Target setting for marketing towards Red/ Orange parts recovery from customer on account of RM/ECN or process cost
- Costing assumptions approval & validation in budget
3. Finance and Accounting Assistant Manager
Requirements :
- Minimum education (Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting from reputable university (GPA minimum 3.00)
- Minimum 4-5 years of Accounting Assistant Manager level in automotive manufacturing
- Microsoft Office (Excellent Excell is a must)
- Must Familiar with Accounting Software System especially SAP
- Good interpersonal skills, strong analysis, high motivation, and high integrity.
- Well manage in under pressure conditions.
- Have the ability and skills in accounting principles, budgeting reporting, taxation, and finance/banking.
- Have experienced handling the Public Accounting Auditor (KAP) and Tax Auditor (Tax Office)
- Excellent in English

4. QMS Staff
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards/IATF 16949.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with audit practices and documentation management.
Job Description :
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality management systems and procedures.
- Conducting internal audits and inspections.
- Coordinate training programs for employees on quality standards and best practices.
- Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to quality management.
- Manage and track corrective and preventive actions in response to quality issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Analyze quality performance data and prepare reports for management review.
5. RQC Supervisor
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in materials science, chemistry, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the automotive industry.
- Thorough understanding of material specifications, testing methodologies, and quality standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools, such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Job Description :
- Oversee the quality inspection process for incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of raw material quality to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze quality reports and data to identify trends and implement preventive measures for potential issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to raw material quality control processes and standards.
- Train and mentor quality assurance staff on best practices for material inspection and quality assurance.
- Liaise with production teams to provide insights on material performance and contribute to process optimization efforts.
6. Training and Development Staff
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Educational Technology, Business Administration, Physicology or a related field.
- Having experience Min. 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
- Having experience in administering Learning Management System.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good experience in creating training content.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess training effectiveness and employee performance data
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and learning technologies
- Good understanding about ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Good in English both oral or written is a must
