Lowongan Kerja PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk
1. Earthwork Superintendent Code: PEX – ES
Key Responsibilities :
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise all departmental activities to ensure the availability of units and operators in line with work plans, operational schedules, and applicable safety standards.
- Ensure control and accuracy of daily records for hour meter, tripping, and equipment breakdowns as the basis for reconciliation and monthly performance evaluation.
- Manage and develop Earthwork Foremen and operational administration staff, ensuring the achievement of individual KPI.
- Attend regular internal and contractor meetings.
- Identify unsafe acts and operator behaviors to prevent accidents and asset damage.
- Monitor the condition and utilization of heavy equipment, and coordinate with the maintenance department regarding unit servicing and repair schedules.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of reports to avoid rework.
- Manage operator lineup planning in alignment with unit availability.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing units, operators, as well as reporting and claims processes in heavy equipment rental or similar industries.
- Certified in Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)..
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems or other project administration software is an advantage.
- Experience in document control and project administration systems.
- Willing to be assigned to the Pani Gold Mine site in Gorontalo and work according to the company’s schedule and working hours.
2. Civil Building Drafter Code: PEX – CBD
Key Responsibilities :
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives.
- Produce high-quality technical drawings, 3D models, shop drawings, and construction drawings for civil-building projects, specifically covering substructure (foundation), superstructure, architectural, and associated basic MEP layouts (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC).
- Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs to ensure a fully integrated and graphically represented building plan.
- Maintain extreme accuracy in drawing scales, layers, and document control standards for all deliverables.
- As-Built Documentation & Compliance
- Consolidate existing Pani site facilities documentation and field sketches into accurate, updated as built drawings and documentation to meet 2026 permitting standards.
- Analyze project specifications, building codes (including SNI), and site requirements to ensure all designs and documentation comply with legal and safety standards.
- Identify discrepancies between original design drawings and actual on-site conditions, proposing necessary corrections/adjustments.
- Manage multiple in-house design requests from the Operations department for non-processing infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time delivery to avoid outsourcing or delays.
- Collaborate with engineers and drafting team to ensure site-wide design consistency and to resolve design issues during construction.
Requirements :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Civil/Building Drafter, preferably in large-scale industrial projects.
- Proven experience in generating Conceptual design, 3D model, Construction Drawing, Shop Drawing, and As-Built drawings for complex facilities and infrastructure.
- Creating BoQ per drawing from software extraction or manual is a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level command of AutoCAD (2D & 3D). Proficiency in Civil 3D, BIM or Revit is a significant advantage for structural modeling.
- Building Standards: Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and construction standards for industrial facilities.
- Data Interpretation: Ability to convert survey data, redline markups, and field sketches into accurate, consolidated documentation.
- Willing to be placed at Pani Gold Project mining site with work schedules and working hours determined by the company.
3. Civil Foreman Code: PEX – CF
Key Responsibilities :
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives.
- Interpret construction design drawings for both new projects and building renovations.
- Ensure that requirements for building works and other facilities have been prefabricated prior to installation in accordance with design drawings.
- Ensure readiness of the team (masons, steel workers, painters), materials, and power tools prior to work execution.
- Provide guidance on the operation of tools or machinery, such as cutting machines (ceramic cutters, grinders, bar bending machines, cutting bars), and painting/finishing works.
- Communicate daily/weekly targets to Crew and Assistants to ensure progress achievement.
- Discuss with Supervisors and other teams to analyze equipment needs and required material quantities based on scope and work methods.
- Report any abnormal equipment or issues related to materials and tools.
- Ensure proper safety practices and correct use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry, masonry, steel work, small-scale piping installation, painting, and finishing in building construction.
- Strong understanding of basic construction engineering principles, including structure, foundation, materials, construction methods, and other technical aspects.
- Able to read and interpret technical plans, shop drawings, and construction specifications to properly coordinate work execution.
- Proficient in using measuring tools such as rulers, vernier calipers, waterpass levels, and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in construction work.
- Capable of managing the supply of construction materials, equipment, and tools required for project execution.
- Good understanding of construction quality standards and able to inspect work to ensure compliance with these standards.
- Able to organize work schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure completion in accordance with established timelines.

4. Civil Building Supervisor Code: PEX – CBS
Responsibilities
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives.
- Supervise building construction activities on site, monitor progress, and ensure work is executed properly.
- Organize and coordinate the workforce, including skilled workers and other construction personnel.
- Understand technical plans, shop drawings, and construction specifications as the basis for execution.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with applicable technical standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to execute civil works and ensure installations meet quality and standard requirements.
- Manage work schedules, set priorities, and ensure the project progresses according to the established timeline.
- Conduct site layout, measurements, and verification against plans to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare progress reports, daily reports, and other project documentation as required by project management.
- Ensure that all equipment and tools used in the project are functioning properly and are well maintained.
Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School or Diploma.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in carpentry, masonry, steel work, small-scale piping installation, painting, and finishing in building construction.

5. Digital Transformation & Automation Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Map, study, and deeply understand end-to-end business processes across all of Merdeka Group’s functions and operating entities — finance, procurement, HR, operations, supply chain, compliance, and beyond. Proactively identify high-value pain points: processes that are slow, manual, error-prone, people-dependent, or commercially wasteful. Build and maintain a continuously updated pipeline of automation and AI use cases, ranked by value, feasibility, and strategic priority. Translate ambiguous field-level observations into structured problem statements with quantified impact estimates.
- Act as the primary interface between all departments and the BI AI Sub-Division — the one person that every business unit knows to call when they have a process problem or improvement idea. Translate business pain points into clear technical requirements for the IT team, and translate IT constraints and timelines back to business stakeholders in plain language. Facilitate structured workshops with users across all levels — from site operators to department heads — to define current-state issues, desired outcomes, and implementation priorities. Manage relationships with IT, Continuous Improvement, Process Compliance, HR, and all business units simultaneously, ensuring no initiative stalls due to misalignment or communication gaps.
- Prepare rigorous business cases for each prioritized initiative—including current-state cost analysis, projected savings, headcount reduction potential, implementation cost, and payback period. Define solution requirements at the business level: what the solution must do, how it will be used, who will own it, and how success will be measured. Recommend whether a given problem should be addressed through AI, automation, process redesign, a digital workflow tool, or a combination — without bias toward any single approach. Design target-state process flows that reflect the approved solution in a format that IT can build from and business owners can understand.
- Work directly alongside IT’s AI Engineer and technical team to co-develop, test, and deploy automation and AI solutions—providing business logic, user feedback, and acceptance criteria throughout. Lead pilot execution from the business side: coordinating user access, managing feedback loops, tracking early results, and escalating blockers. Ensure solutions are not just technically deployed but genuinely embedded into the way departments work—including updated SOPs, user guides, and handover protocols. Track realized value post-deployment: cost savings, time freed, headcount redeployment, and error reduction versus the original baseline.
- Maintain an ongoing view of where across the group humans are performing tasks that could be fully or partially automated — and build a roadmap to systematically reduce that dependency. Quantify and track the group’s automation savings portfolio: cumulative hours saved, roles made redundant, process cycles eliminated, and cost avoidance achieved. Contribute to the BI sub-division’s reporting to senior management and the board on the AI and automation agenda, translating technical progress into financial and operational language.
- Ensure all solution initiatives are designed in compliance with Merdeka’s internal controls, process compliance standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain disciplined documentation throughout every initiative: business case, requirements document, process maps, pilot log, implementation record, and value-tracking register. Support internal audit functions with documentation and process records as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Management, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience. A strong consulting background (Big 4, boutique management consulting, or in-house corporate strategy/transformation) is strongly preferred. Candidates with deep operations or industrial engineering experience who have led digitalization or automation initiatives will also be considered.
- Experience in mining, manufacturing, energy, or other operationally complex industrial environments is strongly preferred. Exposure to site-level operations and the ability to work with field users is a significant advantage. T
- Must be genuinely comfortable with AI and automation tools — not as a developer, but as a knowledgeable evaluator and user. Familiarity with low-code workflow tools (Power Automate, AppSheet, Apps Script), BI platforms, process mapping software, and AI-enabled work tools. Awareness of what large language models, RPA, and ML can and cannot do in a business context.
- Exceptional structured problem-solving and business requirement writing. Strong financial modelling and business case skills. Outstanding stakeholder management across all levels of an organization. Ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams without direct authority. High tolerance for ambiguity and a strong bias for action.
- English proficiency required. Chinese (Mandarin) language capability is an advantage.
- Placement: Jakarta (Head Office), with occasional travel to mine sites and operating entities across the Merdeka Group.
6. Sales Support Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate customer order processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with agreed terms.
- Communicate customer feedback, requirements, and concerns effectively to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
- Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing processes and prompt issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure all delivery aspects (specifications, schedules, and documentation) meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborate with Operations teams and external parties, including vessel owners, stevedores, agents, customs, and surveyors, to ensure smooth shipment and delivery processes.
- Maintain regular engagement with customers through scheduled visits to strengthen relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels in alignment with sales targets and provide recommendations to support supply-demand balance.
- Align with management strategies and support the execution of sales plans to achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales support, business administration, or related roles; experience in mining or refinery industries is preferred.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), with the ability to handle communications with Chinese clients and site operational teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data processing tools.

7. Warehouse & Logistic Senior Supervisor Code: SCM – WHLG
Responsibilities
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives
- Ensure Warehouse & Logistics plans are executed in full alignment with established strategies and operational standards
- Manage and evaluate stock and non-stock materials to maintain optimal inventory accuracy and availability
- Coordinate and supervise daily inventory cycle counts of various assets
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Warehouse & Logistics operations to deliver strategic, effective, and highly efficient workflows
- Ensure optimal performance of the Warehouse & Logistics management system, while controlling and fulfilling all end-user requirements accurately and on time
- Investigate, identify and reconcile inventory discrepancies, analyzing shortages and surpluses to support data-driven decision making
- Oversee and coordinate the proper processing of purchase requests, goods receiving reports, purchase orders, and inventory requisitions in compliance with company procedures
- Evaluate warehouse governance, layout, and storage facilities, ensuring full compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices
Qualifications

8. Mobile Fleet Planning & Reliability Superintendent Code: MAIN – PRSP
Responsibilities
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role K3L activities and initiatives
- Develop short, medium, and long terim strategies for mobile fleet planning & reliability
- Design and implement PM (Preventive Maintenance), PdM (Predictive Maintenance), and CBM (Condition-Based Maintenance) program
- Manage maintenance scheduling and backlog control
- Conduct RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to improve reliability
- Manage equipment lifecycle and overhaul strategies and control maintenance budget + cost per hour
- Optimize the use of PRONTO system and KPI dashboards
- Lead and supervise planners, schedulers, reliability engineers and administrators
Qualifications

9. Learning & Development Senior Supervisor Code: HR – LDSS
Responsibilities
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively participate in K3L activities and initiatives
- Supervise and coordinate all Learning & Development programs, including Heavy Equipment training, Processing Plant training, mandatory training, technical training, and competency development initiatives
- Develop and monitor annual training plans, training schedules, and competency development programs in alignment with operational requirements and business priorities
- Ensure all mandatory training, certifications, and licensing requirements are conducted and monitored in compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Supervise, coach, and develop instructors to enhance instructional capabilities, training delivery quality, and operational knowledge
