Didirikan pada tahun 2015, perusahaan ini memiliki fasilitas fabrikasi seluas 49 hektar yang dilengkapi dengan mesin otomatis, ruang peledakan otomatis, dan dermaga.

Sebagai bagian dari PT Meindo Elang Indah, PT Meitech Eka Bintan berperan dalam mendukung EPC konstruksi pabrik dan platform, serta jaket lepas pantai. Lowongan Kerja PT Meitech Eka Bintan

1. Proposal Engineer

Responsible for preparing and reviewing technical & construction project proposals, ensuring they are detailed, accurate, and competitive. Collaborates with the design team to develop methodologies, cost estimates, and technical strategies that align with client needs and company objectives.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Male min 30 years old
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering/construction and material management, preferably in EPCI, Oil & Gas, Offshore/Onshore Construction
• Strong communication and coordination skills with multi-discipline project teams
• Broad knowledge of Safety, Quality, Methods, Materials, Equipment, and Management Systems.
• Familiar with international standards and codes (ASTM, ASME, ISO, API, etc.)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (preferred)
• Proven leadership, supervisory, and team management skills
• Good personality, friendly, communicative, and result-oriented
• Willing and able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment

2. Production Engineer

Manage yard construction activities, optimize work plans and resources, ensure compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards, drive process improvements, and coordinate across teams to support efficient project execution.

Requirement :

• Male, minimum 30 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Oil & Gas or heavy construction, including steel structure and piping fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of steel materials, fabrication systems, technical codes, and processes (cutting, welding, painting, lifting, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Result-oriented, communicative, and friendly.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Riau Islands.
• Preferably experienced with fabrication equipment (CNC cutting, beveling, welding) and familiar with Quality and HSE standards.

3. Method Engineer

Develop and review construction and fabrication method statements, ensure safe and efficient execution in line with project specifications and industry standards, and coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and HSE teams to support field implementation.

Requirement :

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a method engineer in oil & gas or fabrications projects.
• Ability to prepare structure MTO for design and construction
• Ability to operate structure software such as SACS, ANSYS, MOSES, etc
• Proficient in preparing procedures for Method statements, Lifting analysis, Load out.
• Familiar with international codes for structure load-out/Lifting design, and construction. includin
• Have good communication and team work.
• Experience in the oil & gas industry is highly preferred.

4. Superintendent Warehouse

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Superintendent to lead and manage warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring strong leadership, accuracy, and compliance with operational, quality, and safety standards.

Requirement :

• Male, minimum 30 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or related fields.
• 5-7 years in warehouse operations for construction projects, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP, SAP, etc.).
• Strong understanding of HSE and material distribution flow.
• Ability to read shop drawings for material requirements.
• Decisive, detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and with high integrity.
