Lowongan Kerja – PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi polythylene pertama dan terbesar di Indonesia. Didirikan pada tahun 1990 oleh empat perusahaan besar, BP Chemicals Investmen Limited, Mitsui Co Ltd, Sumitomo Corporation dan PT Arseto Petrokimia. Pada awalnya perusahaan ini dinamakan PT Petrokimia Nusantara Interindo atau PT PENI. polythylene (PE) adalah bahan polimer yang paling banyak digunakan di dunia dan sangat mudah dijumpai di kehidupan sehari-hari. Produksi PE pertama kali dilakukan pada tahun 1993 dengan kapasitas produksi 200.000 ton per tahun. Pada tahun berikutnya, perusahaan melakukan ekspansi pertama sehingga kapasitas produksi bertambah 50.000 ton per tahun. Program ekspansi kedua dilakukan pada tahun 1998 dengan tambahan kapasitas produksi 200.000 ton per tahun. Pada tahun 2003, Indika Group mengakuisisi BP, Mitsui dan Sumitomo. Kemudian Indika Group menjual kepemilikan sahamnya pada Titan Petchem (M) SDN Bhd, salah satu anak perusahaan dari Titan Chemicals Corp Sdn. Bhd.

Lowongan Kerja PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia
1. Electrical Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to operation and maintenance unit to troubleshoot electrical equipment failure and performance including reporting and documentation.
- Analyze system performance and find solution for energy saving.
- Analyze equipment performance, operative conditions and boundaries, during lifecycle of the electrical equipment in order to guarantee and safe operations in the Monomer and Polymer plant including Gas Turbine and utility facilities.
- Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawings.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Carry out the daily inspection works and keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
- Provide technical solution, maintenance strategies, and rectify root cause analysis in order to prevent reoccurrences.
- Manage and monitor stock/inventory of equipment and spare parts for daily/periodical maintenance.
- Prepare T/A (Turn Around) to run optimally: plan schedules, secure budget, stock up spare parts, contract partners, and oversee maintenance work and so on.
- Plan, oversee and ensure quality, cost effective and time solution to any repair and installation activities.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Allocate workload, supervise and motivate staff.
- Ensure health and safety policies compliance.
- Review workers performance and identify any training needs.
- Assist in the training, development and mentoring of maintenance staff.
- Develop maintenance procedures, evaluate maintenance activity and implement continuous improvement plans collaborative and effectively with other department to improve process and technology.
Requirements:
- Education: Min. D4 / Bachelor Degree (Electrical Engineering or equivalent) required from reputable University.
- At least 5 years operation experience as Engineer in Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Petrochemical & Chemical Industries.
- Proficiency in electrical software and tools.
- Experience in planning maintenance operations.
- Having experience using SAP CMMS.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of electrical systems.
- Working knowledge of electric facilities.
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks.
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
- Background for environment of Petrochemical plant.
- Fluent in written and spoken (Bahasa and English).
- Interpersonal skills – and be willing to work on one’s own initiatives and as part of wider site team.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Familiar with ISO manager standard.
- Understanding Indonesian electricity regulation.
- Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon).
- Have experience about the Project.
2. Transportation Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and plan daily allocation of company vehicles (buses, taxies or other company operational cars) for both local and expatriate employees.
- Handle contracts and administration for company vehicles and drivers.
- Create and maintain transportation report (driver schedules, taxies and vehicle usage).
- Update the employee transportation arrangement as needed.
- Ensure the safety, security and comfort of the users during the transportation.
- Monitor vehicle condition and ensure timely maintenance (if necessary).
- Coordinate with vendors and related departments regarding transportation matters.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in managing company transportation.
- Experience in Industrial or Manufacturing Environment.
- Familiar with transportation scheduling, reporting, and vehicle allocation.
- Customer Service oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good administrative and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks & schedule
- English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Willing to be placed in Cilegon.
3. Corporate Planning Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from every team across the company and create the financial (sales/profit/loss) report on a corporate level;
- Create new business opportunity following the market needs and trends;
- Responsible to control and manage Related Party Transaction (RPT) with our shareholders;
- Control the company’s budget and asset management;
- Establish and create business feasibility studies, market analysis and research, and any relevant analysis for any possibilities for the company’s future strategy;
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for every team in the company according to Top Management directions;
- Responsible on organization and division of work management, insurance contracts, standards, and Headquarters’ general affairs;
- Responsible to handle any regular meeting such as Board of Directors Meeting, General Meeting Shareholders and provide reports or protocols upon or before the meetings;
- Responsible for management’s receivables (collection monitoring and commercial insurance/collateral management);
- Various company event planning and protocols etc.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Chemical Engineering along with at least 7+ years of varied experience;
- Owns experiences to manage teams for several years;
- Expert in financial & operating performance and market analysis;
- Owns a good understanding of overall business strategy including market trends and business analytics in chemical, refinery, and any related industries;
- Able to effectively listen, read, and communicate in English;
- Preference given to those who can speak Korean;
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
4. Lab Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling chemical and physical analysis the process and product sample
- Analyze and recommend relevant improvements to all materials in increasing efficiency on Plant processes
- Conducts chemical experiments, tests, and analysis under Engineer/Superior supervision with existing Laboratory equipment and facilities
- Collect sample according to the Inspection Sample Plan
- Prepare solution/ chemical reagent for dedicated analysis as per requirement
- Conduct analysis Dew Point and O2 on site, especially during Start Up preparation and/ or gas purging on turn around maintenance activities
- Prepare/ maintain cleanliness and readiness of sample device before use for taking sample
- Conduct house keeping to keep and maintain cleanliness working area.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduate Min. Diploma 3 in Chemical Analysis, Chemistry or equivalent
- Candidates with maximum 2 years experiences in Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Refinery industries are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal skills, good communication (Bahasa and English)
- Willing to work in shift
- Willing to be placed at Merak Plant (Cilegon)
