Perusahaan ini melayani kebutuhan peralatan dapur berkualitas untuk operasional usaha makanan.

Lowongan Kerja PT Kubangan Putra Karya
1. Advertising Staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or Visual Communication Design.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in advertising, marketing, or promotion in the kitchen equipment / manufacturing industry (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
- Understanding of the basics of branding, media placement, and industrial product promotion strategies.
- Proficiency in social media and digital advertising tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads are a plus).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines and targets.
- Placement: Bogor & Depok
Job Description:
- Design and execute advertising and promotional strategies for kitchen equipment products.
- Manage and monitor ad placements across various media websites, marketplaces, social media, billboards, and industry media.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that promotional messages are in line with sales strategies.
- Prepare and control advertising budgets to ensure they are effective and efficient.
- Analyze advertising campaign results (traffic, leads, engagement, conversion) and prepare periodic evaluation reports.
- Establish cooperation with printing vendors, media partners, and event organizers for promotional and product exhibition needs.
- Propose creative ideas to increase brand awareness and product positioning in the kitchen equipment industry.
2. Administrative Staff (Warehouse)
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: high school/vocational school
- At least 1 year of experience as a warehouse administrator
- Able to operate computers and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Meticulous, organized, and have good administrative skills.
- Able to work with deadlines and the pace of warehouse work.
- Communicative and able to work well with a team.
- Understanding basic warehouse procedures is a plus.
- Penempatan: Cileungsi, Bogor
Job Description:
- Input incoming and outgoing goods data into the system.
- Compile and update daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Check the conformity of documents (DO, invoices, waybills) with physical goods.
- Create and archive warehouse administrative documents.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, purchasing, and finance teams regarding administrative needs.
- Assist with periodic stock-taking processes.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure all information is recorded accurately.
- Support other administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.
3. Accounting Staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accounting Staff or related position
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals: journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and simple financial reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Possess good communication and coordination skills
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a team
- Placement: Depok, Jawa Barat
Job Description:
- Accurately record and verify daily financial transactions.
- Perform cash, bank, and other related account reconciliations.
- Check the completeness and accuracy of invoices, purchase invoices, and transaction documents.
- Prepare cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic financial reports in Excel.
- Assist with the monthly closing process and ensure data is ready for review.
- Store and manage financial document archives in an orderly and structured manner.
- Coordinate with the purchasing, finance, and operational teams to ensure data completeness and smooth processes.
- Perform other financial administrative tasks as needed and as directed by superiors.
4. Drafter Lead (Kitchen Equipment)
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: S1 Civil Engineering Technician
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader and Kitchen Equipment is preferred
- Experience in the field of kitchen equipment is must
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Able to read drawings
- Able to create RAB, BOQ, and unit price analysis Knowledge of material types and prices

Job Description:
- Lead and coordinate the drafting team to ensure project drawings meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Create, review, and revise technical drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Accurately interpret and analyse architectural/technical drawings.
- Prepare RAB (Budget Plan), BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and unit price analysis.
- Ensuring all drawings comply with project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborating with technicians, project managers, and other departments for design adjustments.
- Providing guidance and training to team members to improve technical skills.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion of drawing-related tasks.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of material types and prices for accurate cost estimation.
