Lowongan Kerja PT Hanwa Indonesia

 

 

 1. Sales Staff Mandarin Speaker

Job Descriptions :

  • You will be monitoring steel market conditions and other related aspects
  • You will do sales both local business, import, or export
  • You must possess the skill to collect market information from various sources
  • You must maintain a good relationship with your customers or suppliers
  • You will do quality control to your product frequently
  • You will cooperate with other admin by monitoring the shipment schedules or any delayed payment.
  • You must learn how to communicate with new targeted customers and make a deal with them.

Qualifications :

  • You must have Mandarin language skill and having an HSK certificate is a plus!
  • We want you to have experience of at least two years as Sales in Steel industry / stockiest.
  • We want you to possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • We want you to be a person who is target-oriented and persistent in handling customers or suppliers.
  • It’s a benefit for you if you’re willing to learn line business & other steel product.
  • You must have good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  • We want you to be a customer oriented person.
  • Willing to travel for business (domestic or international) if needed.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

2. Accounting Staff

Requirements :

  • Having degree in Accounting and minimum 1 year working experiences in accounting field.
  • Familiar with Accounting entries.
  • Having good logical and analytical skill and will be an advantage if also having good ability in Excel.
  • You must have good communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • Work location: Sudirman – Jakarta

 

3. Sales Staff

4. Purchasing Admin Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order
  • Monitoring market price
  • Liaise with suppliers and negotiate contracts
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Coordinate with Third Party such Warehouse, Trucking, Vessel for the delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
  • Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and order supplies accordingly

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in trading, logistics, or steel mill industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting system (such Purchasing System, SAP, etc)

 

5. Administration Staff

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Capable to communicate in English both verbal and written
  • Fully capable in operating Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Power point, etc.)
  • Fully capable in data collection, data recording, and data processing
  • Willing to learn line business & Steel product
  • Detail oriented and Willing to work hard
  • Work location : Sudirman – Jakarta

Job Descriptions :

  • Handling daily administration and support sales operation
  • Make an invoice, delivery orders, etc.
  • Help Marketing Sales to collect market information from various sources
  • Delivery Control/ Shipment
  • Monitoring daily delivery to customer

 

6. General Operation Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Check cars in the field for any issues and coordinate with the rental provider and drivers for insurance matters, including accident claims.
  • Assist internal clients with car and driver requests.
  • Manage e-money for tolls and parking.
  • Maintain accurate records of cars and drivers.
  • Manage petty cash for driver operations.
  • Handle car rental agreements with the rental provider.
  • Address any issues related to drivers and cars.
  • Check and verify drivers’ daily reports.
  • Monitor car movements and driver timelines using GPS.

Qualifications :

  • Understanding of cars and related matters.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience and good knowledge in general affairs (GA) field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
