Layanan utama yang ditawarkan oleh PT Forecastle Indonesia meliputi: Agen Pelayaran (Shipping Agency), Manajemen Logistik dan Kargo (Freight Management), Manajemen Proyek (Project Management), Agen Pelabuhan (Port Agency), Operasional NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), Chartering, dan layanan terkait pelabuhan lainnya. Perusahaan ini memiliki beberapa kantor cabang di berbagai lokasi strategis di Indonesia, termasuk Surabaya, Kuala Tanjung, Medan, Merak, dan Palembang.

Lowongan Kerja PT Forecastle Indonesia

1. Finance Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role (Finance Supervisor or equivalent) with a proven track record of leading and managing a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with the Odoo System is an advantage.
• Strong command of English (both verbal and written).
• Solid finance and accounting knowledge, with demonstrated numerical accuracy, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Placement: Tanjung Priok, North jakarta

2. HR Supervisor

Requirements

• Have minimum 5 years of experience as HR Generalist with at least 2 year in supervisory or equivalent role
• Have strong analythical thinking, good communication in Bahasa or English, and good at creating HR reports
• Comprehensive knowledge of of HR functions: organizational development, learning and development, industrial relations, performance management, compensation benefit
• Strong understanding or HR laws and regulations
• Skilled in creating SOPs, policies, process documentation, and HR reporting.
• Ability to translate user needs into system/process requirements and collaborate with IT.
• Placement: Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta

3. Sales Support Officer

Requirements

• Have minimal 2 years of experience as Sales, Sales Support of Customer Service in insurance or credit company
• Have excellent communication and confidence speaking in both in English and Bahasa. Able to speak Mandarin is a plus!
• Experience as Sales, Marketing or Telesales, Business Development in shipping industry are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt very fast and work in fast pace company.
• Have good interpersonal skill, good analytical thinking and good priority setting, team player, proactive, and highly motivated.
• Have passion as Sales and highly driven to achieve the target, welcome to any challenges.
• Excellent in negotiation, persuasion, building and maintaining relationship with customers.
• Willing to work outside of working hours
• Placement: Sunter Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta

4. Operation Manager (Port Agency)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Transportation, Port and Shipping Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the port agency industry, including port operations and husbandry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a port agency manager, team leader, or department head.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end port agency field operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to relocate or work at any Forecastle Group branch.
• Placement : North Jakarta

5. GA Supervisor

Requirements :

• Have minimum 5 years of experience as General Affair with at least 2 year in supervisory or equivalent role
• Comprehensive knowledge of General Affair process
• Ability to create general affair reports and analysis, and HRGA budgeting
• Experience in handling employee engagement events
• High attention to details and good at creating General Affair reports
• Experience in procurement, building maintenance, building renovation is a plus
• Willing to be contacted outside office hours
• Willing to work mobile, able to drive a car and motorcycle is a plus
• Placement: Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta

6. Finance & Accounting

Requirements :

• Have minimal 1 year of experience in finance accounting, have experience in logistic industry is a plus
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Understand end-to-end finance accounting flow
• Excellent in administration, attention to detail, and able to create comprehensive reports
• Excellent in Excel and other accounting system
• Domicile in Surabaya and able to join soon
• Placement: SURABAYA
