Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.

Lowongan Kerja PT Etrama Nusa Energi

1. Civil Engineer

Qualifications :

• Renewable Energy enthusiast
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Geotechnical (Fresh graduate are welcome)
• Having experience on general civil and structural design, such as paving, foundation, building and structure detail design
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Proficiency in SAP2000, Plaxis, AutoCAD, or other similar software.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and review civil and structural designs for solar power plant projects
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility
• Prepare technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, SAP2000o, Plaxis, or similar tools
• Monitor construction progress and provide engineering support during execution
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues

2. Sales Engineer

Qualifications ::

• Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical sales, preferably in solar PV projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word), Helioscope, PV Sys, and AutoCAD.
• Strong initiative, analytical thinking, and proactive in exploring opportunities.
• Willing to travel out of town.
• Experience with digital tools or marketplace platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Identify business opportunities and understand client requirements
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals including design, sizing, and cost estimation
• Follow up on offers and maintain strong after-sales relationships
• Conduct site surveys as needed
• Manage retail/residential sales through Tokopedia Seller
• Support sales administration and permitting document control

3. Field Engineer

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy
• Have experience in renewable energy min. 500 kWp
• Knowledge of electrical engineering, energy conversion, and power systems.
• Familiar with national and international electrical standards (IEC, IEEE, SPLN, PUIL, SNI)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word), Helioscope, PV Sys, and AutoCAD
• Willingness to be placed on project sites (both local and out-of-town)
• Ability to performing job volume calculation, material assesments, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and prepare Cost of Goods Sold (HPP)
• Ability to drive and possess valid driver’s licenses (SIM A & C)

Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed feasibility studies and technical analysis for solar energy projects
• Responsible for project development activities for large-scale solar power projects
• Conduct site surveys
• Provide support during installation, integration, and commissioning of solar PV systems
• Perform system testing and commissioning to Ensure the system can be safely
• Maintenance to keep the system running efficiently

4. Drafter

Qualifications :

• Min. 1 years Experience as a Drafter
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education
• Excellent Conceptual and Analytical thinking, Teamwork and Cooperation
• Can Operate Ms. Office, AUTOCAD, HelioScope, PVSys, SketcUp and Adobe
• Photoshop/Illustration
• Maintain accurate records of drawings and revisions.
• Good Communication, Interpersonal and Influence skill, adaptive and able to work under tight schedule
• Ready to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities :

• Create detailed electrical and MEP shop drawings for solar PV systems, including cable routing, panel layouts, grounding systems, and conduit plans
• Develop design calculations and layout plans for electrical installations
• Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software to produce accurate 2D & 3D drawings in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
• Communicate design intent clearly to site teams and support field implementation
• Revise drawings based on site conditions and feedback
• Ensure all designs comply with project standards and technical specifications
• Coordinate and report progress to Lead Project
