Lowongan Kerja – PT Dayak Membangun Pratama perusahaan pertambangan batubara dan komoditas lainnya terkemuka di Indonesia, Sebagai anak perusahaan PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk, Pada tahun 2017 berdirilah PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk yang dahulu bernama PT Black Diamond Borneo. Di tengah dorongan untuk secara konsisten mengembangkan dan memperluas cakupan bisnisnya baik secara organik maupun melalui akuisisi untuk mencakup semua aspek bagi pelanggan kami. Pada tahun 2021, operasi penambangan kami dimulai melalui anak perusahaan kami PT Dayak Pembangunan Pratama yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Kurun, Kabupaten Gunung Mas, Kalimantan Tengah. Kami memiliki total area konsesi seluas 4883,17 Ha dan baru-baru ini dieksplorasi sekitar 1000 Ha. Batubara yang kami produksi memiliki kandungan sulfur di bawah 1% dengan tingkat 5500 GAR (gross air-received) dan tingkat AFT (ash fusion temperatur) yang tinggi, yang secara umum dapat digunakan oleh semua industri. Kami yakin kualitas produk kami dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar domestik dan global.

Lowongan Kerja PT Dayak Membangun Pratama
1. Finance, Accounting, & Tax (FAT) Manager
- Lead and oversee all financial, accounting, and tax activities of the company.
- Monitor and analyze accounting and financial data, and produce financial reports or statements.
- Review budgeting, cash flow, and cost control.
- Create consolidated financial reports.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors and ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with PSAK and IFRS.
- Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to the Board of Directors to support business and investment decision-making.
- Develop digital-based reporting systems and automate financial processes.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Meet financial accounting objectives.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document the transactions.
Qualifications :
- Hold min. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable universities, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00).
- Proven working experience min. 5 years as Accounting Manager/Finance Manager/FAT Manager, preferably in mining industries.
- Experienced in working on Public Company and creating consolidation reports. Experience as an auditor (preferably from the Big Four) will be an advantage.
- Taxation Brevet certified will be an advantage.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Possess advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software & databases, and familiar with SAP, particularly using SAP S/4HANA.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, and possess good analytical thinking.
- Proven ability to direct and supervise.
- Able to take decisive decisions and offer problem solving.
- Good team player, possess ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority, demonstrate capability to meet required project timeframes.
- Willing to travel to mining site when needed.
- Willing to be placed at Head Office, Jakarta.
2. HR & GA Manager
Job description
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in accordance with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, and performance management.
- Build engagement and positive work culture at all levels of the organization.
- Provide strategic support to management in developing the organization and work structure.
- Ensure compliance with labor and industrial relations regulations.
- Manage HR systems and employee data digitally for efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the HR team at the mine site to align HR policies and implementation in the field.
Qualifications you must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management/Psychology/Law/related fields from reputable universities, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00). Master’s Degree will be preferable.
- Having min. 7 years of experience in HR field or min. 3 years as HR & GA Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably in mining/energy/plantation/heavy manufacturing industries.
- Proven knowledge of HR compliance and regulations, current HR practices, or having specific experience in industrial relations.
- Proven ability to direct and supervise.
- Possess ability to manage large amounts of data. Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and HR analytics.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, and possess good analytical thinking.
- Able to take decisive decisions and offer problem-solving.
- Excellent active listening, possess good administrative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- People-oriented with strong communication skills.

3. Legal Specialist
Job description
- Manage all aspects of legal works, i.e., giving legal advice, drafting and reviewing various contracts and legal documents (agreements, MoUs, company letters, etc.), and managing (organizing and maintaining) legal document archives and legal database.
- Conduct legal research related to mining regulations, corporate law, employment, and other matters.
- Ensure company compliance with all applicable regulations, permits, and licenses, particularly in the coal mining sector.
- Coordinate with legal consultants, government agencies, and relevant parties regarding the company’s legal affairs.
- Support management in handling legal issues, resolving disputes, and reporting on permits. Handle legal issues related to business development, alliance management, litigation, corporate governance, and law.
- Manage the company’s licensing and ensure its accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare required reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with regulations in the industry and advise the business accordingly.
Qualifications you must have:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Law from reputable universities, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00).
- Proven working experience min. 4 years as Legal Specialist/Legal Supervisor, preferably in coal mining industry.
- Experience in law firms or as a Corporate Lawyer will be an advantage.
- Proven knowledge of legal compliance and regulations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, and possess good analytical thinking.
- Able to take decisive decisions and offer problem-solving.
- Proactive and commercial approach to resolve complex and difficult risks or legal challenges while ensuring compliance with internal/external regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Shipping Traffic Specialist
Job description
- Monitoring daily breakbulk (cargo)/shipping operational activities to ensure all procedures comply with operational standards.
- Responsible for laytime calculations and claims, preparing chartered parties and freight payments.
- Monitor ship positions, ship operations, and tenders for ships or barges.
- Ensure loading activities run smoothly and all the documents are properly completed.
- Ensure all elements comply with customs regulations and other related regulations.
- Planning barge operations for cargo export/import.
- Prepare and analyze management reports and data as required.
Qualifications you must have:
- Hold min. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management/Transportation Management/Management or related fields from reputable universities, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00).
- Proven working experience min. 2 years as Shipping Staff, preferably in coal mining.
- Experienced in coordinating and handling shipping traffic.
- Experienced in using MOMS and EPNBP Minerba applications.
- Proven knowledge and updates on laws and regulations, especially related to the MINERBA.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, and possess good analytical thinking.
- Good team player, possess ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority, demonstrate capability to meet required project timeframes.
- Willing to be placed at Head Office, Jakarta.
5. MOCO (Monitoring & Control)
Job description
- Monitor real-time production activities, including stocks, cycle time, hauling, and loading.
- Ensure all operational data is recorded accurately in the system.
- Coordinate and dispatch heavy equipment to achieve production targets.
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational data from fleet management systems or manual logs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
- Highlight operational bottlenecks and propose improvements based on data analysis.
- Ensure system integrity by performing routine checks and updates.
- Communicate with operators and field supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and address issues promptly.
- Provide quick updates on operational issues, equipment breakdowns, and other issues in the pit.
- Support the implementation of new procedures, standards, or system upgrades.
- Ensure all monitoring activities follow SOPs, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to stocks, production, equipment status, and other operational activities.
Qualifications you must have:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering/Geology/Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering/other relevant technical fields
- Min. 3 years of experience in the same position, preferably in the coal mining industry
- Experience in production monitoring, fleet management, dispatching, mining data reporting & analysis, and familiar with mining operational SOPs
- Ability to read mine maps, basic pit design, and daily progress reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic-intermediate formulas (lookup, pivot tables, data management)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and accuracy-focused mindset.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work under real-time operational environments.
- Discipline, responsible, and high integrity.
- Willing to be placed at Head Office, Jakarta.
