Lowongan Kerja – PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (Elcorps) didirikan pada tahun 2012 oleh Elidawati, Sukaesih, Henda Roshenda Noor dan Eva Hanura Luziani di Kota Bandung, merupakan holding perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang retail Fashion Muslim. Brand yang berada dalam naungan Elcorps antara lain adalah Elzatta Hijab, Dauky Fashion Hijab, dan Zatta Man. Saat ini Elcorps sudah tumbuh dengan lebih dari 100 store, serta telah memiliki lebih dari 30 distributor dan ratusan agen yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.

Lowongan Kerja PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (Elcorps)
1. Head of Marekting
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for retail fashion brands.
- Lead branding, campaign planning, digital marketing, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Merchandising, and Retail Operations to drive business performance.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to support strategic decisions.
- Lead and develop the marketing team to ensure effective execution.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within retail fashion or consumer goods industries.
- Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and retail campaigns.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
2. Internal Audit
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in conducting internal audits and operational reviews across departments and retail stores.
- Support evaluation of internal controls, SOP compliance, and risk management processes.
- Prepare audit documentation, reports, and follow-up action tracking.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders during audit activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to governance and control.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (internship or academic exposure in audit is an advantage).
- Basic understanding of internal audit, accounting principles, and internal control.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Willingness to learn, proactive, and able to work collaboratively.
3. Instore Promotion
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage, analyze, and monitor in-store sales data to identify trends and performance gaps.
- Design customized promotional programs tailored to individual store conditions and performance.
- Collaborate closely with store teams to ensure promotions are realistic, executable, and aligned with operational realities.
- Incorporate customer behavior and feedback into promotional program design.
- Track and evaluate promotion effectiveness, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (mandatory).
- Experience in retail promotion, sales analysis, or trade marketing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into practical actions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with store operations teams.
4. Account Executive
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and business clients.
- Identify client needs and business objectives, offering suitable product and partnership solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, lead negotiations, and close business deals.
- Drive contract signings with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support, manage client issues, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar B2B sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using CRM systems is a strong advantage.
5. B2B Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and identify potential B2B clients through networking, cold calls, emails, and referrals.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce Elcorps’ products and business solutions professionally.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and partnership agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Manage the B2B sales pipeline, including CRM updates, proposal preparation, and contract coordination.
- Maintain post-sales relationships with corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management (experience handling corporate clients is preferred).
- Strong capability in lead generation and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, especially with decision-makers.
- Target-driven, results-oriented, and accustomed to working with sales KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
6. Brand Executive
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute brand strategy, including online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across stores, promotional materials, and marketing channels.
- Conduct market and consumer research related to fashion trends and customer behavior.
- Analyze campaign and sales performance, providing insights for brand strategy improvement.
- Collaborate with product design, visual merchandising, marketing, and store teams on new collection launches and brand activities.
- Initiate brand engagement programs, including community, influencer, and event-based initiatives.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing (experience with fashion brands is a strong advantage).
- Strong understanding of branding strategy, market research, and consumer behavior.
- Creative, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret campaign and market data.
7. Staff of Corporate Legal
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide legal advice and opinions to management and the Board on corporate legal matters and potential risks.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including partnership agreements, store lease contracts, licenses, permits, and NDAs.
- Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to retail, zoning, labor, and corporate governance.
- Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks related to business operations and store expansion activities.
- Coordinate internal legal compliance briefings and support departments on regulatory updates.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit and assist in handling disputes or legal cases, including coordination with external counsel when required.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (advocate license or completion of professional legal training is a strong advantage).
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Corporate Legal Officer or in-house Legal Counsel.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, labor law, and retail-related regulations (business permits, leasing, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and risk analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate legal terms into practical guidance for non-legal stakeholders.
