Lowongan Kerja – PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (Elcorps) didirikan pada tahun 2012 oleh Elidawati, Sukaesih, Henda Roshenda Noor dan Eva Hanura Luziani di Kota Bandung, merupakan holding perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang retail Fashion Muslim. Brand yang berada dalam naungan Elcorps antara lain adalah Elzatta Hijab, Dauky Fashion Hijab, dan Zatta Man. Saat ini Elcorps sudah tumbuh dengan lebih dari 100 store, serta telah memiliki lebih dari 30 distributor dan ratusan agen yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.

Lowongan Kerja PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (Elcorps)
1. Social Media & Community Engagement Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a holistic social media and community engagement strategy for Elzatta & Dauky across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Lead the content team to create authentic, relatable, and trend-driven content that resonates with Gen Z and young Muslim audiences.
- Build and manage brand communities (e.g., hijabers or young Muslim women groups) to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Encourage user-generated content such as challenges, testimonials, and reviews to amplify organic reach.
- Collaborate with KOLs, micro-creators, and customers to produce community-led storytelling and experiences.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, sentiment, and campaign performance to continuously improve strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, algorithms, and cultural shifts that influence Gen Z behavior on digital platforms.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media strategy, community management, or brand engagement — preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail.
- Strong understanding of Gen Z digital culture, social trends, and content formats that drive participation.
- Experience leading cross-platform campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and managing a creative team.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
- Passionate about empowering Muslim youth communities through digital engagement.
2. Data Scientist (Customer Insights)
Key Responsibilities :
- Collect, process, and analyze large sets of customer and sales data from both online and offline channels.
- Develop customer segmentation models and behavioral analytics to identify patterns and growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to support marketing campaigns, product strategy, and sales performance optimization.
- Collaborate with the CRM, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to translate insights into impactful business actions.
- Design dashboards and visualization tools to communicate findings effectively to management and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve data accuracy and predictive capabilities through machine learning or statistical modeling.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience in predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and data visualization.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Passionate about understanding customer behavior and improving brand engagement through insights.
3. CRM & Loyalty Program
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage customer loyalty programs that align with Elcorps’ brand values and marketing objectives.
- Design and execute CRM strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV), repeat purchase rate, and engagement frequency.
- Manage customer databases, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and personalization effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Retail teams to plan and execute targeted campaigns based on behavioral insights.
- Track and analyze loyalty program performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate reward redemptions, customer communications, and program-related partnerships.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, customer retention, or loyalty program management (retail/FMCG industry preferred).
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with an understanding of customer experience and brand storytelling.
- Passionate about building customer relationships and community engagement.
4. Trend & Market Research Analyst
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and analyze fashion, lifestyle, and cultural trends among Generation audiences through social media, industry reports, and community observations.
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, and sentiment studies to understand emerging needs, values, and buying motivations of young consumers.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Design, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.
- Identify upcoming product or campaign opportunities aligned with new generation preferences (e.g., sustainability, inclusivity, ethical fashion).
- Develop regular trend reports and dashboards to support product development and strategic decision-making.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Psychology, or related social science fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in market research, trend analysis, or consumer insight (preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries).
- Strong understanding customer behavior, digital culture, and content platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Excellent analytical and storytelling abilities — able to turn data into insight and insight into strategy.
- Passionate about modest fashion, youth culture, and understanding what moves the next generation.
5. Social Media Admin (TikTok)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute daily TikTok content posting and engagement for Elzatta & Dauky official accounts.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and live sales teams to produce relevant and inspiring videos.
- Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and challenges to boost visibility and engagement.
- Respond to comments, monitor insights, and track content performance.
- Support campaign launches and product highlights through creative storytelling.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in handling TikTok content (personal or brand account) — fashion/retail experience is a plus.
- Strong sense of visual trends, editing skills, and content planning.
- Comfortable in front of the camera and able to guide talent or host simple video segments.
- Proactive, creative, and passionate about digital engagement.
