Lowongan Kerja – PT Abimanyu Sekar Nusantara (ASN) berdiri pada tanggal 9 Februari 2011, Pertama kali ASN bergerak di bidang jasa untuk supporting industry otomotive roda empat, khusus untuk surface treatment seperti refinishing, repair, touch up, coating consultant dll. Berkantor di sebuah ruko tiga lantai di jl Veteran 1c Tangerang, ASN menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya, menjadi bagian di industry otomotif. Setelah hampir 5 tahun berjalan, melihat perkembangan ASN sebagai perusahaan dan kebutuhan pasar yang masih luas, maka diakhir 2016 dianggap penting dan tepat waktunya bagi ASN untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya dan mempunyai manufacturing plant sendiri. Dengan begitu control proses, produk dan pelayanan ke customer bisa significant ditingkatkan. Ditambah dengan masuknya ASN ke dunia coating kedirgantaraan (aerospaces), semakin menambah keyakinan untuk menjadi perusahaan jasa coating terbaik yang berbeda dengan pelaku bisnis coating pada umumnya.

Di awal 2017, tim pengurus di perbaharui dengan masuknya investor baru berdasarkan Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa PT Abimanyu Sekar Nusantara pada tangga 28 Februari 2017 mulailah pembangunan Manufacturing Plant ASN di kawasan industri Cikopo Purwakarta, sebuah kawasan yang tengah berkembang, dengan jalur transportasi yang mudah. Lokasi strategis ini, yang hanya sekitar 2KM dari Gerbang Tol Cikampek, menjadikan ASN mudah, cepat dan flexible dalam melakukan interaksi, koordinasi, penanggulangan masalah dan delivery dengan customer-customernya.

Lowongan Kerja PT Abimanyu Sekar Nusantara

1. Supervisor Logistik

Qualifications :

• Male Max. 27 Years
• Minimum D3/S1
• Minimun of 2 years experience in SPV PPIC preferably in the manufacturing
• Basic of leadership
• Experience in using the system
• Able to work in teams or individuals
• Thorough, firm and responsible
• Having a leadership spirit

Key Responsibilities

• Check Estimation Order of Chemical, Consumble and Raw Material every month
• Check purchase request of chemical, consumable and raw material every month
• Make a schedule receiving of chemical, consumable and raw material base on production planning update
• Control stock of chemical, consumable and raw material
• Make a monthly cost reduction program according to the specified target

2. SPV Maintenance

Qualifications :

• Male Max 40 years
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering
• Have 2 years experience as a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor in a industrial manufacturing automotive
• Understand of leadership
• Understand the wiring diagram
• Understand the working principle of spraybooth, burner and other machines
• Understand about utility installations
• Understanding Computer Operations (Ms. Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance activities for each machine
• Plan and monitor predictive maintenance for each machine
• Analyze every trouble in the machine if it cannot be completed by the coordinator
• Problem Solving and Improvement to avoid repeated engine trouble
• Planning improvement activities together with Internal and External parts (Efficiency, Safety, Cost etc.)
• Monitor repair activities according to results, target time for Internal and External meetings

3. SPV Quality Assurance

Qualifications :

• Male Max 35, Min D-III Engineering Major
• Have 2 years experience as a Quality Control Supervisor in a industrial manufacturing automotive
• Understand of leadership
• Proficient in excel
• Understand PDCA & 7 Tool
• Understanding Computer Operations (Ms. Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan activities requested by customers as needed
• Plan improvement activities together with Internal and External sections
• Plan activities to prepare for audit processes, Internal and External for the QA section
• Ensuring subordinate activities run in accordance with Jobdesc
• Ensure that parts are delivered according to the requirements (Claim the customer according to the target set by the customer)
• Able to work in Cikopo, Purwakarta

4. Staff Accounting

Qualifications :

• Female Max. 27 Years Old (Single)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimun of 3 years experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing
• Having Tax Brevet A & B Certified
• Familiar Internet Banking BCA
• Familiar Tax Sofware (E-Faktur, E-Nofa, Web E-Faktur, DJP Online)
• Strong understanding in data-reconciliation and advance in MS. Excel
• Knownledge of General Accepted Acoounting Principles (GGAAP) and tax regulations
• Strong understanding in accounting principles, journals and financial statement is a must
• Profesional, positive attitude, highly motivated, have attention to detail, and are able to work with a team

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare & Reconsile Account Payable include Payment to Supplier
• Assits the accounting team with montly closing processes
• Review & Manage Tax (VAT-Out) & fixed assets movement and Depreciation
• Perfoming montly profit and loss & balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintaining Journal daily & documentation for account payable
• Ready work in Cikopo, Purwakarta

5. Staff Purchasing

Qualifications :

• Male/Female Max 29
• D3/bachelor’s degree preferred, open to new graduates or final year students
• Have 1 years experience as a Purchasing Staff in a industrial manufacturing automotive
• Able to Operate a Computer (Ms. Office)
• Having and Understanding leadership
• Knowledge of 5S
• Able to work carefully, neatly and deftly
• Able work individually or in a team
• Good communication and Negotiation

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for making Purchase Orders
• Responsible for bringing goods in accordance with requests from All Dept
• Responsible for maintaining business relationships with suppliers
• Responsible for checking repairs to troubled suppliers
• Ensuring the implementation of a performance system in the Dept. Purchasing
• Make base supplier and price data
• Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance

6. Planning Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
• Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and QA
• Monitor material availability and production capacity
• Analyze delays, bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions
• Ensure all planning data is accurate and updated
• Prepare planning reports and performance summaries

Qualifications :

• Minimum D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field
• Experience 1 years in planning Staff position
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems (preferred)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
