PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk perusahaan ini memulai kegiatan komersialnya untuk kegiatan perdagangan pada tahun 1990. Tambang batubara perusahaan memasuki tahap produksi pada bulan Juni 2011.

Lowongan Kerja PT Baramulti Sugih Sentosa (Baramulti Group)

 

 

1. Infrastructure & Road Maintenance Sub Section Head

Key Responsibilities :

  • Mengarahkan & mengawasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan Capex & Opex
  • Memastikan kesiapan sumber daya proyek untuk proyek yang swakelola dalam satu rangkaian proses coal getting, coal hauling dan coal barging.
  • Melakukan pengawasan, pengarahan kepada Foreman untuk membuat laporan hingga mengeksekusi pelaksanaan proyek.
  • Melakukan opname kemajuan pekerjaan bersama kontraktor/ konsultan dan menandatangani berita acara.
  • Mengevaluasi biaya, mutu & waktu proyek antara rencana & realisasi.

Job Requirements :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil/ Teknik Tambang atau bidang relevan lainnya.
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 3 tahun.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam mengolah data dengan AutoCad, Surpac, dan SketchUp.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.

 

2. HRGA Sub Section Head

Job Descriptions :

  • Manage HRD operational activities including employee administration, recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal.
  • Manage GA operational activities: including office operational needs, catering, security and driver arrangements

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics Management, Human Resource Management, or other relevant fields.
  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Experienced in training and development, performance appraisal, and employee evaluation.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, as well as HR support applications (HRIS).
  • Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatera.

 

3. Reclamation & Revegetation Section Head

Job Descriptions :

  • Develop and ensure implementation of reclamation & revegetation standards in compliance with regulations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate all reclamation & revegetation activities.
  • Monitor and supervise field implementation, including planting progress and success rate.
  • Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly, annual) on progress and performance.
  • Control cost efficiency and manage material requirements for planting activities.
  • Review team performance and operational reports (GL Reclamation).
  • Manage team KPIs, discipline, and employee development.
  • Ensure implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures and achieve zero incident targets.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in reclamation/revegetation or related area, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of mining reclamation regulations and environmental standards.
  • Proven experience in project management, field supervision, and cost control.
  • Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatera.

 

4. Risk Management Sub Section Head

Technical Requirement :

  • Menyusun rencana kerja terperinci Program Manajemen Risiko, mencakup identifikasi dan analisis risiko operasional, keuangan, hukum, dan strategis berdasarkan data dari berbagai sumber.
  • Mengoordinasikan pengembangan dan penerapan strategi mitigasi risiko bersama unit terkait untuk mengurangi atau mengendalikan eksposur risiko.
  • Melakukan pengendalian dan pemantauan eksposur risiko, termasuk pengawasan atas efektivitas pengendalian dan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan.
  • Memastikan seluruh risiko yang teridentifikasi pada awal tahun dimonitor perkembangannya setiap bulan, dilaporkan kepada Departemen Internal Audit & Manajemen Risiko, serta mengonfirmasi adanya risiko baru pada setiap proses bisnis.
  • Menyusun laporan hasil pemantauan pelaksanaan mitigasi risiko yang memuat kondisi profil risiko perusahaan pada periode pelaporan.

Job Requirements :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Tambang/ Teknik Industri/ Manajemen atau bidang relevan lainnya.
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di Manajemen Risiko.
  • Memahami dan mampu menerapkan alat penilaian risiko (risk assessment tools).
  • Memahami kerangka Manajemen Risiko dan tata kelola perusahaan, termasuk prinsip Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) dan ISO 31000 (nilai tambah).
  • Memiliki pengalaman di industri pertambangan, energi, atau heavy industry (diutamakan).
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Lahat, Sumatera Selatan.

 

5. People Development Specialist

Technical Requirement :

  • Menyusun dan mengelola program Talent Identification & Succesion Planning serta menyusun IDP
  • Menjalankan program pengembangan karyawan mulai dari Training, CnC, serta project dan atau program pengembangan lainnya
  • Mengelola kurikulum pembelajaran, penyelenggaraan pelatihan, dan evaluasinya.
  • Mengembangkan dan mengawal program budaya perusahaan, serta mengawal survey budaya organisasi
  • Monitoring HR Metrics seperti turnover, competecy gap, training effectiveness
  • Mengawal proses pembuatan target kerja dan penilaian kinerja, serta memberikan data analistik kinerja

Job Requirements :

  • S1 Manajemen SDM, Teknik Industri, Psikologi, atau bidang lain
  • Pengalaman di bidang serupa min. 5 tahun
  • Placement : Tomang, Jakarta Barat

 

6. Assitant Chef

Job Descriptions :

  • Assist the Chef in food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to quality standards.
  • Prepare ingredients and ensure availability while minimizing food waste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
  • Support daily kitchen operations and collaborate with the kitchen team.
  • Assist in basic training for new kitchen staff and help arrange daily work schedules when needed.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene standards.
  • Able to follow instructions, work efficiently, and maintain consistent food quality.
  • Culinary education or a related field.
  • Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP) is an advantage.

8. Accounting Officer

Job Descriptions:

  • Record daily financial transactions (journal entries)
  • Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
  • Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial documents
  • Manage and monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist in monthly and yearly closing processes
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience in the same field.
  • Mastering accounting software (MYOB/ Accurate).
  • May require working extra hours during financial closing periods.

9. Marketing Communications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire tenants aligned with event concept and target market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
  • Manage tenant onboarding, administration, and requirements.
  • Coordinate tenant needs during event preparation and execution.
  • Act as the main point of contact and handle issues or complaints on-site.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Prepare post-event reports and tenant evaluations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Hospitality/ Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3 years working experience is required for this position.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Canva.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experienced in creative industry and/or travel industry.

10. Personal Assistant

Job Description:

  • Manage the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and business trips.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal or external parties.
  • Assist in planning events or internal meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Arrange accommodation and transportation for business travel.
  • Set reminders for important agendas.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, English Literature, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Admin or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication, time management, and confidentiality skills.
  • Willing to work on a temporary contract (3 months).
  • Ability to work in a team.

11. People & Organization Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

12. Creative Design Product (3D Kinetic)

Technical Requirement:

  • Proficient in 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Rhino, Fusion 360) to develop creative product concepts and visualizations
  • Strong sense of artistic design, especially in creating objects with kinetic or motion-based elements
  • Able to translate ideas into functional yet aesthetic product designs
  • Understanding of basic mechanical/movement principles to support kinetic functionality
  • Experienced in material exploration and finishing techniques for artistic and product applications
  • Skilled in prototyping (3D printing/manual methods) to test form, movement, and usability

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Fine Arts, Product Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or other related creative disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in product design or a similar role
  • Proactive in researching design trends
  • Experienced in exploring aesthetic forms, artistic installations, or concept-based works

13.  Front End Dev Mobile Apps

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain user-facing features using React Native
  • Develop website and landing page
  • Build Reusable components and front-end libraries for feature use
  • Translate designs and wireframes in to high-quality code
  • Optimize component for maximum performance
  • Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to create seamless user experience
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Software Engineer or a related field
  • At least 3 years working experience is required for this position
  • Experienced in developing applications using React Native.
  • Skilled in UI/UX design with proficiency in Figma
  • Placement : Tomang, Jakarta Barat

 

14. Unit Completion Manager (Mechanical, Electrical & Kinetic Systems)

Technical Requirement:

  • Lead end-to-end unit completion from installation to handover
  • Ensure all mechanical, electrical & control systems function properly
  • Manage testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting on-site
  • Oversee installation and coordinate with vendors & project teams

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
  • 5-10 years experience in installation, commissioning, or project completion
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and control systems (PLC/Arduino)
  • Hands-on experience in testing, commissioning & troubleshooting
  • Placement : Tomang, Jakarta Barat
