Lowongan Kerja PT Linde Indonesia

1. Graduate Trainee – Electrical & Instrumentantion

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates or max. 2 years of working experience
• Bachelor in Engineering (Instrument, Electrical) from reputable University
• Min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fluent in English
• Have a strong leadership capabilities
• Willing to travel and relocate in all Linde Site
• Willing to stay in 2 years program and contract-based
• Placement : Cikarang

2. Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical Asset Reliability: Ensure reliable and efficient operation of static and rotating equipment through preventive, predictive, corrective, and proactive maintenance
• Shutdown & Spare Parts Management: Coordinate Turnaround (TAR) activities and manage consumable and capital spare parts.
• Change Management: Implement technical reviews and approvals for any changes via Management of Change (MOC) process.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, reliability engineers) and external parties (contractors, government authorities).
• Quality Assurance: Maintain and update procedures, ensure cost-effective maintenance without compromising safety and quality.

Requirements:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer or an Mechanical Engineer in an industrial, petrochemical plant, power plant, industrial plant.
• Five (5) years in continuous process plants on Mechanical maintenance, repair & overhaul of rotating equipment [eg: Compressor, pump, turbine etc] & static equipment [eg: Storage Tank, Pressure vessel, Pipeline]
• Holding ISO Vibration level II or III, lifting, Coating Inspector SSPC/NACE certification will be advantage.
• Knowledge in distributive control system (DCS), operation and maintenance are an advantage
• Placement : Cilegon, Banten

3. Senior Instrument Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and/or review the best process control strategy required as per the job assigned.
• Design and/or review the best instrumentation system strategy required as per the job assigned.
• Create MOC on every modification required
• Create project estimation and selection
• Man Management & labor management in project basis
• Responsible for improving performance all Instrumentation and Process Control Issue
• Responsible for any urgent emergency call related with Instrumentation and Process Control

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Instrument/Electrical/Physic
• 5 Years Experience
• Experience in PLC system, DCS, field device instrumentation, process analyzer devices and computer network as well
• Practical knowledge and skill in conducting Hazard Analysis and Operability Study (HAZOPS) techniques, Risk Assessment and managing loss prevention program, Root Cause Analysis
• Good knowledge of Instrumentation and Process Control principles.
• Placement : Gresik

4. Procurement Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Execute sourcing initiatives using Total Delivered Cost (TDC) methodologies to deliver measurable savings and productivity improvements
• Identify, develop, and implement cost-saving projects, including pipeline development, execution, and financial validation
• Manage contracts and supplier negotiations in collaboration with legal and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal terms and supply continuity
• Monitor procurement KPIs, supplier service levels, and drive process improvement initiatives across the procure-to-pay cycle
• Lead procurement involvement in quality issue resolution and supply disruption management, including alternate supplier approvals
• Act as Productivity Champion and Digitalization Champion, supporting country-level targets together with the Head of Procurement
• Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, safety, quality, regulatory, finance, HR, and other business units

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Engineering
• >3 Years Experience
• Proficiency in Business English (written and verbal); Mandarin or Indian language skills are an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure with a high-performance and collaborative minds.
• Placement Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara

5. PGP Operator & Testshop

Responsibilities:

• Comply with all occupational safety regulations and company policies related to safety as stated in the KKB.
• Perform internal and external inspections of cylinders.
• Conduct cylinder testing (hydrotest) according to the required test pressure, dry the cylinders, and reinstall the valves.
• Install cylinders into the MCP (cradle) and perform removal when required.
• Maintain production equipment and company inventory properly.
• Move cylinders using a forklift.
• Perform other tasks related to duties in PGP/CSCM

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering
• >3 Years Experience
• Willing to work shifts and flexi-time
• Understand the properties of gases, their hazards, and precautions
• Able to operate equipment in the test shop
• Able to operate a forklift (Has a SIO)
• Able to operate at least Excel and Word
• Placement Karawang
