Lowongan Kerja – PT Cladtek Bi Metal Manufacturing ialah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa industri untuk beberapa pekerjaan mengenai material logam, khususnya proses Weld Overlaydan Lining pada pipa baja karbon untuk keperluan industri. PT Cladtek merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki kuota produksi pipa cladding terbesar di Indonesia, dan juga salah satu yang terbesar di dunia.  Sejak Dimulai Pada Tahun 2005 Fokusnya Selalu Pada Pengembangan Proses Dan Teknologi Untuk Memberikan Solusi Luar Biasa Yang Skalabel Dan Hemat Biaya.

Saat ini Cladtek merupakan pemasok terbesar lapisan las Paduan Tahan Korosi (CRA) secara global dan pemasok terkemuka pipa berlapis mekanis (MLP) CRA. Dari awal yang sederhana, bisnis ini telah berkembang secara global dan kini mengoperasikan tiga fasilitas manufaktur yang dibangun khusus di Indonesia, Brasil, dan Arab Saudi.

Lowongan Kerja PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing

1. Cleaner

Key Responsibilities :

• Membersihkan area di dalam perusahaan, terutama area kantor, seperti membersihkan lantai dan karpet, termasuk menyedot debu, membersihkan dinding dan kaca, membuang sampah,  mencuci jendela, dil
• Memastikan tempat sampah dikosongkan secara teratur dan limbah dibuang sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan.
• Menanggapi permintaan khusus untuk membersihkan area tertentu sesuai dengan arahan dari GA Leaders
• Melaporkan kebutuhan pemeliharaan untuk kerusakan peralatan atau perbaikan kecil kepada petugas yang bertanggung jawab, seperti penggantian bola lampu, wastafel bocor, dil
• Bertanggung jawab atas persediaan bahan pembersih dan peralatan kebersihan yang mencakup pantry dan area lainnya.
• Menangani tugas-tugas pembersihan tambahan sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Qualifications :

• Pendidikan minimal Sekolah Menengah Atas atau setara.
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam pekerjaan housekeeping dan pembersihan di lingkungan perusahaan atau fasilitas serupa.
• Memiliki pengalaman terkait perawatan tanaman dan lingkungan hijau lebih disukai.
• Memiliki kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam mengoperasikan dengan baik dan efisien semua jenis peralatan pembersih.
• Kernampuan fisik yang baik untuk melakukan tugas-tugas fisik yang terkait dengan pekerjaan.

2. OQ Inspector (Coating)

Key Responsibilities

• Review Technical bid clarification and ensure that such procedure/drawing or other related documents are approved by each party.
• Carry out progressive inspection for each project as per approved procedure starting from Incoming material, In-process of Manufacturing/Fabrication, and Post Manufacturing/fabrication prior to product delivery to the customer.
• Evaluate all the details of out-of-tolerance during inspection activity against the applicable drawing/acceptance criteria.
• Mark up the item with (A hold or NCR) sticker and ensure it is moved to the quarantine area the information. of the discrepancies shall inform Sr. Operations Quality Inspector, Supervisor, or Superintendent, to the raise the official NCR document.
• Sign related Job Instruction Sheet.
• Produce and submit an inspection report within 24 hours.
• Responsible for supervising any Assistant Operations Quality dedicated to assisting his Inspection process.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Senior High School.
• Certified CSWIP-BGAS Grade 2 and NACE/PROSIO LV II would be an advantages.
• Minimum 5 years of coating inspector/quality inspector experienced in Oil & Gas Industry Capable of reading a Jaeger 1 (31) and passed required medical examination.
• Familiar with the use of typical measuring instruments such as Tong tester, PMI, Hardness, Caliper,
• Thermometer, Welding gauges, Micrometer etc.
• Good in business. English communication in both written and spoken.

3. NDE Cross Checker

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring day-to-day NDE activities performed by the NDE technician are fully complied with the approved NDE Procedure, SOP, or project specification.
• Providing briefing/orientation to NDE personnel regarding the requirements of the work order related to their position/assignment.
• Ensure a full understanding of all applicable NDE procedures for each project in regard to inspection and reporting.
• Monitor the valid calibration of NDE equipment.
• Calibration of NDE equipment before starting the inspection.
• Highlighting any non-conformance of the NDE process to the approved methodology and procedures and issuing an NCR.
• Coordinate with the NDE superintendent for any non-compliance in the NDE process.
• Promote the BIQ implementation within the Shop floor.
• Wear all PPE as directed.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma 3 in Engineering or another QA/NDE-related major, or a Minimum of 5 years’ experience in NDE or a similar function.
• Qualified and certified as NDE Level II (according to SNT-TC-1A and ISO 9712) in a minimum of 4 methods (MT/PT/UT/RT/PAUT/ECT).
• Passed the near distance (Jaeger Number 1 (J1) test) and color vision examinations
• Qualified in PCN/ISO/CSWIP UT Level 2.
• Previous certification in NDE from institute training or NDT Level III.

• Strong attention to detail to accurately perform inspections, detect defects, and record findings.

4. NDE Technician (UT PCN/ISO 9712)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a complete understanding of all applicable MT/PT/UT procedures for each project regarding inspection and reporting.
• Monitor the valid calibration of MT/PT/UT equipment.
• Calibrate ultrasonic equipment before starting the inspection.
• Record calibration activities such as time baseline linearity and vertical linearity as per procedure requirements.
• Conduct the MT/PT/UT inspection activity as requested.
• Mark the status of materials (pipes, fittings, flanges, etc.) after the inspection is completed.
• Clear markings should be placed on each material, indicating the exact location if any repairs are found during the inspection.
• Prepare a worksheet as a preliminary report before transferring it to a formal report through document control.
• Review and sign the report after the formal report is created by document control.

Qualifications

• The minimum education is senior high school.
• Have a minimum of 3 year’s experience as NDE Technician.
• Qualified in PCN/ISO/CSWIP UT Level 2.
• Qualified in PCN/ISO/CSWIP MT/PT Level 2.

5. NDE Technician (DRT/RT)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a full understanding of all applicable RT procedures for each project in regard to inspection & reporting.
• Check the Film expiration date before use.
• Check RT equipment before use.
• Process Film after exposure for Interpretation by RTFI.
• Mark up the detail RT location on the material (a pipe, liner, butt weld, etc.).
• Check and monitor safety radiation.
• Responsible for the care and maintenance of RT equipment.
• Monitor the supplier (NDE Company) to do RT activities.
• Review and sign the RT report.

Qualifications

• The minimum education is senior high school.
• Qualified and Certified at least NDE OR/AR from BAΡΕΤΕΝ.
• Certified MT/PT/UT ISO 9721.
• Capable to reading a Jaeger Number 1 (31).
• Certified Operator Radiography (OR) or Ahli Radiography (AR) from BAPETEN.

6. NDE Technician (PAUT)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a full understanding of all applicable PAUT procedures for each project in regard to inspection & reporting.
• Monitor valid calibration of PAUT equipment.
• Calibration phased array ultrasonic equipment before starting the inspection.
• Record for calibration activity such as time base linearity, and vertical linearity as per procedure requirement.
• Conduct the inspection activity as per request.
• Mark the status of material (a pipe, etc.) After the inspection is done, the clear marking shall be working on each material and the exact location if any repair is found during the inspection.
• Prepare the worksheet as a rough report before transferring it to a formal report by document control.
• Review and Signed the report after the formal report created by document control.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is Senior High School.
• Qualifed PAUT Level 2 with ISO 9712 (PCN/CSWIP) Certification
• Minimum 3 year’s experience as NDE PAUT.
• Familiar with Hydroform probe will be an advantage.
• Able to reading a Jaeger Number 1 (J1).

7. NDE Cross Checker
