Lowongan Kerja – PT Kapuas Bara Utama (KBU) adalah perusahaan yang memegang Izin Usaha Pertambangan Operasi Produksi (IUP OP) untuk batu bara, dengan wilayah konsesi seluas 5.000 hektare di Kabupaten Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah. Izin tersebut berlaku sejak 31 Desember 2009 hingga 16 Juni 2027.  Pada Januari 2025, KBU memberikan kontrak senilai USD 330 juta kepada Thiess Pty Ltd, sebuah perusahaan kontraktor pertambangan asal Australia, untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pertambangan di wilayah konsesi mereka. Kontrak berdurasi enam tahun ini mencakup persiapan fasilitas proyek, layanan teknis, pengupasan lapisan tanah penutup, penambangan batu bara, dan pengelolaan air.

Argo Manunggal Group adalah perusahaan induk yang bergerak di berbagai bidang, seperti tekstil, properti, logistik, dan pertambangan. Perusahaan ini didirikan oleh The Ning King pada tahun 1949. Argo Manunggal Group merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur terbesar di Indonesia, memiliki kantor pusat di Jakarta Selatan dan  memiliki pabrik di Salatiga, Jawa Tengah.

1. Marketing Supervisor (Mining Industry)

Qualification :

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in marketing/sales within the Mining Industry.
  • Knowledge of coal trading fundamentals, shipping, and export documentation.
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills.
  • Placement at Head Office South Jakarta.

 

2. Marketing Staff (Mining Industry)

Qualification :

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Min. 1-3 years of experience in marketing analysis, data management, or reporting experience in the mining industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and familiar with Power BI.
  • Able to process and analyze sales, production, and coal shipment data for reports and dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present data in clear, visual formats.

3. Legal Section Head (Mining Industry)

Qualification :

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position within the Mining Industry.
  • Must possess an advocate license/certification.
  • Skilled in Legal Drafting, Legal Review, Research & Legal Opinion, Regulatory & Compliance, Commercial Transactions, and General Corporate matters.
  • Able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including government institutions and legal authorities.

4. Human Asset & General Services Department Head (Mining Industry)

Qualification :

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psycholocy, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Min. 8-10 years experience in Human Capital/General Services, with at least 5 years in Managerial level, must have experience in the Mining Coal Industry.
  • In-depth understanding of HR strategy, industrial relations, and general services.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage cross-functional teams and work with various stakeholders.
  • Placement at Head Office South Jakarta.

 

5. Finance & Treasury Department Head (Mining Industry)

Qualification :

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Min. 8-10 years of experience in Finance & Treasury, with at least 5 years at Managerial level.
  • Must have experience in the Mining Industry, preferably coal.
  • In-depth understanding of mining project financing structures, banking, and financial risk management.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, detail-oriented, and able to work in a complex environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and advanced MS Excel.

6. Human Asset & General Service Section Head (Mining Industry)

Qualification :

  • Min. Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Organize, supervise, and coordinate all activities in the Human Assets. Personnel, and General Services departments at the site.
  • Proven experience in managing General Services such as catering, camp/accommodation, transportation, security, and site facilities.
  • Handle employee relations
  • Manage inventory, cataloging, and warehouse operations in line with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Placement at Site – Central Kalimantan.

 

7. Human Asset & General Service Staff (Mining Industry)

Qualification :

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related fields.
  • Min. 1-2 years of experience in HR or General Affairs, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail skills.

8. Budgeting & Controlling Section Head (Mining Industry)

Qualification :

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management.
  • Min. 5-7 years of experience in budgeting, controlling, or financial planning, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Strong understanding of mining business processes and mining cost structure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis skills.
  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

9. Mine Plan Engineer (Mining Industry)

Qualification :

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in mine planning, pit design, or scheduling within coal mining operations.
  • Proficient in mining software such as Minescape, Surpac, Minex, or Vulcan.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under targets in a mining site environment.
  • POP certification is an advantage.
  • Placement at Site Central Kalimantan.

 

10. QA & QC Section Head (Mining Industry)

Qualification :

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in QA/QC within the coal mining industry.
  • Experienced in laboratory management and coal sampling systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Willing to be placed at the mining site – Central Kalimantan.

 

11. Community Development & External Relations Section Head (Mining Industry)

Qualification :

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communication, Law, Economics, or Environmental Engineering.
  • Min. 7 years of experience in community development or external relations, including 3 years in a supervisory or section head role, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and social conflict management skills.
  • Capable of developing and managing CSR/Community Development (PPM) programs and coordinating across departments.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team management and engagement strategy development.
  • Placement at Site Central Kalimantan.

 

12. Procurement Intern

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate majoring in Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Strong interest in procurement and supply chain.
  • Internship experience in Procurement or Purchasing is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Detail-oriented with good data analysis and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Description :

  • Assist the Procurement team with administrative tasks related to purchasing and document filing.
  • Support progress monitoring and coordination between internal users and vendors.
  • Prepare periodic reports on procurement activities.
