Lowongan Kerja – PT SP Manufacturing merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur di mana perusaaan ini memproduksi suku cadang otomotif, alat-alat rumah tangga di Indonesia, dan alat-alat elektronik, seperti PCBA, Wire dan lain sebagainya. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 1985 dan memiliki beberapa pabrik di Indonesia, termasuk di Batam, Tangerang, Karawang, dan Cikarang.

SP Manufacturing menyediakan solusi manufaktur total mulai dari konsep desain hingga produksi penuh dengan  peralatan dan proses canggih kami yang mengkhususkan diri dalam pembuatan Kabel Harness berkualitas tinggi; Rakitan Papan Sirkuit Cetak dan produk Pembuatan Kotak.

Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.

Lowongan Kerja PT SP Manufacturing

1. Wire Harness Technician

Requirement :

• Minumum Diploma III in electro
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same positions
• Experienced in Wire Harness is preffered
• Proficient in computing skill
• Able to work in a team
• English proficiency both oral and written

2. Process Technician

Requirement :

• Minumum Diploma majoring electronics technical with experience in the same position min. 1 year
• Experience in PCBA manufacturing
• Able to work in a team
• English proficiency both oral and written and excellent in Ms Office and computer skill

3. Program Administrator Engineer

Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma III in related field
• Having experience handling NPI/Project/Program
• Having working in Supply Chain Planning is a plus point
• Having experience handling Automotive/Aerospace/PCBA products will be preferred
• At least 5 years in manufacturing field
• Good teamwork player and collaborative person
• Able to work in a team
• Excellent in computing skill Ms. Office (Word/Excel/PPT)
• English proficiency both oral and written

4. Process Engineer

Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma III in engineering (manufacturing/industrial/electrical)
• FMEA and control plan knowledge
• Industrial engineering skills
• Process yield improvement skill
• Good communication
• Able to identify and record problems or deficiencies related to the product and process
• Understand in implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or IA16949 AS9100, ISO/IEC 80079-34 (preffered)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule involving customer meeting and travel
• Able to work in a team
• English proficiency both oral and written

5. Test Manager

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Capability as a Test Manager (minimum 5+ years)
• Proven ability to manage a team (minimum 3+ years)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently is required.
• Strong communication skills with good English language capability on written and spoken,
• proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience setting up and running tests with ability to follow documented procedures, operate and adjust machinery and fixtures as required.
• Experience in basic manufacturing process including electronic assembly, SMT, testing, injection molding, welding alloy structures & machining of alloys and composites.
• At least 5 years of solid experience in product testing and validations for Electrical /Mechanical Products.
• Failure analysis, fault finding, root cause analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Extensive background in test laboratory environment is preferred.
• Expertise in Test script (Python and LabView software) or manual/automated testing frameworks is preferred.
• Team spirit, responsibility, detail oriented and flexibility, fast learner, easy to adapt to new environment
• Very good attitude in problem solving and optimization
• Able to travel within and outside country.
• Flexibility in the day-to-day tasks assignment.

6. Test Engineer

Requirement :

• Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering degree required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently is required.
• Strong communication skills with good English language capability on written and spoken

7. Purchasing Officer/Buyer

Requirement :

• Minumum Diploma with purchasing experience min. 2 years
• Experience in electronic manufacturing is an added advantage
• Familiar with ERP/SAP system
• Able to work in a team
• English proficiency both oral and written and excellent in Ms Office and computer skill

8. QA Inspector

Requirement :

• Pendidikan terakhir minimum SMA/SMK
• Mempersiapkan berkas lamaran lengkap, SKCK yang masih berlaku, surat pencari kerja yang masih berlaku, surat keterangan sehat, sertifikat vaksin 1,2,3
• Bersedia bekerja shift
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja di posisi yang sama minimal 1 tahun

9. SMT Engineer

Requirement :

• Minumum Diploma with experience in the same position min. 2 years
• Having experience in PCBA manufacturing
• Familiar with SMT process
• Able to work in a team
• English proficiency both oral and written and excellent in Ms Office and computer skill

10. Sourcing Senior Officer

Requirement :

• Minumum Diploma with purchasing experience min. 5 years
• Experience in manufacturing is an added advantage
• Good in sourcing electronics components and supply market
• Able to work in a team
• English proficiency both oral and written and excellent in Ms Office and computer skill

11. IQC/SQA Engineer

Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma III in relevant subject
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same field in manufacturing company
• Minimum 2 years experience in PCBA manufacturing company is an added advantage
• Posses good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 and IATF requirement
• Experience in contract manufacturing of wire harness, PCBA and Box-build, handling of new product from sample bulid to mass production
• Having knowledge in Measurement System Analysis
• Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers
• Having leadership skill
• Able to work in a team
• English proficiency both oral and written

12. Supply Chain Officer

Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma III in engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Good in sourcing electronics components and supply market
• Experience in electronic components – active or passive components
• Strong communication, negotiation skills and problem solving
• Good discipline and pay attention to details
• Self-driven, resourceful, high integrity and independent
• Able to multi tasks an willing to learn new skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge in ERP or MRP
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
