Lowongan Kerja –  PT Softex Indonesia adalah salah satu perusahaan terkemuka di Asia Tenggara, termasuk Indonesia di dalamnya. Didirikan pada tahun 1976 dengan nama PT Mozambique dan beroperasi di Jakarta Barat dengan 100 karyawan yang memasarkan produk pembalut dengan merek Softex, PT Softex Indonesia dimulai dengan tujuan sederhana, menjadi bagian dari keluarga Indonesia. 1. Customer Logistic Development Manager

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s and master’s degree from any major.
  • Have experience minimum at least 3 years in Supply Chain at managerial level.
  • Broad knowledge and proven perform in Logistic Initiative with customer and Logistic Operational.
  • Self-Driven collaborate leader with experience of 5 years or more on FMCG organization with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skill, fluent in English, and managing data complexity.
  • Willing to be placed at Karawang – Jawa Barat

 

2.  Financial Planning and Analyst Assistant Manager

Key Accountabilities :

  • As a business partner of Marketing Team, candidate will analyze brands performance trends especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
  • Prepare business case, SKU profitability report, Marketing activities review
  • Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
  • Improve and implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
  • Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
  • Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
  • Support regional and global in quarterly and annual forecasting requirement

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analysis experience required, with 4-6 years FP&A and Category Finance experience in multinational and FMCG company
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture

 

3. Operational Excellence Assistant Manager (Sidoarjo)

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline (e.g. Science or Engineering related).
  • Willing to be place at Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.
  • A minimum of 4 years of in related technical experience in mill, production, or R&E environments.
  • In depth technical knowledge and expertise in personal hygiene products manufacture or machine design is preferred.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to clearly communicate orally and in writing to individuals and groups and negotiate with customers and category managers.
  • Expertise in Mechanical Engineering with a demonstrated ability to translate that knowledge into execution of process and capacity improvements in innovation projects.
  • Ability to create and deliver persuasive professional presentations to communicate data driven insights recommendations for improvements and advancements.
  • Ability to make project plan by Microsoft Project and work out project layout and concept solution by AutoCAD.
  • Experience working with external technical service providers.
  • Maintaining a good spirit and ability of teamwork.
  • Giving priority to customer experience and customer oriented.
  • Demonstrating high accountability and commitment to reach business objectives.
  • Working with positive and enthusiastic attitude

 

4.  Operational Excellence Data Analyst

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematic or related major.
  • Min 2-3 Year in Data Analytics, SQL, Macro or VBA, and Data Visualisation
  • Strong understanding of Data Analysis or Data Science
  • Strong analytical & statistical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication abilities in English communication skill written and oral
  • Good Organization teamwork, effective communication and self-management
  • Ability to manage projects, resolve customer issues, and work collaboratively
  • Have knowledge in a Manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Willing to be placed at Karawang – Jawa Barat

 

5. Channel Development Executive

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree of any major
  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in the related field, preferably from a multinational FMCG background, with min 2 years as executive/senior executive/assistant manager position
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office, excel & PPT. Power BI is an advantage
  • Tech and digital savvy
  • Sales Operations
  • Key Account Management (both local & national)
  • Professional proficiency in English both written and communication
  • Demonstrate good communication skills (good ability to convey or share ideas, advice, and articulate them effectively)
  • Good interpersonal skills, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Meticulous and has an eye for details
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

 

6. Process Engineer

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with design and analysis tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Demonstrated success in problem-solving.
  • Analytical skills to collect and assess data to support technical recommendations.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead self or small teams to achieve intended results.
  • Evidence of continuing self-development.
  • Ability to work within a team-based environment.

7. Mechanical Engineer

Requirement : 

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.

8. Electrical Engineer

Requirement :

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ or more years of high speed manufacturing experience.
  • Good electrical knowledge to handle various machine issues.
  • Good leadership / Coaching skill
  • Good interpersonal skills and trouble-shooting skills
  • Willing to be placed at Karawang – Jawa Barat

 

9. Operations Excellence Manager (LKA & Baby Store)

Requirements:

  • At least 7 Years of experience in Sales and/or Channel / Trade Marketing with Top Tier Consumer Goods (CPG).
  • Strong experience in field sales (RSM/Sr ASM/KAM/RKAM) role.
  • Fluency and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Strong business acumen, analytics, drive performance, and result.
  • Strong skills in leadership, collaboration, influencing, analysis and communication, include to senior level.
  • Problem solver, ability to thrive, be agile in ambiguous, and unstructured environments.
