Maka dari itu PT SMOE Indonesia kembali membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja terbaru untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Calon kandidat yang memenuhi kualifikasi, memiliki semangat dan dedikasi yang tinggi serta keinginan untuk berkembang meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengalamannya. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.
Lowongan Kerja PT SMOE Indonesia
1. Recruitment Officer
General Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Psychology, Human Resources Management preferred or relevant discipline
- Experienced in Marine and Offshore, or New build for EPC, Fabrication Constructions.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the same position at Fabrication, Constructions and background in oil and gas industry preferred
- Posses of relevant HR BNSP certificates is preferred
- Priority in Batam domicile
- Ability to define project scopes, plan, schedule, allocate resources, and manage risks
- Must be able to work independently or Teamwork, Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.
2. HR Officer
- Understanding with BPJS, Work Agreement, Contracting and also Employee Benefit.
- Able to build and manage interpersonal relationships at level of employee.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Provide and perform administrative support such as data entry, documentation and etc.
- Familiar with Indonesian Labor Regulation such as UU Cipta Kerja, UU no. 13/2003
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and HR Information System (HRIS software is necessary)
General Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Human Resources Management, Business Administration preferred or relevant field is standard
- Experienced in Marine and Offshore, or New build for EPC, Fabrication Constructions.
- At least 3 years’ experienced as HR Officer position at Fabrication, Constructions and background in oil and gas industry preferred
- Posses of relevant HR BNSP certificates is preferred
- Priority in Batam domicile
- Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions.
- Ability to define project scopes, plan, schedule, allocate resources, and manage risks
- Must be able to work independently or Teamwork, Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.
3. Training and Development Executive/Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Mapping and tracking of horizontal competencies for the workforce. Sourcing, curating, developing and implementing the relevant training courses for these competencies.
- Identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Enhance the company’s Leadership & Mentorship Program to meet the developmental needs of employees.
- Facilitate learning events, including workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Keep up with the latest trends in soft skills and leadership training to ensure the academy’s offerings remain relevant and effective.
- Leverage on technologies to streamline, digitalize and automate admin processes. E.g. using Power Automate, Power App, Robotic Process Automation, Gen Al, etc.
- Prepare and present progress reports for management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely follow-through of all documentation.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning & development, training, shared services or a related role.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools and platforms.
- Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency MS Office Application.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skills, hard worker and strong integrity.
- Certified Professional Trainer (CPT) is highly preferred.
- Prioritize in Batam domicile.
