Lowongan Kerja PT Saka Farma Laboratories (a Kalbe Consumer Health)

1. Brand Manager

Job Description :

• Lead end-to-end brand strategy to deliver sustainable growth and strengthen market leadership.
• Own annual business planning, target achievement, and budget management.
• Translate consumer insights and market analysis into impactful growth initiatives.
• Drive excellence in campaign execution to improve awareness, penetration, and loyalty.
• Lead innovation pipeline and manage product lifecycle to ensure long-term competitiveness.
• Monitor performance and implement strategic actions to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Responsible for NPL and risk management.

Requirement :

• 2-3 years of experience as a Brand Manager within FMCG / Consumer Health industry.
• Strong track record in driving brand growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making capability.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL).
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership mindset with strong execution excellence.

2. Procurement Supervisor

Job Description :

• Maintain and monitor material documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage halal documentation for materials, including certificate validity and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate supplier agreements (including QAA) and support internal sourcing system implementation.

Requirement :

• Licensed Pharmacist (Profesi Apoteker)
• 2-3 years of purchasing experience in pharmaceutical/FMCG companies.
• Hands-on experience with raw materials, excipients, APIs, and packaging materials (local & overseas suppliers).
• Good knowledge of BPOM regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, basic analysis).

3. Quality Assurance Inspector

Job Description :

• Execute qualification protocols for critical support systems (HVAC, PW System, Compressed Air System).
• Collect and compile qualification data.
• Perform scheduled monitoring of rooms, PW, and Compressed Air Systems.
• Execute calibration schedules.

Requirement :

• Min. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy or related field.
• Min. 1-2 years of experience as a QA Inspector.
• Familiar with production pharmaceutical machines equipment/instruments. and
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating system (Microsoft Office).
• Detail-oriented and responsive, able to work independently or in a team under pressure.
• Willing to be placed at Manufacturing, Cikarang Pusat – Deltamas (WFO).

4. Quality Control Admin

Job Description :

• Perform administrative activities in the QC Laboratory.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation records.
• Review analytical test result records.
• Create Purchase Requests (PR) as needed.
• Conduct stock opname of stationery and general supplies.
• Distribute documents. laboratory-related
• Collect items from vendors at the lobby.
• Implement administrative improvements. process

Requirement :

• Minimum high school (SMU/SMK) or Diploma degree.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical/FMCG industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Disciplined, responsible, neat, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work well in a team and under pressure.

5. Technical Support Staff

Job Description :

• Conduct product development trials for existing products and reposting.
• Support QA in audits and evaluations of toll-out manufacturers and R&D partners
• Reformulate products from laboratory to production scale.
• Manage documentation in compliance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
• Ensure adherence to laboratory safety (K3) procedures.

Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Technical Support or R&D Operator.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating system (Microsoft Office).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed at Manufacturing, Cikarang Pusat – Deltamas (WFO).
