Lowongan Kerja PT Rexline Engineering Indonesia

1. Civil Drafter

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience at Related Experienced
• Experience handling EPC Project (Steel Structures, Civil, Jetty, Workshop, Warehouse etc.)
• Able to use Civil Software (AutoCAD as Must, Civil 3D, TEKLA Structures or Related Software)
• Able to work independently and Team
• Will be placement at Head Office – Surabaya and Site Project

Job Description :

• Prepare Technical Drawings. Create detailed civil and structural drawings based on engineering designs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Develop Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings. Produce shop drawings for construction execution and update as-built drawings according to site conditions.
• Coordinate with Engineers and Project Teams. Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings.
• Review and Revise Drawings. Modify drawings based on design changes, site feedback, and technical revisions to meet project standards.
• Ensure Compliance with Standards and Codes. Ensure all drawings comply with applicable engineering standards, regulations, and company procedures.
• Manage Drawing Documentation. Organize, control, and maintain drawing files and revisions to support project documentation and traceability.

2. IT Administrator

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in administering ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong understanding of ERP configuration, user management, system updates, and routine maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and system integration to support ERP performance
• Ability to diagnose system issues, provide user support, and coordinate with vendors or developers when needed.
• Will be placement at Head Office – Surabaya

Job Description :

• ERP System Administration. Manage daily operations of the ERP system, including user access, roles, and system configuration.
• Systern Maintenance and Monitoring. Monitor ERP performance, apply updates, and ensure system stability and availability.
• User Support and Troubleshooting. Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve ERP-related problems.
• Data Management and Integrity. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all ERP modules and transactions.
• Security and Access Control. Implement and maintain role-based access control to protect system data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Documentation and Training. Prepare system documentation and conduct user training to improve ERP usage and compliance

3. Structure Civil Engineer

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
• Minimum experience in structural design for buildings, industrial facilities, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of structural analysis, design principles, and applicable design codes and standards.
• Proficient in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or related tools.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and on-site implementation of structural works.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate design challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to communicate in English Active
• Will be placement at Head Office – Surabaya

Job Description :

• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings, industrial facilities, and infrastructure in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
• Prepare structural calculations, design reports, drawings, and technical specifications for project execution.
• Coordinate with architects, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure integrated and efficient designs.
• Review structural drawings and calculations, and provide technical support during construction and site implementation.
• Ensure all structural designs comply with safety requirements, regulations, and engineering best practices.
• Support site activities by addressing structural issues, responding to field changes, and proposing engineering solutions.

4. MEP Drafter

Qualification :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in preparing MEP drawings for buildings, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP for producing detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
• Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems and their design principles.
• Ability to coordinate MEP layouts with architectural and structural drawings to avoid clashes.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with design requirements.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with engineers and project teams.
• Ability to communicate in English Active

Job Description :

• Produce detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings based on engineering designs and project requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings for construction and update as-built drawings according to site conditions and changes.
• Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines to avoid clashes.
• Modify drawings based on design revisions, site feedback, and technical instructions from engineers.
• Ensure all MEP drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Maintain organized drawing files, revisions, and documentation to support project execution.

5. Supervisor Mechanical

Qualification :

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Mechanical design review, installation, and commissioning supervision for fuel storage tanks, piping systems, and workshop mechanical services
• Experience with fuel farm, tank fabrication, and EPCM mechanical systems.
• Familiar with ASME/API/ISO standards.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Supervisor Mechanical
• Placement: Site Project – Merauke

Job Description :

• Oversee Mechanical Works-Supervise fabrication, assembly, and installation of mechanical systems including tanks, piping, pumps, and compressors.
• Design Review-Conduct detailed review of mechanical design drawings to ensure technical accuracy and constructability.
• Shop Drawing Evaluation – Verify shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements in accordance with project requirements.
• Standard Compliance – Ensure all mechanical works comply with applicable codes and standards such as SNI, ASME, and API.
• Installation Supervision – Monitor site installation activities to maintain quality, safety, and alignment with approved drawings.
• Hydrotest and Commissioning Coordination – Work closely with QC teams to schedule and supervise hydrotesting and commissioning processes.
• Welding Inspection Oversight – Supervise welding activities, review WPS/PQR documents, and ensure weld quality meets specifications.
• Material Control – Monitor delivery, storage, and proper handling of mechanical materials and equipment.

6. Inventory Staff

Qualification :

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or stock management.
• Good understanding of stock recording, inventory documentation, and inventory reporting processes.
• Familiar with inventory management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing stock data and physical inventory.
• Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams.
• Ability to communicate in English Active
• Will be placement at Site Project – Merauke

Job Description :

• Monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Handle receiving, storage, and issuance of materials in accordance with company procedures.
• Record inventory transactions in the system and prepare regular inventory reports.
• Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system records.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to support material availability.
• Ensure inventory activities comply with company policies and maintain proper documentation.
