Lowongan Kerja PT Mitsubishi Electric Indonesia

1. Project Sales Engineer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 years working experience in related field.
• Having working experience background from similar industry especially HVAC
• Possess strong knowledge in HVAC
• Used to deal with contractor, consultant, owner, etc
• Possess fundamental business acumen
• Having pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Chinese (will be an advantage)
• Good people handling skill and enjoy meet people
• Computer literate (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel and Ms.Power Point).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales activity by assisting dealers in product knowledge training, product pricing information and negotiation, stock availability, project’s proposal and preparing all related documents and sales materials in order to achieve Department’s sales revenue targets
• Contact and visit existing and prospective dealers to discuss and support their needs in marketing and selling Company’s product.
• Approach and follow up new project lead from engineering consultant, contractor, sub-contractor or project owner and cultivating customer relationship across different industries and areas.
• Assist dealer in conducting sales presentation and make initial contact with owner or contractor to ensure the achievement of sales target.
• Assist dealer in negotiation process and terms of sale and service agreements based on Company’s policy.
• Conduct verification on project’s specification based on sales and service agreements from Dealer.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation to related function for further administrative and operational process.
• Prepare and update project status and progress in order to provide sales report for management.

2. Sales Counter

Requirements :

• Siap bekerja sesuai dengan target.
• Pendidikan minimal SMA/ K / sederajat.
• Berpenampilan rapih dan bersih.
• Aktif dan Energik.
• Komunikatif & Jujur.
• Mempunyai interpersonall skill.
• Memiliki Akun Sosial Media Aktif
• Mampu bekerja baik secara individu maupun dalam tim.
• Memiliki kendaraan pribadi min motor.
• Diutamakan pengalaman di Dealer Otomotif.
• Penghasilan tidak terbatas
  • Persyaratan minimum:
    • Tersedia jam fleksibel
    • Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini

3. Process Automation/Building Automation Sales Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering Major
• 3 to 5 years experience in Automation Industry (Process Automation and/or Building Automation)
• Understand for read Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)
• Have good knowledge in industrial Automation Product & Solution
• Self motivated and keen to learn new things
• Good Skill in communication with customer
• Good command in English (Spoken & Writen)
• Great attitude and integrity towards the job.
• Able to work under pressure
• Experience in Sales activities in order to achieve annual sales target
• Willing to travel (Domestic and Overseas)

4. Factory Automation Sales Engineer

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Have knowledge for Factory Automation Products (Inverter, PLC, Servo, HMI, LVS)
• 2-3 years of working experience as Sales Engineer in the same industry,
• Self-motivated and keen to learn new things
• Great attitude and integrity towards the job.
• Able to work under pressure
• Good skill in communication with customers
• Good spoken and written in English

Responsibilities:

• Make relationship with customer and search for the potential customer in the responsible industry segment
• Make reporting in the sales force for the updated activities and opportunities, attending the internal monthly meeting and following up the ongoing project in the customer

5. Factory Automation Center (FAC) Service Engineer

Requirements:

• Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering
• 2-3 years knowledge in electrical engineering, power electronics, control engineering, and automation technology.
• Good problem analytical and solving skills
• Self motivated and keen to learn new things
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Japanese (will be an advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct repair to the Customer for Factory Automation/Industrial Automation products in accordance with product manual and guidelines and in line with Company’s Standard and Operating Procedures.
• Prepare work report and other related report as needed by the management to ensure the availability of services database and related report.
• Assist Sales team for technical presentation and product knowledge training as needed
• Customer training, Engineering claim response and fault response

6. Product Marketing Staff

Requirements :

• Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industry Engineering
• Min. 3 years experiences in Automation segment as Product Marketing.
• Have a basic knowledge for Factory Automation Products (Inverter, PLC, Servo, HMI, LVS) especially for Robot and Energy Measuring Unit products.
• Have an ability to doing research, analysis and data-driven mindset in order analyze competitor, market share, and product positioning.
• Able to travel Indonesia & Overseas.
• Able to create unique and impactful a cross-channel go to market plan, strategic and execution.
• Have a strong logical thinking.
• High attention to detail, including precise adn effective customer cummunications
• Self-driven proactive contributor and a team player.
• Have a good communication skill
• Able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Provide a specific product strategic from solution proposal until solution business in each vertical industry business focus
• Analysis for product growth from sales activity through distributor
• Developing the product positioning by gathering and understanding customer feedback
• Manage of new product release process and the product life-cycle to the market.
• Creat a customer mapping survey, understand market needs
• Collaborate with marketing promotion team to conduct campaign through seminar, press releaae and ads.
• Collaborate with Sales team and Business Development team by provide sales material
• Collaborate with Biz Oartners (distributor/Saler) to ensure know-how product knoledge sharing for cross-collaboration
