Lowongan Kerja PT Mekar Armada Jaya (New Armada)
1. R & D Staff
Drive technical advancements in our production processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement (Kaizen). The R&D, Technical Center Staff will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes through technical expertise and innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence. This role is ideal for proactive individuals passionate about technical problem-solving and process improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Summary :
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and align with company KPIs.
- Deliver technical guidance and training to production personnel.
- Monitor process discipline, perform deviation assessments, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed process documentation and reports.
Qualifications :
- Must have a D3/D4 in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for technical drawings.
2. Plant Service Staff
Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting mechatronics systems, including weak current electrical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and robotics. Implementing preventive maintenance strategies, and collaborating with various departments to meet plant service needs. Adherence to safety regulations and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks are essential for this position.
Summary :
- Perform regular maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechatronics systems, including weak current electrical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and robotics.
- Maintain and repair welding machines (SS, S/A, Robot) and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including working at heights and managing physically demanding tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement preventive maintenance plans and support plant service needs.
Qualifications :
- Must have a D3/D4 in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Fresh graduates will be preferred (min. 22 yrs old)
- Physically fit to handle lifting, moving equipment, and working at heights.
- Comfortable performing tasks in challenging environments.
3. PCD Staff (Programmer)
Responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions to support the Planning & Control Department. This role involves creating programs for data center displays, generating SAP-integrated reports, and ensuring software reliability through updates and backups. Strong technical skills and collaborative abilities are essential for success.
Develop and maintain programs for TV data center displays to monitor production in real-time.
Summary :
- Create and manage SAP-integrated reports for modules such as PP (Production Planning) and FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), including MDFO reports and financial statements.
- Perform regular software updates, backups, and maintenance to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with other departments to align software solutions with production and financial planning needs.
- Troubleshoot software issues to minimize downtime and support continuous operations.
Qualifications :
- Must have D3/D4 in Information Technology or a related field.
- Fresh graduates preferred (min. age 22 yrs).
- Proficient in programming languages (e.g.. Java, Python, or C#).
- Experience with SAP module integration (PP, FICO) and report generation.
- Knowledge of software maintenance and backup procedures.
4. IT Support Staff
Responsible for supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure smooth data system operations in the Planning & Control Department. This role includes designing hardware specifications, testing system performance, and supporting automation system integration. Technical expertise and teamwork are critical for this position.
Design and specify hardware requirements for data center programs and IT systems.
Summary :
- Conduct performance testing and plan hardware installations to ensure system compatibility.
- Configure operating systems to support data center applications and automation systems.
- Support automation system integration and generate analytical reports to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT infrastructure issues.
Qualifications :
- Minimum D3/D4 in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates preferred (min. age 22 yrs).
- Proficient in designing and testing hardware specifications.
- Knowledge of operating systems and server maintenance.
- Understanding of automation system integration and performance analysis.
5. Business & Operation Development (BOD) Staff
Play a vital role in managing and verifying financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards. The position requires expertise in analyzing financial data, managing receivables, and preparing financial reports to support business decisions.
Summary :
- Manage internal receivables and receivables from both karoseri and non-karoseri sales.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports as required.
- Maintain financial records and documentation to support auditing and internal control.
- Assist in financial operations management, including reconciliations and compliance tasks.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to improve operations.
Qualifications :
- Must have a D3 in Accounting.
- Fresh graduates will be preferred (max. 26 yrs old)
- Proficient in SAP or similar accounting systems (preferred).
- Familiarity with accounting principles and experience in creating journals, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
