Lowongan Kerja – PT Masmindo Dwi Area (MDA) berdedikasi untuk menjadi produsen emas Indonesia berikutnya melalui pengembangan Proyek Awak Mas. Proyek Awak Mas berlokasi di Kecamatan Latimojong, Kabupaten Luwu, Sulawesi Selatan. Lowongan Kerja PT Masmindo Dwi Area (MDA)

 

 

1. Mining Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee all mining operations to ensure alignment with strategic mine plans, production targets, and cost objectives.
  • Drive the development and execution of optimized mine plans that are practical, cost-efficient, and aligned with business goals.
  • Provide strategic oversight across key technical functions including mine planning, survey, geotechnical, and blasting operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of operational data (e.g., topography, production, and reporting) to support decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize contractor performance, ensuring alignment with company standards, targets, and operational expectations.
  • Establish and enforce robust operational processes, systems, and governance to ensure consistency and efficiency across site activities.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching, capability development, and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and achieving zero-harm performance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering; Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in mining operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Certified in POM with strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
  • Proven expertise in open-pit mining operations and familiarity with leading mining software/tools.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and production optimization.
  • Demonstrated track record in driving safety excellence and implementing HSE best practices.
  • Executive-level leadership capability with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Highly analytical, results-driven, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

 

2. PMO Specialist

Responsibilities :

  • Governance Implementation – Apply and maintain PMO frameworks, standards, and tools across projects.
  • Portfolio Tracking – Monitor project portfolio progress, ensuring data accuracy, visibility, and alignment.
  • Project Support – Identify issues, analyze root causes, and recommend practical solutions to improve delivery.
  • Performance Reporting – Track KPIs, prepare reports, and highlight risks or deviations to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Coordination – Support communication and alignment between project teams and key stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement – Contribute to process enhancements, lessons learned, and PMO best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in project management, PMO, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).
  • Basic certification preferred (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting multiple projects or working within a project portfolio environment is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to be placed on site Luwu, South Sulawesi with Rosters 4:2
