Lowongan Kerja – Didirikan 6 Januari 2024, PT Lancarjaya Motor Indonesia (LMI) adalah perusahaan distributor truk medium hingga heavy-duty di Indonesia, yang didirikan tahun 2024, dikenal sebagai agen merek Dongfeng truk dan berkomitmen menyediakan truk standar Euro 5 serta layanan purna jual lengkap, termasuk suku cadang dan dukungan untuk peremajaan armada truk, bekerja sama dengan asosiasi seperti Aptrindo DKI Jakarta untuk mendukung industri logistik. Perusahaan ini berlokasi di Jakarta Utara.

PT Lancarjaya Motor Indonesia adalah pemain baru namun berkomitmen untuk mendukung sektor truk di Indonesia, khususnya dengan truk Dongfeng Euro 5 dan layanan pendukungnya, sesuai visi menjadi distributor truk terdepan.

1. FGDP (Fresh Graduate Development Program)

We are looking for passionate and motivated fresh graduates who are ready to build their career in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry. Through our FGDP, you will gain hands-on experience, technical exposure, and direct involvement in workshop and after-sales operations for Dongfeng Trucks. If you are eager to learn, enjoy technical and operational challenges, and want to grow in a dynamic environment, this program is for you.

Responsibilities & Qualifications :

  • Participate in structured training and development programs within the Service Department.
  • Learn workshop operations, service processes, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and after-sales support activities.
  • Support daily operational activities, reporting, and technical coordination with Service and Technical teams.
  • Assist in monitoring unit repairs, service schedules, and workshop performance.
  • Develop understanding of Dongfeng truck systems, maintenance standards, and customer service processes.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong willingness to learn, good communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interested in technical service, workshop operations, and automotive industry development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning operational systems and technologies.
  • Willing to travel and be placed according to company needs.
  • English is an advantage.

 

2. Service Supervisor

We are looking for a Service Supervisor who is ready to lead service operations, maintain high service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction in every process. In this role, you will supervise field activities, support the service team, and help create efficient and reliable after-sales operations for Dongfeng Trucks. If you are proactive, organized, and experienced in service operations, this role is for you.

Responsibilities & Qualifications :

  • Supervise daily service and field operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
  • Monitor repair progress, service schedules, unit readiness, and technician performance.
  • Coordinate with Parts, Technical, and Service teams to support smooth operational activities.
  • Ensure SOP implementation, safety standards, and customer service quality are maintained.
  • Handle customer concerns, service follow-ups, and operational problem-solving when required.
  • Support and guide technicians and service staff to achieve operational targets and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare service reports, operational analysis, and field performance evaluations.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in service/workshop operations within truck, automotive, or heavy equipment industry.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or related field.
    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with field operations, service flow, and reporting systems.
  • Able to work under pressure and support field operations when necessary.
  • English is an advantage

 

3. Parts Sales

We are looking for a hungry, ambitious Parts Sales professional who thrives on targets and understands that every part sold keeps trucks moving and businesses running. If you enjoy meeting customers, closing deals, and growing your income through performance, this role is built for you.

Responsibilities & Qualifications :

  • Sell spare parts to customers, workshops, and dealers-strong product knowledge and sales skills are required.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right parts and solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and support company revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and service teams to ensure parts availability and timely delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports, quotations, and basic documentation and computer skills required. good administrative
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in parts sales, automotive, truck, or heavy equipment industry.
  • Good understanding of truck/heavy-duty spare parts is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Willing to work with targets, pressure, and field visits.

 

4. Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Representative who is driven by results, confident in meeting customers, and ready to compete in the commercial vehicle market. In this role, you will be at the front line of our business-building relationships, opening new markets, and turning opportunities into real sales for Dongfeng Trucks. If you are target-oriented, enjoy working in the field, and want to grow with a fast-developing brand, this role is for you.

Responsibilities & Qualifications :

  • Promote and sell Dongfeng Trucks to customers in assigned territories or industries.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong customer relationships and networks.
  • Identify new prospects and generate business opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations, conduct product presentations, and handle sales negotiations.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales (truck, heavy equipment, or automotive preferred).
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in the field.
  • Willing to travel regularly; valid driving license required.
  • English is an advantage.

 

5. Parts Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Parts Supervisor who is ready to take ownership of daily parts operations and ensure spare parts availability for Dongfeng Trucks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to grow into a higher leadership position.

Responsibilities & Qualifications :

  • Support Parts Manager in daily parts operations including planning, receiving, storage, and distribution of Dongfeng truck spare parts.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and parts availability using ERP/WMS systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and service team to ensure timely parts supply.
  • Prepare daily and monthly parts reports and support stock analysis.
  • Supervise warehouse and parts staff to ensure SOP compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Parts / Warehouse / Supply Chain (truck or heavy equipment industry preferred).
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Management.
  • Familiar with ERP/WMS and Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills, English is an advantage.
