1. Business Development Supervisor

What you will do :

  • Drive marketplace growth by planning and executing impactful sales and promotional campaigns with key partners
  • Take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy, coordination, to performance tracking
  • Turn data into insights by analyzing campaign results and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Operations, Finance, and more) to ensure seamless execution and optimal budget usage
  • Manage and optimize marketplace ads to boost traffic, visibility, and conversion
  • Work closely with live commerce and affiliate teams to maximize sales performance
  • Monitor channel performance and continuously refine strategies, including SKU optimization
  • Ensure strong visual communication by managing creative assets such as promo materials and product thumbnails

We are looking for you who :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably as an E-commerce Specialist or Relationship Manager
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations, tools, and end-to-end campaign execution (campaign setup, promo mechanics, and performance tracking)
  • Hands-on experience in managing marketplace ads, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting (sales performance, campaign evaluation, and actionable insights)
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce business processes and performance metrics

2. Audit, Risk, & Compliance Manager

What you will do :

  • Plan audit processes for each project within the Audit & Compliance function
  • Evaluate, assess, and examine business risks faced by the organization in accordance with audit/project assignments
  • Evaluate and assess control risks and inherent risks within organizational transaction cycles, while improving internal controls over those transaction cycles
  • Implement and monitor audit budgets for each project within the Audit & Compliance function
  • Supervise the implementation of ethics, compliance, and Good Corporate Governance practices in accordance with the audit scope
  • Evaluate and provide audit recommendations as part of audit reporting

We are looking for you who :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Internal/External Audit and Tax at a managerial level
  • Experienced in conducting business process analysis, risk identification, and developing improvement recommendations
  • Proven track record in leading small to medium-scale audit assignments
  • Strong ability to prepare audit reports and effectively communicate audit findings to auditees and stakeholders
  • Capable of evaluating tax documentation compliance and identifying potential corporate tax risks
  • Willing to travel for business purposes

3. Warehouse Administrator ERP

Posisi ini berada di Departemen Supply Chain di daerah Sidoarjo – Jawa Timur. Melapor langsung kepada Warehouse Head Assistant dan bertanggung jawab atas seluruh kegiatan administrasi dari penerimaan, penataan dan penyimpanan bahan baku, bahan kemas dan produk jadi sesuai dengan standar keamanan pangan dan kehalalan serta ketepatan jumlah, tipe dan tujuan pengiriman produk perusahaan.

We are looking for you who :

  • Memiliki ijazah SMU/SMK (diutamakan jurusan Teknik Komputer Jaringan /Teknik Komputer Informatika/Multimedia)
  • Memiliki pengetahuan tentang Sistem Keamanan Pangan
  • Memiliki kemampuan komputerisasi Microsoft Office, khususnya pengolahan data menggunakan Microsoft Excel (diutamakan kandidat yang mampu mengoperasikan sistem ERP)
  • Mengerti dasar pergudangan (paham pembuatan Surat Jalan (Delivery Order), pencatatan stok barang keluar-masuk, metode penyimpanan barang (seperti FIFO/FEFO) dan pengarsipan dokumen).
  • Kandidat adalah orang yang teliti, tegas dan rapi.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
  • Mandiri, tetapi juga mampu bekerja sebagai anggota tim.
  • Bersedia diproses di lokasi dan ditempatkan di Sidoarjo – Jawa Timur.

 

4. Welder – Argon/GTAW/TIG

This job position is in the Engineering Department that is located at Sidoarjo – East Java. The position will report to the Technical Warehouse & Workshop Administrator and be responsible to assembling and welding project referring to the modification request, manufacture and maintain new tool/equipment based on the standard and time targets beside implement the food safety and halal system as well.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma or Vocational High School majoring in Mechanical/Equipment/Welding Engineering.
  • At least have 1 year experience in a manufacture industry.
  • Have a good Argon / GTAW / TIG welding skill (preferred to have a welding certificate)
  • Have a good understanding on basic safety & hygiene concept.
  • Have a good analytical thinking, good work in detail and tidy.
  • Have a good communication
  • Independent but also can work in a team.
  • Willing to be processed on site and working placement at Sidoarjo – East Java.

 

5. Finance, Accounting, & Tax Supervisor

What you will do :

  • Manage end-to-end financial and accounting operations, including accurate and timely recording of transactions and maintenance of the general ledger
  • Prepare periodic financial statements and perform regular reconciliations
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational liquidity and support cash planning
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including collection, verification, and payment scheduling.
  • Process payments and handle cash/bank receipts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and supported by valid documentation
  • Support tax administration and prepare required data for tax reporting (if applicable)
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations, while maintaining proper financial documentation

We are looking for you who :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance/ Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, & Tax role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Good understanding of accounting processes and financial operations (AP/AR, cash flow, and reporting)
  • Understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations and familiarity with tax calculation, reporting, and compliance.
  • Having a Brevet A/B certificate is a plus.

6. Digital Content Staff

What you will do :

  • Develop content plans and support the coordination of content needs aligned with ongoing program priorities.
  • Create digital content drafts and website materials based on communication directions, program objectives, and established approval processes.
  • Support the documentation of activities, programs, events, and other initiatives into well-structured content assets for website, social media, and other publication purposes.
  • Monitor content trends, digital references, and competitor benchmarks to support content ideation and improve communication materials.
  • Track content performance through simple metrics and feedback analysis, then prepare concise reports along with periodic improvement recommendations.

Who we are looking for :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

7. Purchasing Staff

What You Will Do

  • Analyze material, goods, and service requirements across all departments.
  • Source and evaluate vendors or suppliers for procurement of goods, services, and construction-related projects.
  • Manage inventory and material stock levels, ensuring minimum stock and safety stock are maintained efficiently.
  • Prepare budget estimations and purchasing plans based on operational needs.
  • Ensure all purchasing administration documents, such as purchase orders, invoices, receiving forms, and goods retrieval forms, are properly recorded and organized.
  • Prepare reports related to purchasing activities and company asset additions.

We are looking for you, who:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, or related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Willing to be placed in Tana Toraja, Sulawesi.

 

8. Digital Marketing Staff

What you will do :

  • Regular monitoring of all digital activities
