Calon kandidat yang memenuhi kualifikasi, memiliki semangat dan dedikasi yang tinggi serta keinginan untuk berkembang meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengalamannya. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.
Lowongan Kerja PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia (Nabati Group)
1. Production Supervisor
Job Description:
- Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees.
- Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Check production output according to specifications.
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the same field. Especially in Beverages (Aseptic) Products.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Have a good knowledge about production processes and machinery.
- Have a good understanding of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), GMP, ISO, HACCP, and Lean Six Sigma.
- Experienced in evaluating procedures and processes to maximize efficiency, speed, quality, and implementing new ones as required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in shifting system (3 shifts).
- Willing to be placed in Majalengka.
2. QC Supervisor
Responsibility :
- To design, compile, implement, audit, and evaluate in order to maintain the quality of products produced to conform to the specifications that have been standardized by the company.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Chemistry/Nutrition or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having experience in handling Beverages (Aseptic) Products.
- Required Skill(s): Quality Management System, Food Safety, SAP, GMP
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Understand the implementation of quality control in the field.
- Understand the standards for food products.
- Understand the production process integrally and the raw material used in the production process.
- Understand the Manpower Planning.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be placed in Majalengka.
3. Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibility :
- Planning, coordinating, monitoring, and analyzing all activities of maintenance of production machines and supporting machines both preventive and corrective as well as control moving assets in order to support the achievement of production targets optimally based on QCD and Safety.
- Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the same field. Especially in Beverages (Aseptic) Products.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Have a good knowledge and skills of production processes and machinery (Processing/Utility).
- Have a good understanding of Six Sigma.
- Experienced in evaluating procedures and processes to maximize efficiency, speed, and quality, and implementing new ones as required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be placed in Majalengka, West Java.
