1. IT Technical Support Staff

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management/Information Engineering.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in Information Technology areas.
  • Willing to be placed in Majalengka.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the installation and maintenance of hardware and software used by users so that they function properly.
  • Follow up on incoming complaints related to hardware and software from users (by email, verbally, telephone, and other media) and help resolve the problem.
  • Carry out the administration of IT goods purchases and inventory hardware and software in the Business Unit (SBU) System.
  • Carry out the administration of IT goods purchases and inventory hardware and software in the Business Unit (SBU) System.

 

2. Production Foreman

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Chemical Engineering/Industrial/Mechanical/Agriculture Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in FMCG Industry.
  • Have experience in Wafer, Biscuit, Beverage or related field.
  • Required Skills: GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSMS.
  • Have an understanding of the standards and processes of food production.
  • Have good leadership skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ready for working in a shift system (3 shifts).
  • Willing to be placed in Majalengka.

 

3. PPIC Admin

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (All major).
  • Familiar with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Outlook Mail).
  • Understand the concept of PPIC and its administrative scope.
  • Familiar with SAP will be an advantage.
  • Willing to be placed in Majalengka.

Responsibilities:

  • Create PRO Based On RPH.
  • Create Material Reservation Based On PRO/RPH.
  • Create Additional Reservation.
  • Ensure Standard BOM vs PRO.
  • Create Order Material Reservation Based On WO Trial RnD, QC, etc.

 

4. Maintenance Foreman

Job Description:

  • Supervise the work of technicians and teams in carrying out corrective or preventive maintenance to ensure the smoothness of the production process.
  • Analyze all problems that occur in the area based on quality, delivery, and safety.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Having 1 years exeperince in Food & Beverage Industry.
  • Required Skills: production machines, machine reparation, and maintenance skills, standards of quality management and food safety, and report activity.
  • Ready working in a shift system (3 shifts).
  • Willing to br placed in Majalengka

 

5. Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Planning, coordinating, monitoring, and analyzing all activities of maintenance of production machines and supporting machines both preventive and corrective as well as control moving assets in order to support the achievement of production targets optimally based on QCD and Safety.
  • Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

General Qualification :

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in handling packaging machines.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Have a good knowledge of production processes and machinery (extraction, wafer, biscuit).
  • Have a good understanding of Six Sigma.
  • Experienced in evaluating procedures and processes to maximize efficiency, speed, and quality, and implementing new ones as required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Majalengka, West Java.

 

6. R&D Product Development Junior Specialist

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology/Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Have more than 3 years of experience in R&D Product Development for noodle seasoning.
  • Proficiency in sensory evaluation techniques and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Willing to be placed in our Head Office (Wu Tower) in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a monthly portfolio of new product development updates and action plans.
  • Maintain product specifications and costing information on file to ensure that it is consistent, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Manage the formulation of the products.
  • Record all the trial results (e.g.: product/process proposal specifications documentation of recipes, formulation, etc.) and facilitate communication with the internals.
  • Support and execute all or parts of exploration/conceptualization and the creative process to discover new or develop existing Technology.
  • Aware of general areas of application of other technical disciplines.

 

7. R&D Packaging Development Staff

Responsibilities

  • Design and rejuvenate the packaging, including selecting the packaging materials based on durability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Schedule the timeline NPL based on target product launching from the marketing team.
  • Conduct the trial of packaging machines at plants by coordinating with the Technical Support team.
  • Select and ensure the packaging material by selecting suppliers according to spec and price, material procurement, and packaging material samples.
  • Identify and implement improvements to packaging processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Packaging Development within the Consumer Goods industry (preferably in the Baked Goods product category).
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other packaging design tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to be placed in our Head Office (WU Tower) in Bandung, West Java.

 

8. Drafter & Estimator, Architecture, Civil & MEP

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least have 3 years of working experience as drafter in construction field.
  • Expert in using supporting software, software, AutoCAD, Sketchup Project Schedule, Real Estimate of Cost.
  • Have an understanding of Architectural BOQ (Bill Of Quantity), working drawings, civil & MEP.
  • Domiciled in Bandung will be an advantage.

Responsibilites:

  • Drafting and Design: Create 2D and 3D drawings, layouts and schematics using computer aided design (CAD) software, developing detailed drawings for Architect, Civil & MEP.
  • Technical Specifications: Interpret engineering designs, specifications, and technical documents to accurately represent project details in working drawings. Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Working together with internal or external parties, to understand design requirements, discuss technical aspects, and incorporate feedback into drawings. Collaborate with other designers and team members to coordinate design into the overall project.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design standards. Perform quality checks on images and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project team members, contractors, and vendors to convey design intent, resolve design issues, and coordinate implementation of project drawings. Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
