Lowongan Kerja PT Jiva Agriculture Indonesia

 

 

1. Sales Admin

 Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales Executive to establish contacts and develop relationship in the region
  • Supporting the Sales department for any kinds of documentations needs
  • Doing archiving for documents for Sales needs
  • Create sales activity reports for data sales recap needs
  • Maintain the quality of accurate reports

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree business management, engineering, administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as sales admin
  • Able to communicate using English (speaking & writing)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Ms. Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong numerical & mathematical skills.
  • Willing to be placed in semarang

 

2. Offtake Coordinator (Multicrops)

Responsibilities:
  • Taking care of all branches Feedmill Agents movement, Feedmill agent schedule, GRN monitoring, and offtake delivery monitoring.
  • Organize data of all customers at the branches through FA information (market insight).
  • Collecting data for corn production from agronomist and or AC’s from all branches.
  • Weather forecast monitoring throughout Indonesia.
  • Mapping harvest forecast based on report from agronomist and or AC’s.
  • Field survey for data crosscheck throughout Indonesia (if needed).
  • Making regular data analyst of supply and demand for better recommendation across branches.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong understanding of crop production processes and agricultural supply chains (especially corn, paddy, rice bran, copra, rubber).
  • Able to communicate in English (speaking & writing).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (advance level of Excel & spreadsheet).
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to be placed in Semarang.

 

3. Sales Agro Commodity

responsibilities

  • Identifying business opportunities and extending partnerships with corn offtakes buyers at the Central Java level
  • Establishing contacts and developing relationships in the region
  • Gather crops buying prices from buyers, associations, and other related parties
  • Setting the selling prices, negotiating the price, and monitoring the prices on day to day basis
  • Deepening existing relationships and assisting transactions with buyers
  • Analyze offtakes sales and operations to increase sales and offtakes process efficiency
  • Following up on the payment from the buyers, ensuring the payment is paid on time, and managing the payment collection
  • Responsible for the profitability of corn sales

Kualifikasi :

  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing
  • Proven work experience in purchasing or procurement in a feed mill, trading company, or corn processing for at least 5 years with a proven leadership track record.
  • Have extensive networking with feed mills, trading companies, farms, and other buyers at the regional level
  • Deep knowledge of the corn industry and corn pricing
  • Comfortable with start-up environment
  • Willingness to be placed in Semarang.

 

4. Field Supervisor

responsibilities

  • Promote Activation Coordinator roles through recruitment drives, online and offline advertisements and referrals
  • Manage Jiva recruitment process from profile reviews to interviews to employment recommendations to Area Manager
  • Supervise and support Activation Coordinator’s efforts in identifying and hiring potential Sahabat Jiva
  • Review farmers’ suitability for credit and exercise good judgement in approving credit approval exceptions before submitting recommendations to Area Manager for ratification
  • Selling to MC – agriinput

Requirements

  • Willing to be placed in Central Java Area.
  • 2-3 years of experience as Sourcing/ Procurement Supervisor/Sales in Agricultural Industry, especially corn.
  • Target achievement oriented and data driven
  • Comfortable working mobile and travelling.
  • Solid understanding of local farming (corn) community
  • Demonstrate leadership skill and team management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in both local language and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong Microsoft Office skill, especially Ms. Excel.

 

5. Field Sales – Chili

 responsibilities
  • Identifying business opportunities and extending partnerships to offtakes buyers
  • Contacts and develop a business relationship in the region
  • Deepening existing relationships and assisting transactions with buyers
  • Analyse offtakes sales and operations to increase sales and offtakes process efficiency
  • Updating prices and stock information on daily basis (at desired frequency)
  • Capturing market practices (Operating hours, quality requirements, variety requirements, refraction practices)
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in the sales of Fresh commodities (Chili) for at least 1 year (fresh graduates from Agricultural Major are welcome)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Result-oriented and target-driven
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, especially MS. Excel
  • Willing to travel to Jabodetabek area
  • Willing to do field and heavy mobile work

 

6. Financial Planning & Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analyst in Jiva is part of the FP & A team that will focus on reporting including Profit and Loss construction, doing cost allocation, analysis, and business partnering. Report directly to FP&A Manager to support the decision and business driven.
  • This role required strong excel, data management, and experience using Dashboard tools (e.g Power BI). Main focus on this role will be manage monthly reporting, day to day analysis, and assist FP&A Manager for Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Financial Planning & Analysts need to also have good interpersonal skills to assist the stakeholders for Financial Review and understanding the process.

Requirement

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; written and oral communication skills
  • 2-3 experience as Finance analyst, Accounting Analyst or other finance background
  • Good understanding for P&L
  • Proven work with reporting with Ms Excel – Gsheet and Offline
  • Proven work to manage large data (using SQL is a plus) and Dashboard tools (Power BI is a plus)
  • Experience with communication with business and stakeholders
  • Willing to learn and have can do attitude
  • Willingness to be placed in Jakarta

 

7. Finance Internal Control

Responsibilites

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal control systems to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify areas of risk and recommend improvements to internal control processes.
  • Help in preparing audit findings, and presenting findings to management.
  • Support the compliance team in monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring that the company adapts to new requirements.
  • Assist in the development of training materials to educate employees on compliance issues and the importance of internal controls.
  • Participate in special projects related to risk management, compliance, and internal controls as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • A basic understanding of internal control frameworks, financial reporting, and compliance regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

8. Field Sales Coordinator

Tanggung Jawab :
  • Melakukan rekrutmen Micro Collector (Sahabat JIVA)
  • Melakukan training terkait system aplikasi JIVA kepada Micro Collector (Sahabat Jiva) dan memastikan bahwa Micro Collector (Sahabat Jiva) mampu menggunakan sistem aplikasi Jiva
  • Melakukan training kepada Micro Collector (Sahabat Jiva) terkait bagaimana cara merekrut petani jagung / cabai dan cara menjelaskan cara kerja sistem JIVA kepada petani jagung
  • Memastikan bahwa setiap transaksi yang dilakukan oleh petani dijalankan melalui aplikasi JIVA
  • Menyediakan materi pemasaran dan materi komunikasi untuk event pemasaran guna meningkatkan kesadaran merek, loyalitas, dan partisipasi di platform Jiva (misalnya marketing event & acara pasca panen)
  • Mengumpulkan umpan balik acara dari peserta event
  • Melakukan analisis umpan balik dari event marketing dan hasil dari inisiatif pemasaran untuk memperbaiki inisiatif di masa depan
  • Melakukan proses onboarding Petani ke Jiva
  • Menjawab pertanyaan Micro Collector (Sahabat Jiva) terkait pertanian maupun sistem aplikasi JIVA
  • Membantu Field Coordinator dalam melakukan proses pengembalian pembiayaan
Kualifikasi
  • Lulusan D3 Pertanian, Teknik Pertanian, Agrobisnis, dan sejenisnya akan menjadi poin tambahan
  • Pengalaman 1-2 tahun dalam bidang Pemasaran, Penjualan, atau Komunikasi diutamakan
  • Fresh graduate dengan pengalaman magang atau freelance di bidang penjualan atau pertanian dipersilahkan untuk melamar di posisi ini
  • Lancar berbahasa Indonesia dan bahasa daerah
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh area Jawa Tengah, Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur, Sumatera Selatan, Lampung.
