Lowongan Kerja PT Jaya Refrigeration Equipment (Midea Indonesia)

1. EHS Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HSE roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software.
• Certification in HSE.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to work in Cikarang

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures to comply with local, national, and international regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and trends.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained.
• Lead and participate in emergency response planning and drills.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.

2. Mandarin Translator / Interpreter

Key Responsibilities

• Translate written documents from Mandarin ⇄ Bahasa Indonesia / English accurately and professionally.
• Provide oral interpretation during meetings, training sessions, factory discussions, and daily operational communication.
• Support communication between Chinese expatriates and local employees across departments (Production, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, SOPs, and business correspondence in Mandarin.
• Ensure translation context is aligned with business and technical terminology.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and sensitive documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese Literature, Mandarin Language, Translation, Communication, or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) — HSK certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.
• Experience as Translator / Interpreter / Executive Assistant in manufacturing or multinational company is preferred.
• Strong communication skill, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willing to be placed in company operational area.
• Willing to work in Cikarang

3. Quality Control Laboratory

Job Description

• Conduct product testing and analysis in the Quality Control Laboratory to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Record, analyze, and prepare testing reports accurately.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Support the development and implementation of quality control plans and testing improvements.
• Identify and troubleshoot product quality issues while providing technical support.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and QC teams to ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues.
• Continuously improve testing methods and laboratory efficiency, especially related to enthalpy and noise testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electronics, or other related majors.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in quality control or laboratory testing.
• Experience in home air conditioning or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Familiar with quality control principles, testing methods, and laboratory procedures.
• Good computer and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, and sense of responsibility.
• Willing to work in Cikarang

4. Quality System Supervisor

Job Description

• Monitor and improve product quality performance based on market and dealer feedback
• Maintain and implement ISO 9001 systems and manage product certifications (SNI, CSA, UL, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with product regulations and market requirements
• Build and manage relationships with government bodies, suppliers, and external parties

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (any relevant field)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality systems or related roles
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and product certification processes (SNI, CSA, UL, etc.)
• Good communication skills with external stakeholders
• Fluent in English (spoken & written); Mandarin is a plus
• Willing to work in Cikarang

5. Process Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum education D3/S1 n Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
• Have 1-3 years of experience as a Process
• Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer in the manufacturing industry.
• Preferably experienced in Setter Injection, Mold Maintenance, and R&D processes
• Strong understanding of mass production processes and continuous improvement concepts.
• Able to read technical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
•  Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of optimizing production efficiency, cycle time, and product quality.
• Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.
• Willing to be placed in East Karawang, Kawasan Suryacipta

6. Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across multiple of Midea manufacturing factories in Indonesia
• Handle daily legal matters, projects, and initiatives covering customs, employment, infrastructure, logistics, supply chain, corporate, compliance, and risk management
• Manage disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel
• Support internal and external investigations, audits, and compliance-related activities
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver practical and commercially sound legal solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Licensed to practice law in Indonesia (PERADI certification required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a lawyer and/or in-house counsel
• Experience in the manufacturing industry and handling complex employment issues
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance legal and commercial considerations
• Professional proficiency in English
• Experience in multinational companies or top-tier law firms is a plus
• International exposure (e.g., study abroad) is an advantage
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Proactive, well-organized, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
