Lowongan Kerja – PT Indonesia Konawe Industrial Park (PT IKIP) is a company engaged in industrial area activities/business, with its head office at JL Jend Sudirman Kav. 52-53, Jakarta. PT IKIP is at the stage of developing an industrial area based on a nickel processing and refining industry in Routa District, Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi.

Lowongan Kerja PT Indonesia Konawe Industrial Park

 

1. Safety Personil

Key Roles :

  • Promote occupational health and safety and develop safer and healthier ways of workin through developing policies, procedures an systems
  • Develop and implement training modules on health and safety practices and legislation
  • Investigate accidents and unsafe working conditions, study possible causes and recommend remedial actions
  • Communicate frequently with management to report on the status of the health and safety strategy and risk management strategy.

Qualification :

  • A bachelor’s degree or an associate degree.
  • Valid competency certificates
  • Registration as a Health and Safety Officer
  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum Of 3 years experience in this position
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.

 

2. Safety Supervisor

Key Roles :

  • Act as a technical advisor and mentor to the site management team while working with S&H professionals to develop and implement strategies to control immediate risks in the workplace and solve complex problems.
  • Participate in intemal inspections and audits to identify conditions, behaviors, corrective action implementation/compliance, and/or training related corrective actions and needs.
  • Provide mentoring to all employees.
  • Participate in toolbox meetings, safety meetings, and other training sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification :

  • Prior knowledge/experience in industrial hygiene and OHH principles required
  • Prior experience in incident case management and workers compensation preferred
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and situations required
  • Prior experience with incident investigations and root cause analysis preferred
  • Ability to manage people multiple tasks while being both organized and effective required

 

3. Safety Specialist

Key Roles :

  • Overseeing the daily maintenance ot Demonstrate personal commitment to Health. Safety, and Training.
  • Conduct regular performance review and professional development plans tor team.
  • Responsible for the direct supervision, mentoring and coaching of General Supervisors ot Training.
  • Oversee training schedules for regulatory and site-specific training courses.
  • Ensure safe and efficient operations through leadership, coaching, and compliance to the company’s
  • Manage the training budget in accordance to site objectives and in line with Health & Safety

Qualification :

  • +10 years’ experience in mining industry including experience developing, delivering. and managing
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills required
  • Excellent instructional design skills, anatytical skills, presentation skills, written and oral
  • Health and Safety experience including familiarity with regulatory agencies preferred

 

4. Ore Transport Supervisor

Key Roles :

  • Directs and supervises productivity of drivers associates within the department.
  • Ensures all drivers the work and and clerical transportation and other transportation department associates are appropriately trained in job duties as well as safety and legal responsibilities.
  • Anticipates, analyzes, and troubleshoots problems with deliveries and devises cost-effective and legal solutions; and acts to implement same.
  • Schedules drivers for routes based on division-devised methodoloo.
  • Conducts routine Safety and Driver Meetings.
  • Create an atmosphere in which upward communication is encouraged and motivates associates to achieve department goals and objectives
  • Ensure maintenance of driver qualification files.
  • Investigates all accidents. maintains an accident file. tracks causes, and takes appropriate preventative action.

Qualification :

  • Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Possess Commercial Drivers License (CDL) preferred.
  • Related Experience: A minimum of 4 years transportation/delivery experience required and 1 year ot experience managing a hourty workforce required.
  • Knowledge/Skins/AbiIities: Ability to openly and effectively communicate with all associates. Must be able to use. or learn to use, all equipment. global positioning systems (GPS) i.e. XATA, and tools used to perform the job. Must be able to perform all Job functions safety. Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position. Must know/have ability to leam MSDS information regarding all material used within the scope of the work.

 

5. Ore Transport Manager

Key Roles :

  • Overseeing the daily maintenance of vehicles in the fleet
  • Conducting vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
  • Assigning vehicle repair and maintenance duties
  • Monitoring driver qualifications and training
  • Inspecting bads and preventing overloading
  • Keeping and transmitting complete and accurate records for each vehicle in the fleet. and for ore transported

Qualification :

  • Min 10 years expenence in mining industry including experience developing, delivering. and managing
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills required
  • Excellent instructional design skills, analytical skills. presentation skills. written and oral
  • Health and Safety experience including familiarity with regulatory agencies preferred
