1. IT Database System & Administrator (Al Engineer) – Jakarta Office

Job Overview :

  • Analyzing data to identify trends, creating reports and visualizations, training machine learning models, deploying Al models in production, integrating with existing systems, and maintaining Al-based systems to support organizational goals.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical and Computer Engineering or Mathematics and Statistics or Data Science.
  • Min 2-3 years experience in the same position, have experience in Al Engineer is a plus.
  • Familiar with Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for deploying and managing models.
  • Familiar with Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory for data pipelines and Azure HDInsight, Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Familiar with Python, R, and with machine learning frameworks.
  • Preferably have Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate and or Azure Al fundamental certified and if have Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate will be good
  • Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).

 

2. Financial System Development Jakarta Office (Contract Based)

Job Overview :

  • Improve financial and accounting processes through technology related, including building or customizing financial systems, deploying them to users, providing support and training, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information System / Computerize Accounting / Industrial Engineering/Accounting/Management/Information Technology.
  • More than 2 years’ experience in the similar field is preferred.
  • Preferably have experience in developing financial systems gives you an edge.
  • A solid understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles is crucial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).

 

3. Investor Relations – Jakarta Office

Job Overview :

  • Prepare Investor relations communication materials; conduct necessary industry research to respond to the latest market trend, especially ESG related data; and adopt digital tools for investor relations efficiency.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business with adequate subjects related to sustainability, Sustainable Finance/Accounting, or Environmental study with high interest/acumen to finance / capital market.
  • 2-5 years working experience in the mining/energy-related field is highly preferred but not mandatory (fresh graduates are welcome to apply. candidate with suitable background would be considered).
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, coding, or ESG related knowledge would be a strong plus point.
  • Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).

 

4. Technical Categories Purchasing – Jakarta Office

Job Overview :

  • Procurement and sourcing process for technical items, supplier management, planning, work coordination, and key performance indicators are essential elements in procurement operations.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Management.
  • More than 2 years’ experience in the similar field is preferred.
  • Preferably have knowledge in computer literate and e-Procurement system.
  • Excellent data analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Have knowledge in project management skills and adept at creating reports and delivering presentations.
  • Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).

 

5. LT & MT Planning (Water Resources) – Balikpapan Office

Job Overview :

  • Planning, designing, and managing water-related projects such as weather and rainfall prediction, de-watering systems, wastewater treatment facilities, flood control, and irrigation systems. Ensure efficient and sustainable use of water resources while mitigating environmental impacts.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Water Resources Engineering or related.
  • More than 3 years’ experience in the similar field is preferred.
  • Preferably have knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) for spatial analysis and data management.
  • Familiarity with hydrological modeling techniques and watershed analysis.
  • Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software.
  • Understanding of water quality parameters and treatment processes.
  • Understanding of government regulations related with water resources.
  • Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).

 

6. HR Database & Administrations – Jakarta Office

Job Overview :

  • Assist HR Operation with accurate reports and general support. Support administration in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations. Aid HR stakeholders in utilizing digital tools and adhere to HR policies and programs.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management/Information System or related.
  • Min. 2 years’ experience in the similar field is preferred.
  • Preferably have experience as HR Administration/HR Generalist.
  • Good Knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices.
  • Have knowledge and skills in data analytics (e. power Bl. power automate) is an added value.
  • Have excellent in using Microsoft Office 365 (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Powerpoint, etc.).
  • Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English.

 

7. Shipment SHE – Samarinda

Job Overview :

  • Responsible to coordinate and establish Safety, Health and Environment in Shipment Coordination function and ensure the implementation, development, awareness, daily activities are complied with the Marine Health, Safety & Environmental (MHSE) of Indonesian government regulations by audit, assess and set prioritize for mitigation plan, keeping record, preparation and planning for internal and external audits.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nautical or Marine Engineering.
  • More than 10 years working experience in the mining/energy-related field is highly preferred.
  • Having Class 2 Certificate of Competency (Class 1 is more advantage).
  • Strong knowledge in certification of ISM Code, SOLAS Code, ISPS Code. IMSBC Code and IMDG Code and other rules or update information related Marine operation.
  • Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).

 

8. FX Specialist – Jakarta Office

Job Overview :

  • Analyze the FX market movement to provide update on the future trend and propose the plan for hedging strategy using the proper tools; calculate and simulate the mark-to-market financial of the hedging plan, including the cash position in different currency and other than plain-vanilla savings product, to ensure that necessary action to minimize the loss are identified and taken promptly.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree Finance/Banking/Statistics.
  • More than 5 years’ experience in the mining/energy-related field is highly preferred.
  • Preferably have experience in FX Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, and relevant accounting policy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Bloomberg, ERP, Treasury System (Back-end), and excel/database.

 

9. Head of Payment Processing (Disbursement) – Jakarta Office

Job Overview :

  • Supervising a team of payment processing to review and verify payment request and banking documents; ensuring the execution of the payment process according to the internal policy: post payment control checking and verification; preparing and maintaining complete documentation and reporting of Accounts Payable: maintaining banking account administration.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance.
  • More than 10 years experience in processing payment through ERP and e-banking.
  • Strong knowledge in Financial Business Process of Procure to Pay and internal control related to the process.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to maintain a customer-centric approach in servicing internal customers
  • Proficient in multitasking across different entities for handling ERP Procure-to-pay, e-banking, and its administration.
  • Proficient in English both oral and written as well as use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
