Lowongan Kerja PT Gunung Samudera Internasional (GSI Group)

1. Finance Accounting & Tax Director

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree (S2) in Finance/Accounting or related field (MBA and professional certifications such as CPA/ACCA preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with leadership at senior/director level
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, reporting (IFRS/GAAP), and tax management
• Proven experience in corporate governance, risk management, and compliance
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and business acumen
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• Willing to be placed at Head Office PT GSI (Makassar)

Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute overall financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and tax compliance (IFRS/GAAP)
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive management and Board of Directors
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and overall financial performance
• Ensure strong corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls
• Lead and develop Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to achieve business goals
• Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders

2. Operational Director

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree (S2) in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in operations, with leadership at senior/director level
• Strong expertise in operational strategy, process optimization, and performance management
• Proven experience managing large teams and multi-site operations
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to be placed at Head Office PT GSI (Makassar)

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization and efficiency improvements
• Lead and develop operations teams across departments or multiple sites
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance, and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent operations at executive level

3. Finance Accounting & Tax General Manager

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree (S2) in Finance/Accounting or related field (MBA & professional certifications preferred)
• 10-15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with managerial experience
• Strong expertise in financial reporting (IFRS/GAAP), tax compliance, and financial management
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk, and internal controls
• Leadership, analytical thinking, and strong business acumen
• Willing to be placed at Head Office PT GSI (Makassar)

Responsibilities :

• Oversee financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory standards
• Manage tax planning and compliance, including coordination with authorities and external advisors
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights for decision-making
• Maintain strong internal controls, risk management, and support audit processes
• Lead, develop, and manage Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to achieve targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business growth

4. Business Development Manager

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10-15+ years of experience in Business Development or commercial roles, with leadership experience
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and market expansion
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in financial analysis, business modeling, and contract management
• Strong skill in making business plans, strong leadership, accountability, and result-driven mindset
• Willing to be placed at Head Office PT GSI (Makassar)

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with corporate goals
• Identify new markets, opportunities, and strategic partnerships
• Lead high-level negotiations, contracts, and key client relationships
• Oversee proposals, tenders, and commercial processes
• Drive revenue growth, manage pipeline, and ensure target achievement
• Lead and develop the Business Development team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
• Represent the company in strategic meetings, partnerships, and industry events

5. Business Development Superintendent

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
• 6-10 years of relevant experience, with leadership exposure
• Strong in negotiation, stakeholder management, and market analysis
• Experienced in tender, proposal, and contract management
• Financial analysis (ROI, budgeting) and data-driven mindset
• Leadership, analytical thinking, and multitasking ability
• Willing to be placed at Head Office PT GSI (Makassar)

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company targets
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners
• Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and ensure long-term engagement
• Oversee proposal and tender processes, including pricing and cross-functional coordination
• Manage business pipeline, monitor performance, and ensure revenue target achievement
• Lead and develop the Business Development team, including performance monitoring and coaching
• Prepare reports, provide strategic insights, and represent the company in client engagements and industry events

6. Business Development Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in client handling and relationship management
• Ability to conduct basic market research and analysis
• Strong skill in making business plans, proactive, target-oriented, and strong problem-solving mindset
• Willing to be placed at Head Office PT GSI (Makassar)

Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify potential opportunities
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
• Support tender processes and coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations)
• Manage sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and track conversion progress
• Ensure smooth project handover and alignment between client expectations and internal teams
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and maintain accurate CRM records
