1. Maintenance Software Engineer Staff

Requirement :

• Min D3 in related field
• Experience min 1 years in Automation /SCADA Development/Industrial IT
• Preferable having experience on SCADA/BEMS/EMS/IoT Industrial Project
• Having a good knowledge and experience on IT & Software Skill (Phyton/C#/Java/JavaScrip/SQL/MYSQL/SQL Server)
• Familiar to use system like CMMS/SAP/SCADA/HΜΙ
• Understand pneumatic and hydraulic system, and have basic of mechanical and electrical
• Good Communication Skill
• Willing to move and stay in Subang Area.

Job Description :

• Create and control plan schedule of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Yearly and Monthly
• Support solving breakdown machine related software to achieve KPI each machine
• Action plan of open point machine related software and continue update the PDCA
• Control availability of spare part automation for machine
• No issue related Health Safety and Environment Improvement the System Preventive and Predictive
• Document Control

2. Technical Design Engineer Staff

Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experience in the field of Technical/Product Design
• Excellent skill in AutoCAD 2D/3D or MEDUSA, Pro-ENG or CREO or NX
• Able to make technical reports and presentation
• Good analytical and communication skills, team player and able to do project management
• Demonstrate creativity and inventiveness
• English is mandatory
• Willing to move to Subang

Job Description :

• Create technical drawing of tyre tread pattern and sidewall lettering layout
• Analyze and translate marketing spec and/or product specification requirement into technical drawing
• Perform the management of mould plan based on product industrialization timing
• Perform communication with headquarter and vendor for mould management
• Perform problem solving of tyre outdoor and industrial performances from technical design standpoint

3. BEMS Apprenticeship

Requirement :

• Undergraduate student in Electrical Engineering (Control & Computerization)
• Proficient in using microsoft excel
• Good knowledge of industrial protocol & Networking (ModBus TCP/IP, RTU)
• Basic Knowledge Coding (PHP, Python)
• Basic Knowledge SQL Server
• Basic knowledge of BEMS/BMS/SCADA BMS/SCADA systems is a plus.
• Understanding of electrical panels, meters, sensors, or energy data is an advantage.
• Basic skills in data visualization or dashboard tools
• Has at least one loT-related project (proven by portfolio) is a must.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Min. 6 Months of internship
• Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java

• MSA support, MSA identification, root cause analysis and improvement
• Collecting and validating process data
• Creating control charts (Xbar-R, Xbar-S, I-MR, P/NP/C/U Chart)
