Lowongan Kerja – PT Dachin tech Global merupakan perusahaan yang berpusat di Singapura, adalah pencipta mere berbasis data yang menargetkan konsumen langsung (Direct-to-Consumer/DTC) di Asia Tenggara, dengan fokus kuat pada pasar Indonesia.
Merek-merek yang dikelola oleh DACHIN mencakup tiga kategori : Gaya Hidup (ecentio, freemir, AONEZ, COOGER), Elektronik Konsumen (ECLE, INBEX, Mobeo), dan Kecantikan (Her Baay). Setiap merek mencapai performa penjualan yang luar biasa di berbagai platform pasar online. Sebagai contoh, ecentio adalah merek kotak makan siang dan botol air terlaris, freemir memimpin dalam penjualan peralatan masak, dan INBEX adalah merek aksesori fotografi nomor satu di seluruh Indonesia

Lowongan Kerja PT Dachin Etech Global

 

 

1. HR Recruitment & Employer Branding

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat, WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
  • 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding principles, and strategies.
  • Familiarity with various career sites, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in recruitment and employer branding.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Create engaging job descriptions and manage job postings on various platforms.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment activities.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

 

2. Data Analyst (User Data Researcher)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive user personas for our brand, including personal background, lifestyle, cognitive influence, and purchase decision information.
  • Generate word frequency and word cloud data for brand users.
  • Proficiently use various user analysis data acquisition tools, such as e-commerce platforms, industry reports, product scenario videos, social media content, and user interviews.
  • Create scenario matrices to illustrate how and where products are used.
  • Investigate user journeys and identify pain points.
  • Conduct competitor analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Mathematics, or related fields, with outstanding academic performance in Indonesia.
  • Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat, WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
  • Strong user insight and scenario perception abilities.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
  • Ability to independently conduct user interviews.
  • Proficiency or familiarity in using user data analysis tools such as e-commerce reviews, operational dashboards, independent traffic tools, ChatGPT, MidJourney, Shulex, and SparkX.
  • Ability to independently acquire and analyze industry data, providing prioritized insights and quantified word frequency and word cloud analyses.

 

3. Permit Officer

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable University.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (WFO), and can join ASAP.
  • Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
  • Strong background in permit processing with 2 years of working experience in the same field.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication at all levels (verbal and written).
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Familiar with business licenses, i.e. SNI, K3L, Postel, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing and processing permit applications such as SNI, K3L, Postel, Working Permit, etc.
  • Responsible for imposing variations on permits and adding work comments.
  • Responsible for monitoring the validity of business and company permits.
  • Analyze and evaluate permit modification requests.
  • Prepare for and attend meetings with related stakeholders and institutions. This includes requesting and collating the coordination schedules and taking a record of the discussions held.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of relevant practices and legislation applied to the business and liaise with other departments and organizations.
  • Oversee the management and control of all licenses relevant to the business, including the management of invoicing requirements, document completion, and licensing.
  • Monitor performance for compliance with statutory and external agencies on the service standards of the authority.
