1. Manager – Supply Chain Management

Job Overview :

• Lead and oversee the entire supply chain function in mining operation, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery of materials, compliance with regulations, and alignment with company strategy. This role covers procurement, warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and vendor management, with a strong focus on supporting mining operations in remote site conditions.

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in supply chain/procurement/logistics, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience working in the mining industry or a similar field.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong knowledge of mining procurement regulations, import-export processes, and local content requirements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management, warehouse management, procurement, logistics and transportation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong fieldwork skills and experience in remote or challenging terrains.
• Willing to be placed in Gorontalo/ working areas of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. & Group.

3. Senior Underground Production Engineer

Job Overview :

• Lead the daily and short-term planning of underground mining operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production in alignment with strategic mine plans. This role bridges long-term planning and on-site execution, driving operational excellence and productivity.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in underground mining production engineering, with proven senior-level responsibilities.
• Proficient in mining software and production planning tools.
• Ability to analyze production data, generate technical reports, and recommend improvement strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with hands-on operational experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and field teams.
• Strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Willingness to work in a roster-based system.
• Willing to be placed in Palu (PT Citra Palu Minerals)

4. Underground Backfill Engineer

Job Overview :

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing underground backfilling operations to ensure mine stability and safety. This role focuses on managing backfill systems, materials, and processes-particularly in hard rock mining environments using longhole stoping-to support safe and efficient production.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in underground mining, with a strong focus on backfilling, specifically in hard rock environments using longhole stoping.
• In-depth knowledge of backfill methods such as paste fill, cemented rock fill (CRF), and hydraulic fill.
• Knowledge of different backfill methods, including paste fill, cemented rock fill, and hydraulic fill.
• Hands-on experience in QA/QC procedures and laboratory testing of backfill materials.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical principles, material behavior, and mine stability.
• Proficiency in backfill design, monitoring, and reticulation systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a roster-based system.
• Willing to be placed in Palu (PT Citra Palu Minerals)
