Lowongan Kerja ESA Sampoerna Group

 

 

1. Senior Agronomist – Horticulture

Responsibilities :

  • Agricultural Research: Conduct research on crop growth, soil health, pest control, and other agronomic factors to improve farming practices and productivity.
  • Field Assessments: Visit farms or agricultural sites to assess soil conditions, crop health, and growing environments.
  • Consultation: Advise farmers or agricultural teams on the best practices for crop rotation, irrigation, fertilization, pest management, and other agronomy-related issues.
  • Training: Provide training to farm workers, agricultural staff, and local farmers on new techniques and technologies to improve yield and sustainability.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on agricultural data to recommend changes or improvements in farming techniques.
  • Quality Control: Monitor crop production to ensure that quality standards and compliance with regulations are met

Qualifications :

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Biology or a related field.
  • Solid working experience as Agronomist Horticulture (fruits) for at least 3 years.
  • Willing to be placed in Site – Malang

 

2. Agronomist – Horticulture

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct field trials and crop evaluations to determine optimal horticultural practices.
  • Advise on irrigation systems, soil fertility, fertilization schedules, and pest/disease management.
  • Monitor crop development and recommend improvements to increase yield and quality.
  • Analyze soil, water, and plant tissue samples and interpret laboratory results.
  • Assist in the selection and breeding of plant varieties suited to local conditions.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Biology or a related field.
  • Having working experience as Agronomist specializing in horticulture (fruits) will be an advantage.
  • Willing to be placed in Site – Malang

 

3. Sales Hunter Executive (FMCG – FOOD)

Responsibilities :

  • Achieving Sales Target: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Opening new market pipeline: Identify and research new markets and prospects to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct negotiation on sales agreement: Engage in contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
  • Maintaining relation with clients: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client loyalty.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate with Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Solid working experience as Sales Executive for food product at least 3 years
  • Result oriented
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya

 

4. Finance & Accounting Senior Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Budgeting: Comparing actual expenses and revenue with budget, and make proper analysis & recommendations.
    • Financial forecasting: Predicting future financial performance based on historical data and current trends.
  • Accounting, Tax and Reporting
    • Financial reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Tax compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and filing tax returns.
    • Auditing: Supporting financial audits (from inside and or outside) to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
  • Financial Management
    • Cash flow management: Monitoring and managing cash inflows and outflows to optimize liquidity.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Solid working experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor for at least 2 years.
  • Having working experience in Manufacturing Industry and in KAP will be an advantage.
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya

 

5. Finance & Accounting Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Journal entry: Recording financial transactions into the general ledger.
  • Reconciliation: Comparing financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Account receivable/payable: Monitoring accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, collections, and disbursements.
  • Fixed asset management: Tracking and maintaining records of fixed assets.
  • Tax compliance: Doing tax tasks as regulated and filing tax returns.
  • Cost analysis: Analyzing costs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Audits: Assisting with internal and external audits.
  • Cash flow management: Monitoring cash inflows and outflows.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • Having knowledge on basic finance, accounting and taxation.
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya.

 

6. IT Staff – Programming

Responsibilities :

  • Translate business and system requirements into functional and efficient computer programs.
  • Develop, test, and implement software applications based on user requirements.
  • Carrying out continuous maintenance and enhancement of existing applications.
  • Providing support for IT-related issues, with a willingness to work in shifts.
  • Stay updated with new technologies and propose improvements to current systems

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Solid work experience IT staff – programming for at least 1 year.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, Java, Python, Framework (Laravel)
  • Familiarity with databases: PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle
  • Experience in mobile application platforms and cloud-based services is a plus
  • Willing to work in shift and be placed in Head Office – Surabaya.

 

7. HR Service & IR Jr Manager

Responsibilities :

  • HR Services
    • Supervise and ensure accurate and timely processing of HR operations
    • Ensure HR documentation complies with internal policies and labor regulations.
  • Industrial Relations (IR)
    • Labor Relations: Act as a liaison between management and labor unions, handling union negotiations, grievances, and disputes.
    • Collective Bargaining: Assist in negotiating labor contracts, including wages, benefits, working conditions, and dispute resolution procedures.
    • Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, complaints, and disputes in a fair and consistent manner.
    • Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and workplace safety standards.
    • Policy Development: Assist in developing and reviewing company policies related to employee relations, ensuring alignment with legal standards.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IR or HR operations.
  • Familiar with Labor Regulation.
  • Having working experiences in Labor dispute litigation will be an advantage.
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya.

 

8. Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and fit the company culture.
  • Build networks to develop a pool of candidates for various functions
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
  • Having experience in Headhunter for various level.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment role.
  • Solid working experience as Talent Acquisition Supervisor for at least 2 years.
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya.

 

9. Procurement Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Identifying, evaluating, and selecting potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to secure the best value.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality in purchased goods and services.
  • Managing and resolving issues related to supplier quality or performance

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Solid working experience as Procurement Supervisor for at least 3 years
  • Having Working experience in multiple Industry will be an advantage
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya

 

10. Legal & Compliance Jr Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Legal corporate
    • Operation & contract specialist: Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, lease agreements).
    • Compliance Monitoring & Implementation: Ensure the company operates in compliance with applicable local, regional, and international laws. Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, internal policies, and SOPs.
    • Litigation: Handle and coordinate pre-litigation and litigation matters, including civil, labor, and commercial cases. Liaise with external legal counsel to ensure proper handling of legal disputes.
  • Legal Property & Permit
    • Land acquisition & clearance: Provide legal oversight in the land acquisition process, including negotiations, due diligence, title verification, and legal documentation. Coordinate with external  legal counsel, notaries, and landowners to ensure lawful land transfers.
    • Land asset & property: Manage and maintain the legal status of all company land and property assets. Ensure all property deeds, land titles, building certificates (e.g., SHGB, SHM, IMB), and leases are valid, updated, and legally secure.
    • Operational & environmental permit: Ensure timely application, renewal, and compliance for all operational, business, and environmental permits (e.g., environmental licenses, location permits, UKL-UPL, AMDAL, HO/SITU).

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate or property law
  • Strong knowledge of company law, contract law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of land law, agrarian regulations, building permits, and environmental law.
  • Excellent negotiation, documentation, and project management skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya.
