Lowongan Kerja – PT AEON Indonesia merupakan perusahaan asal jepang yang bergerak dalam bidang ritel dan telah berdiri sejak tahun 2012.  PT AEON Indonesia adalah anak perusahaan dari AEON Co. Ltd., Grup ritel terkemuka dan terbesar di Asia dibawah naungan AEON Group yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1758 dan memiliki beberapa kantor pusat yang berlokasi di Jepang, China, dan Malaysia. AEON Group sebagai salah satu perusahan ritel telah memiliki lebih dari 21.000 toko di seluruh dunia.

PT AEON Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang mengelola AEON Indonesia, memiliki beberapa merek dagang, seperti AEON Mall dan AEON STORE (Department Store, dan AEON Supermarket). AEON Store dibawah naungan PT AEON Indonesia berfokus di bidang ritel yang di dalamnya terdapat Supermarket dan Departement Store. 1. HR Business Partner Ast. Manager

Job Description :

  • Identify inefficiencies in HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management) and propose improvements.
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and L&D teams.
  • Analyze and document current recruitment workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support process improvements in job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Drive implementation of automation tools and best practices to improve HR efficiency.
  • Support change management initiatives that impact people and HR practices.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
  • Proven experience in handling full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functions and HR process improvements.
  • Proven ability to manage or support cross-functional projects and drive organizational change.
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in using HR systems and tools; familiarity with process automation is a plus.
  • Agile, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Able to communicate actively in English (spoken and written)

 

2. HR Compensation & Benefit Senior Officer

Job Description :

  • Administer and process timely salary, overtime, and related compensation payments
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with labor regulations and company direction
  • Manage employee benefit programs: BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, health insurance, etc.
  • Monitor attendance and ensure accurate system records
  • Generate reports on working hours, overtime > 60h, and unknown working hours (UWH)
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy and consistence
  • Liaise with insurance providers, BPJS, Tax PIC, and vendors
  • Support onboarding preparations for new hires
  • Assist recruitment and training administration
  • Handle additional HR-related projects as needed

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
  • Min. 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit or Payroll
  • Strong understanding of labor law and benefit systems
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and workflows
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems (Talenta)
  • Understand and ever did about Tax/Coretax calculation
  • Able to communicate actively in English (spoken and written)
  • Hard worker, detail-oriented, organized, and reliable in handling sensitive data

 

3. HR Compensation & Benefit (Store) Assistant Group Leader

Job Description :

  • Perform odministrative process related to payment of salary and overtime
  • Manage administration process of registration and updating of BPJS Health &
  • Employment, Health insurance, etc Maintain and monitor employee attendance and registration
  • Conduct periodic attendance reports:
  • Mantain HR Information System ensured any data charige are being keep updated
  • Working & colaborating with outside vendors, such as insurance brokers, BP J5, etc Responsible for preparing new employee equipment needed
  • Support administrative tasks for recruitment & training department.
  • Responsive in handling work accident cases and ensuring timely reporting ond coordination.
  • Perform and support uny additional tasks instructed to accomplish the company’s goots

Requirement :

  • Bochelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,
  • Accounting, or relmect fields
  • Min, 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit or Pаутов
  • Strong understanding of labor law and benefit systems
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and workflows
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems (Talente)
  • Understand and ever did about Tax/Caretax calculation
  • Able to communicate actively in English (spoken and written) Hard worker, detail-oriented, organized, and reliabile in handing smsitive data
  • Willing to work in shifts following Operational Hours of Mall Able to placement in any Store of AEON

 

4. HR Training Group Leader (Store)

Job Description :

  • Conduct training to every employee, apprentice and outsource in appointed store.
  • Orchestrate a range of training activities in appointed store, starting from scheduling to reporting
  • Prepare training tools and training equipment
  • Coordinate with HR Training Head Quarter to deliver training program
  • Monitor apprenticeships program
  • Support store management to ensure every employee and outsource follow company regulation
  • Propose ideas to HR Training Head Quarter to make improvement in Training Department

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree from Psychology or any major.
  • Proven experience of training delivery with minimum 4 years as Trainer preferably in Retail Industry
  • Strong understanding of training delivery & training methodology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill
  • Passionate in teaching and developing people
  • Able to communicate actively in English (spoken and written)
  • Have training certification will be an advantage
  • Willing to work in shifts following Operational Hours of Mall.
  • Able to placement in any Store of AEON
