1. Factory Manager Stockfit & Cut To Box

Qualification :

• Minimum education level: Junior High School (SMP) or equivalent
• Min 10 years strong background & experence in footwear manufacturing
• Ability to analyze operational data and drive decisions based on KPIs
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes, including production, quality, and supply chain
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Strong awareness of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environment & Energy culture as a top priority

Job Description :

• Lead end-to-end factory operations including production, engineering, quality, maintenance, planning warehouse, and support functions
• Ensure factory readiness to meet Nike seasonal demand, capacity planning, and delivery schedules
• Promote a strong culture of safety. respect, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems to maintain consistent product quality

2. Industrial Engineering Manager

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related major.
• Min 7 years experience relevant experience in IE shoe manufacturing
• Familiar in NOS, cost efficiency, Lean Manufacturing, PDCA, DMAIC and other excellence tools
• Proficient in English
• Strong communication and creative problem-solving skill
• Strong awareness of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environment & Energy culture as a top priority

Job Description :

• Managing work standardization
• Leading Innovation team to improve plant performance through initiating and implementing automation and innovation projects
• Leading the development of Smart Manufacturing factory
• Managing cost savings projects and process improvement
• Leading new style development and industrialization process
• Training and developing Industrial Engineering team

3. Quality Management System Asst. Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree all major
• Min 5 years experience relevant experience in quality management system shoes manufacturing
• Proficient in English
• Detail oriented
• Strong communication and creative problem-solving skill
• Strong awareness of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environment & Energy culture as a top priority

Job Description :

• Conduct Quality Management System (QMS) audits and update QA guidelines
• Provide QMS training for employees
• Ensure and prioritize quality in all work processes and results
• Prepare and submit monthly activity reports
• Review quality issues and set daily quality goals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams related to quality projects and initiatives, including BOD Clean Campaign, PEAC, MPAA, Craftsmanship, CTP-CTQ, and Visual Guideline Audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Department.

4. IT Hardware Supervisor & Staff

Qualification :

• D3/S1 computer engineering /informatics engineering
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Minimum 4 years experience in the same field. Experience in a shoe manufacture is preferred Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Familiarity with operating systems including Windows and MacOS
• Strong awareness of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environment & Energy culture as a top priority

Job Description :

• Check and maintain computers, scanners, and other peripheral devices in the factory area
• Install operating systems, applications, and other supporting software
• Perform network maintenance and support for network devices.
• Prepare reports and technical documentation related to project equipment

5. Environment Sustainability (Waste Water Staff)

Qualification :

• D3/S1 D3/S1 Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science /Environmental Health
• Have ability operate Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel
• Good communication in bahasa and english
• Have strong knowledge ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001 (more preferable)
• Strong awareness of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) culture as a top priority

Job Description :

• Operate and monitor daily activities of the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP)
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of WWTP equipment and systems
• Maintain records of environmental incident reports
• Organize Environmental campaigns and promote eco-friendly living among employees
• Conducted regular HSE inspections and audits of waste management vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors

6. Team Leader Sewing, Cutting, Assembling, Stockfit

Qualification :

• Minimum education: Junior High School (SMP) or equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the same or related field
• Good understanding of production processes, including Sewing, Cutting, Assembling, Stockfit, IP, UV, No-sew, and PU process
• Strong awareness of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) culture as a top priority
• Open to candidates with disabilities

Job Description :

• Coordinate team members to work in line with production targets
• Monitor and supervise the production process from input to output
• Provide coaching, conduct evaluations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
